I like the location of the hotel, it was near an event we were attending and the NCP car park next door. The room was clean and comfortable. There was complimentary water, which was lovely because it was a very hot day. The shower was excellent, good pressure and hot enough. I loved the cocktail bar on the roof.

Check-in was a bit slow. I think they could offer a self-check-in option. There were a few people there, and the line wasn't very long, but it still took a while to get checked in. The air conditioning is pretty old. It seemed to work okay, but it took a long time to cool the room down. The price was high, but I understand it was because of the location. I think they could offer additional amenities for that price. I also think they could provide more info about parking. Oasis was playing in Manchester, so I thought the parking lot would be packed, but it wasn't. I booked in advance, and the Hilton offers 30% off, but when you book parking ahead of time, NCP takes payment, and the discount cannot be refunded.

I am disabled and I usually have to use the pool after checking out the next day after checkout , as I stay at the hotel until late as my disability means I am extremely limited in my mobility and speed. The pool is one of my main reasons for staying. On my previous two visits, after explaining to pool staff my disability restrictions and the fact I am an executive guest, this has never been an issue but this time the pool staff member was telling me in future this would not be possible. The hotel need to liaise with the pool staff and pool staff definitely need to be more flexible.

On the whole it was nice. The bedroom was lovely

The hotel itself was lovely, the views were incredible, the location was ideal and the staff were very polite and professional. With free use to the swimming pool and hot tub area, making a really nice touch.

We parked in the recommended car park, the NCP multistory just across the street from the hotel. During the night our car had been broken into, and somethings stolen. When we looked into it, the car park had multiple reviews saying the same thing had happened to other people. Whilst I understand the car park is not associated with the hotel directly, a small heads up to the guests might be a nice touch.

Generally great location towards end of Deansgate, far enough out to be more peaceful for city but close enough to the centre to enjoy things easily. Attractions like Central Manchester Library etc five minutes walk away. Driving from M56 direction generally very easy to find, straight up Princess Parkway.

Parking needs to be made clearer - is there valet service or not? Discount codes for the nearby NCP or not? It was fine in the end, and the parking was very good - but is it part of the hotel deal or not? We did check beforehand.

We had a wonderful stay, I loved almost everything! The swimming pool was great, the views from the room were stunning, and the room itself was absolutely beautiful. It was my partner’s birthday, and I arranged for some special amenities, the team didn’t disappoint! Anna was super helpful! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I especially loved the bathroom and shower. Overall, a great experience

Parking quite expensive, opposite the hotel, however do get discount when you go to front desk! No Netflix on TV

Great location right in the middle of everything we needed. Room was of the highest standard, very comfy bed, very clean and we only stayed two night and the room was done after our first night right for our second night.

Parking was not stated that it was not included in the stay on the booking. com website it said it had parking but when we got there we realized the parking was not included and ended up paying £60+ on parking alone. and no offer of discount though the hotel for the parking either. we was in room 608 and the shower glass screen leaked on the first day because the rubber seal wasn't on all the way once pushed on didn't leak again.

Location, cleanliness and restaurant were all great

Small bed for a queensize room, too warm even with air conditioning turned to lowest. Did not like cloud ba. Staff were rude and unhelpful. We went at a quiet time without a booking and explained we were residents. Got a lovely seat by the window but never got served. Plenty of staff cleaning tables and other people came in after us and got served. We left without ordering and explained to the bar manager why, but he didn't seem bothered.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They couldn't do enough to welcome us. Gabby on reception checked us in ahead of 4pm as our room was ready. Also as we were there for a birthday treat we were offered a complimentary drink at the bar. In the Executive Lounge, Michelle provided a first class service to meet our every need. Our stay was special due to the service we received. Thank you so much.

It was very cool in Cloud 23 bar so we ended up taking our drinks to the room, not ideal. We struggled to adjust the temperature in our room and didn't sleep too well due to the temperature of the room and noise of the trains.

Great views. Great staff. Cloud bar exceptional. Great location. Pool and leisure decent. Manchester awesome place. Especially red half. Drinks bit pricey in Cloud bar but has to be seen. Loads of stuff around Manchester to do. Spoilt for restaurants and bars etc.

Price of breakfast but you could probably get a good deal. Also loads of cafe bars open around area for cheaper option if you venture out in the morning. Parking pricey. 25 pound for the night at the local ncp and that was with 30 per cent discount offered by the hilton Hotel.
