Hotel is great for what you pay our 2 rooms was large family rooms 16 & 13 clean modern and with comfortable beds nice and quiet thick carpet. plenty of free parking and about 10 minutes to walk to the weaste Tram into Manchester Hot showers TV with Netflix hotel is in a residential area so away from city noise. there is a take away and convenience store next to the hotel and über drivers are always around and fast. for what we paid I personally think this hotel is great comfy beds Wi-Fi available soaps shampoos are nice tea and coffee facilities in room. great location for hopping on a tram and exploring pleasant hotel - plus the only hotel not to triple the cost during a England match at old Trafford value for money thanks for a great stay check out at 11am which is good. nice views from top floor from room 16 would definitely book this room again. 10min trip in car to media city Old Trafford and Trafford centre

nothing really - the hotel looks like it’s getting work done in some places there is a few areas that could do with a lick of paint but nothing major I would definitely stay again when visiting Manchester. it’s definitely a vast improvement on the reviews and photos I’ve seen before doing a great job bringing it up to standard.

Staff were really helpful and when we had issues with door locks and missing things they worked quickly and politely to help. Beds were comfy. Onsite parking. Shop and takeaway next door. Let us keep milk in the fridge for our son.

We did ask before coming for a travel cot which when I spoke to someone on the phone, said it was fine and reserved. However we didn't get one as they didn't have one available we had to make do by one of us sleeping with our toddler but it was fine. The room itself wasn't the cleanest and the bathroom smelt like cigarette smoke constantly even when the shower was on. In a room that was unused an alarm was going off constantly and on the other side of the wall was my mum's room so this kept my mum awake alot and when I asked for it to be sorted I was told it would be and it wasn't.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. On checking in my son told them it was his birthday, when we later returned they left a surprise in the room for him. It’s the little things 😄 shop next door, restaurants within a 8 min walk. 9 in Uber to Trafford centre

The hotel is a little dated, but all these negative reviews, if you want the standard of a Marriott pay to stay at the Marriott. It was a little loud in the evenings, but again that is out of the hotels control.

Not the same as people reviews good staff checked in early after the room was available very helpful staff clean and good for its value you shouldn’t expect any better for £35 smart tv has netflix wifi was great not even one issue very close to transport local off licence shop right next to the place

Just a a bit dusty not even over few days dust , not much drinks in bar thats alll and still great for value

the staff were very kind gave me extra pillows and towels definitely coming back here it was a nice experience if anyone comes to this hotel ask for Arun or Joseph they are very helpful

Bed was comfy with clean bedding. Toiletries provided. Kettle with tea bags etc provided. There is free parking but not many spaces. Saw other reviews after we booked and was worried but we were overall happy with our stay.

The shower did not work. Room could have been a little cleaner, there was rubbish next to the bed that was missed and the tray next to the kettle was dirty. There was a wardrobe but no hangers. Room would also benefit from a coat hook as there wasn't one so had nowhere to hang coats.

The location was excellent The value for money But the most important thing was how friendly and helpful the staff were we had them tortured for extra towels and it was not a problem they really could not have done anything more us we had an excellent stay and we will definitely be back

We was only there for the night and met what we needed tea milk coffee in room kettle clean towels loo roll we will stay again if lower rooms available

That we didn't check for a ground level or first floor as too many stairs too top floor but I should of checked we had double family room for 5 of us
