Brand new serviced split level spacious apartment with everything you could possibly need and more. Lovely modern furnishings with plenty storage. Two bedrooms with two bathrooms and separate WC. Great location, walking distance to centre. Tram and bus stop directly outside. Would recommend booking car space if available as on street parking very busy. Greeted on arrival and shown to apartment. Communication via email/txt/phone regularly.
While staying there was a heatwave and the bedrooms upstairs were far too hot - advised that fans were on order for future. Windows could be opened but street noise was high as on main road. Recommendations - fans. Blinds are not blackout so addition of curtains to block out light. Change up the double bed option to twin beds.

Very spacious and was clean. We appreciated having two bathrooms. The hot water and the heater worked fine. Kitchen was stocked with dinnerware and was clean. We had to pay extra £15 for parking and it was available onsite.
It was very difficult to locate the apartment. I called the customer service couple of times. I am thankful that they responded but the instructions given by them was also not clear. They could send a little picture of the map when we book. The apartment is huge with multiple blocks and finding the correct flat was a challenge. Also the instructions for getting to parking was not clear. We had to leave the car in road and run through each block of apartment to find our flat. The fob for parking was inside the flat.

We stayed for 2 nights. Minor problem getting deposit paid and completing precheck-in but it was all delt with quickly via the messaging service. We booked parking along with our stay. On arrival, we found our apartment fairly easily due to it being ground floor and I spotted it via street veiw before we arrived. Access was fine, but no key fob for parking garage was in apartment. A quick phone call and they delt with this well. Was a little difficult to park car initially so we could get into apartment to gain access to the allocated parking bay. (Which was underground, and fully secure.) Apartment was spotless. Felt like new. Nicely equipped and had everything we needed. Kids loved having their own bedroom and loo. Was a little hot at night and due to our apartment being ground floor and facing the main road, was a touch loud to.have window open. But this wouldn't deteer me from going back. Metro link to city center was 2 min walk. We could see the station from the apartment. Couple stops to center was perfect and cost approx £5.50 for a family day travel card. Co-op directly opposite for essentials. I would very much recommend this for a stay in Manchester.

Great location, close to many of the amenities people travel for. Close to the football stadium, Trafford centre, and most importantly 10 mins drive from !Audacious church. There is a Coop shop just across the road and tram stops very close by. Plenty of equipment to tide you over, including a well stocked coffee machine, washing up liquid and bathroom products.
It took a long time to find the property. We were close by but took us nearly an hour to actually locate the exact property and the correct parking area that was booked. There were also some old water marks coming down the walls from the shower room above that were very noticeable.

The apartment was lovely and well heated would definitely stay here again. Well equipped modern kitchen. There was 4 of us there was plenty of room 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms both with showers. Very comfy beds.
No signage where the apartment was we had reserved a parking space and couldn't find how to get into the car park. Asked several people who had no idea we asked security from some other apartments he kindly walked us to our apartment and showed us the key code not sure we would have known its on the door which isn't obvious until you tap part of the door handle and it illuminates the key pad very stressful. To get into the car park you need the fob which is in the apartment. I got the impression this happens alot.

Great stay and would definitely return. Very clean and modern property, 2bed 2bath apartment. Spacious and comfortable living dining areas, bedrooms, bathroom with walk in rain shower. Quiet although near main road. Excellent location. Local supermarket and metro link few minutes away. Really good road links into town, two nearby retail parks, Salford and towards Sale. Gated car park.
Issue with missing parking fob and no kettle were very promptly sorted. Rest mostly great, few minor things only. Heating controls were quite fiddly to use and get the apartment warmed up. Kitchen items hit and miss - loads of saucepans and dinner plates but only three forks and only wine, no water glasses!

Excellent accommodation, new and clean. Great location, tram stop and shop a few minutes walk. Nice quiet and secure location. Would definitely book again.
Few minor things, when registering I accidentally loaded wrong ID picture and system wouldn't let me correct. Also when stay details were sent on the location was incorrect, seems there is another Princess St in Manchester. Last issue was pictures advertising the property showed a gym. When I enquired about access to it I was told it was only accessible if you were staying 3 months or more.

the space and the location for the swimming pool as my children were competing there at the weekend.
There was no oven glove, no glasses to drink from other than wine glasses or small children's plastic tumblers and I don't drink wine and would have liked normal standard glasses. There was not a drainer so we could not drain the pasta., I felt as if the apartment was set up for people that do not cook or want to cook. No over glove and struggled to find the guidance for bins and getting access to the car park ,but once in was fine.

I had a great time at this property. It has everything I need. The apartment is on two floors. On the first floor, there is a living area, kitchen area, and a bathroom. On the second floor, there are two bathrooms and two bedrooms. It’s clean and has a good location because it’s near the Cornbrook tram station. I extended my stay at this property because it has all the things I need. The check-in was easy. They sent me a link to upload my passport, then they sent me the door code. You don’t need to meet anyone to check in. Also, there is a £50 deposit. Also the guest services team is friendly and helpful. I had issue with turn on the hob they help me with it.

Fantastic location: 5 minute walk to the tram (which was only 30 minutes to our festival and 10-15 minutes to the city centre) and a 2 minute walk to a CO-OP. The bedrooms were amazing. One had an en-suite, the other across the hall from another bathroom. The showers themselves were very luxurious. The beds were a great size and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, and more, to make any meal we wanted. The living room was great for relaxing, with brilliant sofas and a massive TV. The property was easily accessible, we loved the fact you could put a code in without having to take a key with us to our festival.
Nothing, it was perfect.
