Instructions were very easy to follow for checking in and out. Apartment was very cosy and well presented for us on arrival. Privacy was great and felt safe with the code system at the door. Plenty appliances and utensils to use. My favourite part was a fan in the bedroom and lounge area! So easy to get to the city centre and the heating instructions were very useful. Some for the hob would have been great as we couldn’t figure out how to unlock it. Very great experience from booking to check out. Netflix on the tv was fantastic and so close to shops. I appreciate how private the experience was, I did feel like a home from home.

I wanted to clean up before check out, clean the surfaces and hoover but no cleaning product to available, bought some from the shop but didn’t feel like I left the apartment as I found it. A lamp in the bedrooms would have been nice for relaxing at night, the main lights are bright which is great, just not for night time.

Location to bus and tram stops, quick ride into city centre. Good value. Free parking next to apartment. Self check in/out. Responsiveness of team when there was an issue. Although on a busy road apartment was fairly quiet due to double glazing. Lovely and clean, modern layout, crisp white sheets/towels. Free tea/coffee/milk.

Damp smell in the apartment. Outside of building needed attention (dead bird and beer bottle on window sill to our apartment and weeds makes it not look as appealing as it could) shame as it’s a lovely building. I didn’t like the dirty mop and bucket in the lounge.

The duplex layout was nice and different.

The bathroom had an unbearable odour upon check-in, indicating it wasn't cleaned to standard. There was also a shortage of essential toiletries. Thankfully, customer service was very helpful and responsive. They promptly arranged for a cleaning operative to address the issues within a couple of hours, replenishing toiletries and cleaning the bathroom. Following this, maintenance attended to secure the toilet seat.

We liked that it was spacious and there was kitchen supplies that we needed. Beds were so comfy and so were the sofas. Clean environment. I wasn’t supposed to check in till 3pm but I came just before 2pm and I rang the number given and they had it all ready for us.

The waver fees are a bit pricey. As uni students we did have to scrape to find that money. Bit silly this but wasn’t enough toilet roll for the 4 of us so we did have to buy some. Would recommend putting spares under the sink as we only had two rolls for are hole stay.

Really nice staff who were very understanding and accommodating with needing to change dates and things, always quick to respond and communicated really well, and the instructions/information given was comprehensive and easy to understand. The apartment itself was quite basic but we only needed it as a place to sleep to be near to the hospital for a planned surgery I had, so it met our needs just fine, and very decent for the price.

Not a complaint, but it was a bit of a surprise that the bedroom didn’t have a door so maybe a bit less privacy than you’d expect if you’re travelling with someone else. We personally couldn’t work out the heating in the bathroom (everywhere else was fine) so not sure if that didn’t work or just wasn’t obvious, but it didn’t cause much of an issue for a short stay anyway. Overall nothing negative to say, just a pretty basic apartment that’s reasonably maintained, should be in line with your expectations for the relatively cheap prices.

The location was great. Close to transport and within easy walking distance to Old Trafford. Lots of options for groceries in the area, again walking distance away. The flat had washing facilities, as well as the usual amenities for cooking, etc. Close to Salford Quays. Great for self-catering holidays. Instructions for entry were easy to follow.

The toilet seat had some stability issues. When I raised my concerns, the response was prompt regarding raising the issue with Maintenance. But no actual fixing of the problem. As I was staying longer than a week, not a very desirable situation for me. I had to be very careful when using this facility.

We had the duplex flat. It was so clean and well organized. Rooms are cozy and well heated. Smooth self check in and check out.

There was a little miscommunication prior to check in, I missed the part in the description about paying an extra safety deposit (my mistake), However I sent a simple question only to receive a reply of 3 paragraphs basically scolding me for not reading the house rules thoroughly. It wasn't really necessary a simple answer would've been enough. Otherwise, all was great!

The kitchen facilities were great, the flat was a good size and it felt very safe as a solo traveller. Check in and check out was very easy and the street just off the main road has free parking.

The kitchen extractor fan was SO LOUD which was annoying in a studio flat where there was no door to the bedroom. Also the bedroom blind wasnt brilliant.

was our own space, felt homely.

the inconsiderate neighbours. both taps in the bathroom and the kitchen were extremely loose. the shower holder was also about to fall off. felt as if the place was a set up to break something so you don’t get your deposit back.

The flat had just what you need and everything worked just as you needed. Was great to have tea and milk.

There was a lack of kitchen towel/paper which was a shame. The shower and inside of the cupboards could have done with a more thorough clean but it wasn't the worst.
