A spacious room with every need considered. The kitchenette had everything you would need for even a lengthy stay, even with some milk and bottled water in the fridge. The cleaning staff were happy to replenish coffee pods, loo rolls, clean towels etc. or you could pick them up from the floor with the restaurant and spa on. There is a car park a couple of buildings away, it’s expensive but really handy. The site of the hotel is really close to restaurants, the theatre, China town, etc., I mean they are literally a road away.

The only negatives were, that the information needed to understand how to activate the lights, air conditioning, blackout blind, and lift (also microwave and coffee machine) were not provided, so it took a while before we understood that we had to put our room access card into a slot by the door to make things work. Also, the mattresses, while comfortable, slide off the bases a bit.

The hotel’s in a great spot—right in the city center, just a short walk from the tram stop, so you can easily get around town. It’s also close to the train stations, which makes getting to and from the airport super convenient. The hotel is lovely, the rooms are well-equipped, and the staff are incredibly kind and always smiling (our daughter even got a little treat at the reception). We had a side view of the city (facing a nearby office building), but it was perfectly quiet at night, so we got a really good night’s sleep. The large bed was super comfy too. Overall, we couldn’t be happier—everything was perfect, and if we ever come back to Manchester, we’ll definitely stay at this hotel again.

The location is unbeatable—every major point of interest in the city is within a 15-minute walk, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and exploring. The apartment itself is in a modern building with an absolutely stunning view. The 24-hour reception is a great bonus, ensuring assistance is always available if needed. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, ensuring we had a pleasant stay right from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and well-equipped. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and well worth the £16. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, I highly recommend it for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

the free upgrade to a 1 bedroomed apartment because we needed 2 single beds was amazing; the apartment was really lovely with all we needed. the little touches made such a difference to our stay. the bar area on level 9 was fantastic..free ice pops, friendly staff and a pantry to buy provisions and extra nespresso pods. the bed was really comfy! the breakfast in the morning was delicious. the reception staff were brilliant and so helpful

so much tech! in the room everything is controlled by touch panels...we didn't realise the bedroom blind was controlled by a touch panel somewhere in the room because the lounge blind had a pulley system, so we slept with the blind up which left the room too bright

Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough for a city break to Manchester. The location is perfect. Everything is within a 10-15 minute walk plus a tram stop outside the hotel making it easy to get around. Staff very friendly and helpful. Everything was just perfect. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay, definitely go with Wilde Aparthotels.

Can get a little noisy at night time but nothing too bad. No inside lock on the doors as they must lock automatically which is not a problem but took me a while to get used to not locking the door myself as I enter the room.

Location, furniture and cleanness

The receptionists. I’ve requested a baby cot when I made my reservation and I’ve got the confirmation that will be inside the room, but unfortunately it wasn’t there and I went down to the reception and made a new request. After 3 hours I went down again because they didn’t bring it.! After 2 days, in the morning I went to the reception and made a request for new towels, but unfortunately when I came back evening to the hotel there was nothing! I when to the reception again and I toke the towels by myself.!

Very clean, the kitchen utensils on offer were great. The bed was outstanding best night sleep I’ve had in a very long time. High end products throughout.

The door was extremely difficult to open. I thought I had the wrong room at first as I thought the key card wasn’t working but after making my way back to the reception the lady explained they have had new fire doors fitted and I may need to give it a “bit” of a push. Now I’m pretty active and consider myself strong but goodness that door needed a a lot of force to open. I couldn’t imagine someone old or frail using that door. Once in to the room it felt extra safe from a security point of view so that’s the positive I guess haha. Apart from that everything was outstanding.

We had a great stay at the Wilde Aparthotel which has an excellent city centre location in the heart of Manchester. Our room was very well appointed and spotlessly clean. Great facilities with pleasantly helpful staff. Would not hesitate to stay here again (If Bruce Springsteen comes to town again - LOL!)

We didn't get our bin emptied despite leaving the door hanger out. The linen & towel change is a bit steep at £20.00 but was not really a problem for our 4 night stay. But these are very minor quibbles, our overall experience was brilliant.

No bin liner in bathroom or kitchen bin Would have preferred bed to not be against window so it’s accessible from both sides, but can appreciate that space is limited. Also a table + sockets on both sides of bed but again can appreciate that space is limited and would rather have the larger size bed.

The rooms were amazing and fully kitted out with tea, coffee, bottled water and fresh milk. We couldn't fault the rooms at all, and the bed was super comfortable. The shower was lovely. The breakfast/bar area was lovely and stylish, with views of the Manchester skyline. Comfortable and a great place to relax. Breakfast was ok; the buffet was really good, and the hot food was too. Perhaps a little on the pricey side, but for convenience, it was great.

There was nothing that we didn't like, only perhaps a bit more explanation when we checked in. We weren't sure if we had to approach staff for drinks from the bar or wait to be served, and the same goes for breakfast. The reception was in the same area and manned by the same staff who were serving. Maybe some additional signage.
