Very comfortable stay. Our upgraded room was quite spacious The bathroom was exceptional and the staff were very helpful, providing excellent service

It was unclear that the breakfast was a tray brought to our room in the morning. Cold croissants and cereal bars were not what I had expected. Maybe I missed that detail in the booking? The fruit bowl and yoghurt was nice though

Upon arrival Ryan and his team were so friendly and welcoming, best reception check in I have ever experienced! My mum and I were on a trip away to celebrate my birthday and were given an upgrade to the most beautiful suite, it surpassed all expectations and made our stay very special. The facilities were fantastic, rooms spotless, beds comfy, beautiful decor and nothing was too much trouble for the team working at Forty Seven. We had a delicious meal at Asha's and the location of the hotel was perfect. A wonderful stay and we will be back again soon, the whole experience was amazing.

Wonderful place to stay and the location is very close to the city center and all nearby attractions. The location is exceptional and easily accessible from Manchester Piccadilly station by the free bus service and by walking as well. The staff members are very kind, polite and always available to help and they helped me to take my daughter's stroller down stairs. The suite's downstairs living area was very nice and the view was fabulous. Great black out blinds. Lots of free toiletries. The decor of the whole place and the rooms was nice and unique.

The the bedrooms of the suite in the 3rd floor are a bit narrow and there was no space for the kids to play.

Staff were useless to get hold of. Prior to arrival, I was asked to a eta of arrival. i said it would be around 10.30 pm as there was a delay. I arrival at 10.40 pm no one was at the desk to let me in, I buzzed the buzzer a million times, no answer, I messaged the whasts app and on the booking.com apo to say I'm here. I was outside cold for 10 mins. She tells me I can contact them via phone, whatsap or room service if I need anything at any time. I needed toilet roll on Saturday afternoon i rang the landline, no answer, rang WhatsApp no answer. I had to go buy some toilet roll. For the money I paid, i don't expect this kind of service. I get better service at Premier Inn, and it's cheaper.

Fabulous hotel in fantastic central location. Always a pleasure

This was my 4th stay here and I will most certainly be back. This time I booked a suite as there were 3 and potentially 4 of us to stay and it was the best option at the time. I felt the rooms in the suite we stayed in were very small and lacking in space with the sloped ceilings. Also the dressing table stool was too high for the dressing table. In hindsight it would have been better to book 2 rooms. However the suite was still beautiful/clean/luxurious.. just didn’t really suit our group who are all on the taller side.

The location was perfect for us as we met up with friends and family who were staying at other hotels very close by. We upgraded our room to a 2 bedroom suite which was well worth the extra payment. Ryan on reception was so very polite and helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. The suite made the weekend more enjoyable as it meant we could invite our bride to be to our room for pre-meal drinks and nibbles.

The only criticism both my daughter and I have is the lighting in the rooms, it's really bad for putting on make up, and the little dressing table in the rooms are tiny, my daughter and I are both 5'7" and cannot see through the mirrors.

Location was good. Cocktail bar was great, good price and the cocktails were brilliant. Hotel staff lovely. We left our bags with them as the room wasn’t ready and by the time we came back they had taken all our belongings up to the room.

The lights in the room were awful. Too dark to be able to put makeup on properly and was hard to figure out which light did what due to being on a strange multi switch with no clear logic of which worked which (not ideal when you need to get up in the night). It was very very noisy from The street at night 3am and you could still hear everyone shouting. So not a great nights sleep

The decor, location, and staff were excellent, with no issues whatsoever during check-in. Although I didn’t use the bar, the space felt super cozy, quirky, and modern. The staff kindly allowed me to leave my bag after checking out, which was a huge help as I had a meeting and didn’t have to carry it around Manchester. The complimentary shower gels, hand soaps, and other toiletries were of really high quality, adding an extra touch of luxury that perfectly complemented the hotel’s stylish decor.

The heating and hot water weren’t working well when I first arrived, but they seemed to be fine by the time I was checking out. It might have just been a temporary glitch.

Our room was very clean and comfortable and the location was literally minutes away from The Albert Hall the venue for a Del Amitri gig we were attending, so no taxis required. The staff were very welcoming, efficient and helpful. There is a beautiful restaurant within no 47, which we sadly did not have time to dine in, and a gym. The control panel in the room enabled us to set the lighting as bright or dim as we liked, even the window blinds are on the panel. The only thing J felt could have been better was the size of our room for the price.( £170), and this was for the room only. estaurant

It’s a very unique building with lovely exposed brick. The bar has a cool vibe with great cocktails and bartenders. The decor and style is very tasteful.

The shower head didn’t let a lot of water through so i had to use the handheld shower instead. Though the lights were nice and dim for ambience, it wasn’t great when you needed a lot of light in the room. Also, the light in the bathroom could be brighter for putting your make up on. The bar shuts at 11pm, which is unfortunate because we would have liked to have had a drink before bed.
