There were no staff, as such. It was a type of digital accommodation. I liked the unfussy nature of it, especially as it had been a very long day. I got the code to access the property, then another code for the bedroom. I had access to the kitchen and bathroom, both of which were fine. Finally, the location was very convenient for Manchester city centre, and also for the motorway network. It's also very close to Old Trafford, Manchester United's home ground. Another big plus, for a future trip!

If I was travelling with a romantic partner, then it might be a little austere. But, for a 3 friends travelling together, I think it's unbeatable value. Well done!

Staying here for work and have no complaints on my seventh week here and pretty much stayed in every room. Clean rooms great location good night sleep, shared kitchen and bathrooms all clean and all utensils available. All at a great price will be continuing my stays 👍

Big comfortable bed, out of 4 to choose from in my suite. Staff were fantastic, keyless entry and keysafe by the room door meant I just had to turn up and enter after 14 hours at work, and sleep. Nice location, although a bit out of the way, meant a nice leisurely stroll through the leafy suburbs to get the Tram back to town before I returned home.

Bathroom (second floor), was a bit janky, cracked sink, leaking radiator too I think, but nothing drastic. No plugs beside the bed to plug in my phone, but a light on the bedside table with nothing to plug it into was odd. Blinds didn't seem to open properly in the suite but as I was only there overnight, it was a non issue. All in, would absolutely book again when I'm working that side of Manchester! Top job!

Cosy, and good value for money.

The door handle broke so we couldn’t get out the front door, and other guests were shouting which we could hear upstairs. But when we rang for help the staff was very helpful and responsive so can’t really knock them for that. No issues apart from that, which was promptly sorted by staff and were able to use back door.

We were here for a concert at the O2 in Trafford, so this place was pretty perfectly situated, just a 20 minute walk or a short bus ride. The room was cosy and clean. It was really excellent value for money with nice soft bed sheets and a good bathroom and kitchen area. Each room had it's own lockbox and there was a key code on the main door so very secure.

The bed was a little creaky and you could hear doors banging in the night sometimes which made sleeping a bit hard if you are a light sleeper. But overall, this was a pleasant, simple and cheap stay with everything you needed to make a good base for the night!

This was a very accessible area, direct bus routes to Manchester City and its rail networks, making tourist attractions within easy access. Beds were solid, perfectly clean room and perfect for a 2 star standard. Shower facility was spot on and a great addition. Extreme value for money.

There could've have been a cooking unit within the main kitchen area itself. The bed I slept in was extremely close to the radiator, and it knocks on approx 7am, so yhis could've been moved a touch.

Very clean and comfortable room. Good hot shower as well. I was there for the manchester marathon, close to the start and finish. Kettle in the room with tea, coffee and milk. Kitchen with microwave but no cooker, good for me as I need my porridge before the race😊 Very friendly hosts and answers questions/queries Very quickly.

Great bed, coffee making facilities in rooms as well as a kitchen. Very clean, organised and comfortable. The self checkin was perfect.

Noise from main road - could do with windows upgraded which will also help with heating costs..

Warm and comfy. Easy to find. Everything on hand.

Just small inconsequential things, like no light bulb in a lamp, picture slipped off wall, insufficient milk, dank covering, outside noise (needs triple glazing), ...

After reading the reviews I was dreading the place shouldn't of because place was lovely we stayed for 3 niggts while going to a game at Old Trafford was perfect for that reason 2 min walk to bus stop 5 mins to old trafford 20 min to center of manchester

Outside the building looks grubby thats all really
