We arrived mid afternoon .we were greeted by our hosts Gloria & Frankie. They very wellcoming and showed us the facilities then to our room. The security entry to the property is excellent as your room has a unique code . Our room was superb, very modern , with super comfy bed and wonderful ensuite. Dinning room was lovely with nice touches. Everything throughout was new and some nice added extra facilities you don't get elsewhere. There was a fridge freezer that could be used for your own food and cooker if you wanted to cook your own food. Location was great for getting into central Manchester, as tram station was only 20 minutes walk away. Would definitely come back again.

It is a perfect place to stay for some few days in Manchester! United Home B&B is next to a bus stop from where you can easily reach every fascinating and remarkable location in the city! Also there is a suitable Tramway Station which is close to it and you can use it to reach Manchester Airport, Manchester Center, Old Trafford Stadium and etc.! The rooms are so clean, comfortable and pretty! Frankie and Gloria are the best! They always prepare delicious breakfast and they are so kind! I am sure that every guest is treated with great hospitality! I prefer this unique United Home B&B to every foreigner who is wondering where to stay at!

Gloria and Frankie were a very sweet couple hosting us. Rooms provided a lot of information on sightseeing in Manchester, also the hosts gave us a lot of tips on the United game, as it was our first time. Lots of breakfast options + vegan alternatives, which is really a huge plus, freshly cooked as well. Room was nice quiet and with a smart tv. Bathroom nice, clean and obviously taken care of (rennovated) + shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. Optionally you can spend some time in the common room (breakfast room) and play darts or board games. The hosts live downstairs, so they would have been easily reachable (if needed). Old Trafford Stadium easily accessible by foot (aprox. 25min)

Maybe additional towels for showering, otherwise no complaints

We stayed two nights here whilst in Manchester for a concert. Our hosts, Frankie and Gloria, were delightful and customer service is evidently very important to them. Our room was immaculately clean and very comfortable with a lot of attention to the small things. I was delighted to find a proper hairdryer rather than one attached to a wall. The cooked breakfast was delicious and you could order specific things and nothing was too much trouble. The out of city centre location means it is quieter and Firswood Metro link station is only a short walk and is on the tram line between the airport and the city. The trams are a great way of getting around. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return next time we travel to Manchester. Thank you Frankie and Gloria.

There was nothing negative about our stay.

Everything was great. Our hosts Gloria and Frankie were amazing. The room was very clean. For a cleaning freak like me, didn't have to clean the room before we sleep in the bed. That is saying a lot of things :) If you're going to go to the United match especially, this is the place you should stay. Our hosts are also United fans. You'll definitely love to go to the stadium by only walking for a couple of minutes. We chose the vegetarian English breakfast but there is also original English breakfast, Hong Kong breakfast and toasts, cereal, tea, orange juice options. They also serve fruits. Each morning both Gloria and Frankie made sure we are enjoying our stay and gave us lots of tips to visit the touristic places in the city center. And last but not least the room was full of the latest tech lights. You can adjust the lights to your liking (warm white, white, low, high all of them.)

I really enjoyed my short stay with United Home B&B, Gloria and Frankie on arrival made me feel very welcome making sure I was up to date on my rooms functions Transport links etc. I was very impressed with my tasty breakfast included in the price of the room with other food recommendations noted in their guide book, which I hope to availl of during my next stay. All in all the B&B is 10/10 clean comfortable beds great food and Transport links. Look forward to my next stay.

The location of the accommodation is excellent – it’s peacefully tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet conveniently located just 20 minutes from Old Trafford Stadium and only a 10-minute walk from the nearest tram station. We have just returned from 2 nights stay at this awesome Bed and Breakfast. I booked based on the close vincity to attend a cricket match at Old Trafford and on the wonderful reviews. Our stay at The United Bed and Breakfast was absolutely brilliant. I cannot fault it, in any way. A beautifully decorated bedroom, a clean and equally beautiful bathroom, with an excellent shower and toiletries. A comfy bed, ceiling fan, hairdryer, my list could go on and on - infact everything to make your stay extremely comfortable. On arrival we received a warm welcome and the friendliness and helpfulness of Frankie and Gloria continued throughout our stay. Breakfast was beautifully presented and a choice of either a full English or Hong Kong option were available to accompany fresh fruit salad, cereal and toast. It truly is the best place we have stayed in and we look forward to returning in the future.

A great place to stay, Frankie and Gloria are lovely hosts.... They have put a get deal of thought into looking after their guests .... This was evident from the moment we arrived. We stayed for 3 days 4 nights and it was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were modern, very clean, nicely decorated with quality furniture and accessories including some really smart lighting and locks... Breakfast options were very good and the full English was nicely cooked. Highly recommended would definitely stay here again

Had a really exceptional stay here whilst in town for a wedding. Location is great, within easy walking distance to restaurants, attractions and the tram. We parked easily for free outside the house. The couple running the bnb were so friendly and welcoming, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, and put on a great breakfast (English and Hong Kong styles available!) The room itself was very comfortable with facilities as described on the website and a modern en suite bathroom with a fab shower. Quiet despite being so close to the stadium and main road. Overall, one of the best UK bnbs we've stayed at for a long time, we would not hesitate to stay again and warmly recommend it to anyone popping over to Manchester!
