This is the airport hotel you need!!! It was the usual early-start-sleepover, so all we wanted was good food and a comfy, quiet sleep. And TRIBE excelled at all three. The room was totally silent, the bed was lovely, and our meal was outstanding. Didn't do breakfast so can't comment on that. (We stayed in a different airport hotel last time, won't name them here, but they totally failed at these basic requirements... sigh) We even got a loan of the hotel luggage trolley, cos one of our suitcase wheels fell off (dont judge but it's quite old). And a heads up.. the restaurant closes at 9.30 pm and it was REALLY busy. So consider booking ahead if you need food, don't be tempted to wing it. Nice buzzy bar to hang out in, too. And the best bit : it's right next to the train station and an easy peasy walk to all the terminals,. Only took us 10 mins to T3, although we do tend to walk quite fast. Highly recommended, esp at this price point

Ultra modern and interesting decor. Really attractive public spaces. Welcoming and pleasant reception staff. Lovely quiet room 135 overlooking the outdoor seating area. Clear signposting from railway station and only a couple of minutes walk.

The room was clean but my bed sheet which was in fact freshly laundered, still had pinprick bloodstains left on it which obviously hadn’t been spotted by the housekeepers. The black paintwork in the bathroom area needed cleaning on the door. The black skirting boards need paintwork refreshing. The ultra modern design hasn’t provided any space in the bathroom to put toiletries and cosmetics down except for the very narrow sink rim but bathroom lighting and mirrors were very good. The storage and desk in the room was also ample. Excellent tea and coffee provision.

The bed was comfortable and the that were amenities provided were excellent. The window over looked the internal atium which was fine, but others may find this odd.

The employee at check in could have told me times for breakfast and dinner could have asked if I would like a table for dinner but as its all through QR codes on the TV, they assume you will find out that way and sure enough I did but they dont tell you all the information is on the TV. It would have taken two mins to tell me to help after a long journey. There are no phones in the rooms and no iron or ironing board and no room service so dont get changed relax and then have to redress to search out some food, or an iron, like I did. It would be useful if the wine list has mini descriptions to guide your selection, the waiter when asked didn't know the difference either. He reconfirmed my food order 3 times.

Good, New Solid Floor Hotel. Rooms clean, spacious and perfect for prenight flight. Staff friendly, professional. Loved that I got a first full nights sleep in the Uk as Id stayed in hotels all week. Very quiet room, comfy beds, immaculately clean, and a good nights sleep ❤️

At breakfast the member of staff could of greeted and advised there was a coffee station was around the corner, with fresh pastries, tea coffee, water, smoothie juices and cereal. We did sit down and had the most amazing hot english cooked breakfast. towards the end I said can I please order a coffee or water, she said go straight down there... around the corner...Im glad I asked but would of never of known otherwise 🥰

Good sized, comfortable room in perfect location. Great value compared to other airport hotels. I am allergic to feathers so emailed to request feather free room & was pleased that request had been noted & even happier to hear that the hotel doesn’t use feather products - a bit relies compared to other airport hotels in UK!

Only slight issue was signage when leaving train station as nothing outside to confirm which way to go (although there are signs all the way from landing in other terminals). But logic led me in the right direction & I had to backtrack to avoid getting stuck in a car park. Just adding ‘follow road right outside’ to final sign in station would make it clearer.

The hotel is a little gem. Quite modern and very clean, with an attractive restaurant/bar area. The room was a little on the small side but so well laid out, we didn't mind. The bed was fresh and really comfortable. Room amenities were good too (oversized TV was perfect for the room). Alas, we had an early flight out so missed breakfast

It's a bit tricky to find the hotel from the terminal signage. Head for 'The Station' and you will find it easy enough. Our flight was delayed 4 hours, so we only had a 6 hour stay; we would've liked to enjoy the hotel for a bit longer as we felt very relaxed there.

The hotel is very new which is reflected in the cleanliness and service. The room was so quiet you wouldn't know it was so close to the airport. The location is great literally across the road from the rail station and the airport. I was concerned about walking to the airport as Google maps showed a ridiculously long route but I was amazed at how safe and short the walk was. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately we didn't take advantage of the bar or restaurant which both looked good as we were travelling with our dog and unable to leave her in the room. The room was lovely, very comfortable and clean. We will definitely be staying here again.

Nothing everything was great.

Everything was spot on. Room was really good, staff were great, location was great (close to airport and train station), good price for the stay. Overall really good hotel and definitely worth a booking.

Only thing I had negative (but this was no fault of the hotels) was the parking. Well more specifically the parking of the other people staying at the hotel. There where a few spots we could not get into due to other people parking incorrectly (parking over the lines or parking on an angle) however, there where many other spots that could have been used, which we did use instead of trying to get beside peoples dodgy parking. I would like to stress, this is no fault of the hotel, the hotel and their staff were really good and they exceeded expectations. It is aimed at other customers parking. I have rated the parking as good only due to this reason, if customers parked normally then the parking would have been rated perfect.

Facilities were modern, practical, clean, and very functional. Staff was incredibly attentive. Food was good and service was very good at the restaurant. Room has lots of power outlets and an all modern look. It is not huge, but as well designed to accommodate space for luggage and working without getting in the way. Heating and air conditioning system worked very well. For the price, this is excellent value.

I liked everything about the property. When the weather is bad, you do get exposed to the elements for a few minutes on the walk across the parking lot and streets to get over into the terminal, but all things considered that’s not a big deal and it’s not the hotel’s fault.

Hotel was nice. The lady on reception was busy with alot of cancelled flights due to the weather. Room was lovely and clean and lighting is great

Being first time travelling alone, i didnt want to dine alone i just wanted to relax in my room. I noticed the advert for grab and go so thought I would try that. Found it by reception but no one was there. I asked at reception and she said oh sorry it's not ready. That was such ashame, so ended up having grapes and 2 pastrys I had with me. I left a little note for house keeping as the conditioner was by the hand soap and the lotion in the shower, I couldn't change it as there was a special key.
