No chair in the room that we could use for breakfast apart from 1 very high chair, we are in our 60's and I can't perch on one of those any more and there was 2 of us, the facilities for making breakfast were very basic, if only there had been a small table and 2 chairs and a bedside cabinet on both sides to hold a cup of tea and alarm clock it would have got full marks.

The staff was really friendly and we received a good explanation on how the facilities worked. The location is also very convenient for travelling into Manchester (even by Uber is quite affordable) or to Liverpool as the train station is 10 min walk. There is parking on site, which is very convenient as not many places offer that possibility.

The room we booked was not the one presented to us as it was located in the basement area as opposed to the upper floors. Upon discussing the matter with the Manager, as the room changing was quite challenging, he was kind enough to agree a refund to compensate the discrepancy, which we really appreciated. As a contructive feedback, the bathroom could benefit with some storage space/shelves for toiletries etc.

The apartment location was perfect midway between the city and the trafford centre and my friends house so it suited our needs, it was only 10 pounds into the city by UBER, the apartment allowed for more flexibility with the family and alos time to relax with no cleaners coming in daily, overall the family were very happy with the apartment. Staff were very friendly and there was no issue with check in time after 3pm

Really great location, straight off the motorway and close to the town, local shops and the tram. Plenty of space in our room, comfortable bed and everything we needed for a weekend break.

Here and there, there's a few areas of carpet that could really do with a refresh. If you're stopping on business it really wouldn't matter too much and maybe a darker colour carpet would be more forgiving but it perhaps unfairly gives the wrong first impression because the place itself and our room was really clean.

It was obvious they had done a quick clean of the room and the bedding was washed. However, the room was not cleaned thoroughly and there were dog hairs in the bedding and on the carpet. But was fine once I had removed the animal hair and spruced it up myself.

The building was like a hotel but with studio apartments, very private, I stayed here during my paramedic placements so was doing shift work. Colin greeted me when I arrived to give me the code and show me round, he was lovely. Everything was good and I had a great stay. Blackout blinds, quiet and everything was clean and comfy. I had a problem with a guest opposite playing music at 5am Sunday morning however I text Colin and he came and sorted it within 2 minutes of texting him, nothing was too much for him and said to ring or text if I ever had a problem or needed anything. Thanks so much, I would stay again!

It was quiet and roomy. Close to church where we were attending a conference.

Watered down shampoo, dirty cutlery and crockery, cheap thin mattresses, very cold and we weren’t allowed to touch the heating. Actual warning signs threatening a fine for touching the heating which was never on.Tiny bathroom especially the wash basin. Up the top so many stairs! No curtain so it was light all night. The skylight window didn’t shut.

Comfy beds, very clean, everything we needed for our stay. I loved that there were three beds, including one double, so plenty of room for the two of us. Sparkly white sheets and duvet covers. And the telly was HUGE!!!! Colin was really helpful and settled us into our room. And I LOVED that there was free parking right outside and it was so close to Salford Royal hospital, perfect for our trip. Would DEFINITELY book again.

Hard to be negative, but ceramic mugs would have been great. Hot drinks just don't taste as good in plastic, although it wasn't cheap plastic!! I would book on the ground floor next time, for mobility purposes, but I booked on the day, so I was lucky to get a room at all!! The person upstairs was a bit noisy, it was just unfortunate thar he or she got up before we needed to wake!!

Good choice. Its always great to have a fridge and microwave in the room. Everything worked and it was easy to get to Manchester centre. There was some renovating going on in the kitchen, but I didnt mind and the staff was helpfull. I gave feedback on the cleaning, but they fixed it fast which was great!

Rooms are excellent for what you pay. The beds are soooo comfortable. We stayed for a month and we also used the shared kitchen which is modern and equipped very well. The area is quiet away from the city's business. Staff is brilliant! Thanks Colin and Matthew for a great stay. We would recommend.

However, as there're many people that stay long term, many didn't clean after themselves in the kitchen, so it was dirty sometimes.
