This was mine and my sons first time in Manchester, and at 9, he has always wanted to go watch Manchester United Play a live football match ⚽️ so this was his first time. Your hotel went above and beyond to make sure he could have a stadium view room and made this experience a memorable one and one my son will never forget especially the signed mini ball, balloons, sweets and drinks in the mini fridge, balloons, football keyring and especially the football chocolates ( I would recommend this package to anyone) this made our stay even more special. The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough, you can see how hard they work. At the front desk, Catherine (South African) and Yan (apologies if I spelt it wrong as I lost the post note) were the loveliest most friendliest and helpful people so thank you 😊...I didn't get the girls name who was lead at lunch/dinner service on the Friday evening of the 8th August but she was amazing and interacted with my son by them both stating what Man Utds score would be on the day and she was just so lovely, friendly and chatty. The free parking was a bonus and not too far from the hotel. The room was so clean and the bed was so comfortable, there was coffee etc and the room had an iron which nowadays is rare. The food in the hotel was really good and the environment was just a happy one. All staff we came across were friendly and always smiling (this makes a massive difference). There are shops close by and the people of Manchester were so warm and welcoming.... We will definitely be coming back here again even though it was a 6-hour drive to get there. It was so worth it. It will be a memory my son and I will cherish forever, so from the bottom of my heart....thank you to everyone in the hotel, you really exceeded my expectations ❤️

There is not one thing I can point out that was wrong with this hotel, and I am very picky!!! Amazing hotel.

Car park was easy to access and hotel was easy to find. The staff were welcoming and even offered us a complimentary upgrade with the best view of the stadium! There is a complimentary mini bar with crisps, sweets & drinks. I had the best shower of my life & the best sleep of my life, the pillows are amazing. We felt so relaxed and comfortable here. The guy in the bar both nights was very friendly and genuinely interested in having a conversation with us. The breakfast was good with a variety to choose from. 10/10!!!

The toilet roll was quite thin but this is me being really picky as everything else was amazing.

Staff was absolutely brilliant. We went for our 10 year anniversary and my husband's birthday, and we were given complimentary drinks with our dinner, birthday and anniversary cards, chocolates, table was decorated with balloons and to top it off a room upgrade. There was even a mini fridge with some non-alcoholic drinks and some snacks! Honestly, Catherine (if I remember correctly, she's from South Africa) was absolutely lovely and so so kind. The guys who served us for dinner and drinks (Maz, Sam and another guy who gave us some tips for what to do in Manchester) we're so kind too. We honestly couldn't have had a better couple of nights away 🙂 Also, the breakfast menu and buffet was so good.

The only thing I'd say is that the facilities could use a little bit of TLC here and there. And the food got cold really quickly because the airconditioning was always on (breakfast and dinner). We had to wait a bit long for ordering our next drink and dessert when at dinner, but honestly, that's me nitpicking - all in all it was a brilliant stay and we'd go back in a heartbeat.

Every single thing about this hotel is amazing! All the staff are wonderful. They honestly can’t do enough for you. If you need anything, just ask. They were all so friendly. They made our stay perfect. The hotel is clean, with spacious rooms, and lovely little extra retro treats in the fridge. This was a lovely added extra, free of charge. My son especially enjoyed playing on the rooftop football pitch (5 hours to be precise 😂💙) He had wanted to visit for so long, and it honestly did not disappoint. Modern, spotlessly clean, really well thought out. We had the best room overlooking the football ground on floor 8. The room was spacious and the little football touches were great. The bed was the most comfortable I have had in a hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful, I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel. It’s different , the roof top pitch is great too. The restaurant looked nice although we didn’t use it, kitted out with tv screens. The bar was very nice.

Nothing we had a great stay. The car park is across the road and the 24 hours you pay for starts from when you enter therefore if you arrive early as we did, you have to leave within 24 hours otherwise you pay again. This was the only downside as there was no option near the hotel to park elsewhere or hang around until check in

Perfect location if you are a Manchester United fan. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the beds are the comfiest beds I’ve slept on at a hotel! Upgrading to stadium view is worth the extra money especially if you have kids, that was the highlight of the weekend for my son. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The little extras that are included is a lovely little touch, the complimentary sweets and drinks which are refilled every day were a huge hit with my wee boy. Also, if you have a birthday whilst here then definitely add on the birthday package, it was my little boys 10th birthday the day we arrived and we’d been travelling for nearly 6 hours so it really brightened his day when he came in to balloons, a card from some of the 92’ team, keyring and sweets. And the Astro turf roof top pitch was a huge hit, the view is spectacular. It’s definitely been a weekend to remember and if we come back to Manchester then it’s a no brainer, this is where we will stay!

We liked everything & my son absolutely loved the fact there's a footy pitch on the top floor "heaven" the hotel call it, even the lift button was "h" for heaven. He went up there numerous times & enjoyed a kick about with other children up there, I would give bonus marks if i could for this.

The remote in my room did not work properly, I could not get the guide on & could only use the up & down button for both channel changing & volume. What was more annoying was the fact the tv just went blank if i scrolled to fast & then had to be turned off & back on again, starting at bbc1. The remote was a "one4all" & they are shite, your tv is a samsung so it's not hard to bulk buy samsung remotes so residents can use the tv's properly & that is my only gripe

I liked the stadium view and the breakfast. I liked the café football and the location to old trafford. Iliked watching MUTV in the hotel room as me and my carer are huge Man United supporters. I liked the complimentary shower gel and the décor in room. The bed was very comfy along with the pillows. So comfy I had a good night's sleep after my carer lulled me to sleep. Very lovely staff. The next morning when I had no water to take my meds with, I went to reception and this lovely young man gave me a free glass bottle of water at low cost, but not at any cost to me. I liked having sky sports news on the TV to keep up to date with the footy etc. hotel room very quiet as a mouse, could not hear distant building work

I reserved twin beds with a stadium view, but I got a king size bed to sleep on, which my carer objected to as she felt it was inappropriate to do so . But this was quickly resolved by phoning reception and going to get a more suitable replacement room. Later, my TV box froze and wasn't working properly, so we had to get multiple people to rectify it. Shower was too hot and hard to adjust. Should be regulated at no more than 44°C for safety's sake. Fridgedid not have much water and not a lot of choice of pop

Great location, amazing friendly staff. Massive shout out to Nathan in Cafe Football for writing down a full list of things to check out related to Oasis. He went above and beyond to help us out, please tell him how grateful we were. Also a lovely lady on the front desk, whose name I can’t remember. We checked in around 9:30am on Saturday, she was very accommodating!

Only negative was the air conditioning in our room didn’t work properly, we also didn’t mention this to staff as we weren’t in the room all too often. We stayed in 811

Car park is handy for hotel. Room really big and very comfortable bed. Brilliant shower. Loved all the free things in room. Great view of stadium. Very friendly and courteous young staff. It was my birthday and I was given vouchers for a free drink!

Minor point - TV needed resetting as sound did not match with words being spoken. Very noisy cafe - however, there was a childrens event being held nearby and I think they were all staying in this hotel! Car park is a little pricey.
