We really enjoyed our stay at Wilde. The location is fantastic - right in the heart of Manchester, which allowed us to explore the city from optimal starting point. The room was small but well equipped, view was great and the staff was friendly.

Not sure if applicable, however we stayed for 7 nights and our room was only cleaned once in that time. We tried to keep it tidy ourselves, which we would have anyway, so that didn't bother us too much, but since we used the kitchenette frequently for cooking, there was quite a lot rubbish piling up.

I absolutely loved my stay at Wilde! It was everything I could have hoped for and more. The location was perfect—right in the heart of Manchester, just a short walk from all the key landmarks and attractions. Public transport was easily accessible, making it super convenient to get around the city. The room itself was modern, beautifully designed, and packed with great facilities that made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. One of the standout features was the spectacular view—absolutely breathtaking, especially at night! Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Manchester. I’d happily stay here again!

I went to Manchester for a wedding down the street at a different hotel. For the price and the central location of Wilde Aparthotels, I was surprised that it was so beautiful and had everything we needed! It was great to be walking distance from everything, and have separate beds because I was there with a friend. We also loved the under the bed storage drawers for our big suitcases! It was nice to have a little kitchen so we didn't always have to rely on eating out. The place was very modern, beautiful, and the lounge on the 9th floor was lovely to sit in on one of the mornings I was there that was rainy. I will 100% come back here the next time I'm in Manchester.

I stayed at Wilde Aparthotels Manchester City Centre while in town for an Oasis concert (of course!), and overall had a great experience. The location is excellent – close to all major train and bus stations, which made getting around super easy. The hotel itself is clean, beautifully designed, and the staff were friendly and helpful. One highlight was the bed – it was incredibly comfortable, one of the best I’ve slept in! Other than that, everything was great – I’d still recommend it and would consider staying here again!

The only downside was that the room wasn’t cleaned daily and towels weren’t replaced unless I asked at reception. It wasn’t a big deal, but it would have been nice if that was done automatically.

A spacious room with every need considered. The kitchenette had everything you would need for even a lengthy stay, even with some milk and bottled water in the fridge. The cleaning staff were happy to replenish coffee pods, loo rolls, clean towels etc. or you could pick them up from the floor with the restaurant and spa on. There is a car park a couple of buildings away, it’s expensive but really handy. The site of the hotel is really close to restaurants, the theatre, China town, etc., I mean they are literally a road away.

The only negatives were, that the information needed to understand how to activate the lights, air conditioning, blackout blind, and lift (also microwave and coffee machine) were not provided, so it took a while before we understood that we had to put our room access card into a slot by the door to make things work. Also, the mattresses, while comfortable, slide off the bases a bit.

Easy check in and out. The room was well equipped, nicely decorated and air conditioning was a huge benefit. We were lucky enough to get a really great view. We also liked the controls for the lights and electrics. Felt very safe with the key needed for entering and lifts ect. Great location. Would recommend.

We requested the beds to be a double but they set it as two singles, not really an issue as I pushed the beds together which was easy enough - not sure why this couldn’t have been done (I know it was subject to availability but it took seconds) Unfortunately it was pretty dirty underneath where the bed had been.

Luxurious apartments. We booked a 3 bed city view & it was worth the extra for 2 people - more room & great view. Check in was a bit odd. Directed to 9th floor & wandered round for a bit with luggage in what looked like a cafe/bar area, looking a bit confused, before we asked someone who was sat working on a laptop if they knew where reception was, to be told that they were reception!? However, we loved the comfort & luxury of the apartment so much so that we've booked it again for our next visit to the Palace Theatre. St Peter's Square is within easy access of everything the city centre has to offer whilst being less frenetic than Piccadilly or Deansgate. 1 min to trams, 5 mins to Oxford Road train station & 3 mins to Palace Theatre.

Reception was a bit confusing, as above. Maybe staff could be more aware of people exiting the lift with luggage & make a smoother welcome. Having said that, once we located reception, the staff were friendly, professional & efficient, which was very much appreciated. Other than that very slight 1st world problem, it was amongst the best stays we've had in the magestic city of Manchester.

Main issue is the 3 person room we got. The sofabed for the 3rd person for extremely uncomfortable with metal bars sticking into your back when lying down. Little to no comfort on the thin mattress. Would be better as a 2 bed room. Room was small for the occupancy (room 10008). Check in at 3. We arrived at 4.15 to be told our room was not ready and would be 10 mins (took 20 mins). Staff were excellent in dealing in this with us and offered us a drink while we waited. It's a good example of good customer service de-escalating a potential customer complaint.

Very comfort room and some of the staff was really lovely to my mom, who does not speak english! The public spaces were clean and confortable! It was also cool the availability of the food and beverages

I'd like to provide some feedback on the check-in process. The staff informed me that check-in "begins at 3 pm," which I found to be a misleading policy. To me, a published check-in time should be the guaranteed time the room is available, not the start of a waiting period. It felt as though we had to constantly check with the staff to get our room keys, which made the process frustrating and disorganized. I understand that it was during oasis gigs season but if you book a room and it is already paid, you should make it available at the certain time since check-out time is a firm deadline.

The hotel’s in a great spot—right in the city center, just a short walk from the tram stop, so you can easily get around town. It’s also close to the train stations, which makes getting to and from the airport super convenient. The hotel is lovely, the rooms are well-equipped, and the staff are incredibly kind and always smiling (our daughter even got a little treat at the reception). We had a side view of the city (facing a nearby office building), but it was perfectly quiet at night, so we got a really good night’s sleep. The large bed was super comfy too. Overall, we couldn’t be happier—everything was perfect, and if we ever come back to Manchester, we’ll definitely stay at this hotel again.
