Amazing check in experience with the most friendly and professional young man called Kyaw. Best welcome I have received at any hotel and I travel frequently. An asset to your company and brand. Overall my experience was great but stand out service was upon check in and check out, both with Kyaw. I will likely be staying again soon and hope that Kyaw will be made aware of my feedback. First time staying in a 5 star hotel and it lived up to its expectations.

Would prefer more than an hour slot in the spa.

The staff were really helpful and accommodating. The rooms very comfortable and the spa was a nice addition.

I stayed at this property and overall, I had a positive experience. The STAFF WERE GREAT, consistently helpful and attentive throughout my stay. The LOCATION is also excellent, making it easy to access nearby attractions and conveniences. THE ROOM came equipped with a fridge, which was a nice touch as I like to buy milk because of those little milk things you get are no good. I ordered a pizza from room service, and while it was nice, I found it to be on the smaller side. The temperature control in the room was very easy to use, allowing me to adjust the room to my liking. The showers were good. THE BEST FEATURE BY FAR WAS THE POOL AND SPA It was so relaxing and well-maintained that it made my stay truly enjoyable. I would definitely return, mainly for that fantastic Pool and Spa experience!

While this property has its positives, there were a few things that could be improved. One notable downside was that the Bar closes early and I remember seeing customers being turned away which was disappointing for those looking to enjoy a drink later in the evening. Another issue was the pillows they could have been firmer for better support. Additionally, the windows in the room don't open, which means there’s no option for fresh air especially in the morning something I missed during my stay. These improvements would make the experience even better.

Fabulous staff throughout hotel, breakfast was delicious and a great variety. The bar was lovely atmosphere & spa facilities fabulously relaxing. Pool is such a delight, calm music, water is warm- like a lagoon, hot tub too, lovely steam, sauna rooms and experience showers, plus well equipped large gym. Robes & towels in room & getting lift direct to and from in them to spa is easy so just put swimwear on in room & collect towels provided in spa too . The hotel room beds are so comfortable & pillows, duvet you melt into for best nights sleep! Thanks so much for the special bday treat and card in room too. Can’t wait to return!

Loved the location, less than a 10 minute walk from Deansgate station. Close to city and excellent bars. Room was lovely and bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed the choice and variety of breakfast.

Had the room temperature set for 19 as I like it cold, however woke in middle of the night and the temperature set at 21, not sure if room service changed or it on a timer but too hot to sleep in, breakfast was lovely but several items in trays were cold and dried out, black pudding especially and had to wait a few minutes with items on plate going cold whilst waiting on empty trays being replenished.

Everything from the minute we walked in the door to be greeted by an ever so friendly and helpful concierge who directed us to reception to be met with another wonderful receptionist …. The stunning decor and Christmas tree was outstanding …. This hotel really met all expectations and more of its 5 star rating! The food in the Peter street kitchen restaurant was undeniably some of the best food I have experienced! I would give this hotel 15/10!

Nice hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was excellent (the queue was quite long, though). The design feels modern, and the rooms were clean.

A bit noisy, from the hallway and from the outside too. There was also a problem with the AC unit, it was stuck on heating even on lowest temperature. It required a staff member to come and restart it. There was also an annoying loud sound coming from the bathroom, sounded like a loud wall drill. Staff couldn’t help much because it happened sparsely. This was at around 1 AM. Probably something with the sewage, when the person upstairs flushed the toilet.

We booked it for our anniversary. The hotel is lovely! It’s close to every place we want to visit. The spa is nice too not too crowded. The bedding and the mattress are so comfortable. It’s the best bed I’ve ever slept in a hotel. I’m a light sleeper and the room we’re in is not facing the busy street too it’s quiet. Thank you very much for the effort and we had a wonderful time there.

The tables in the breakfast restaurant are too close together—we were literally seated right next to strangers. We asked the staff if we could move to another table but were told there were no available tables and that we would have to wait. However, by the time we left, there were still plenty of empty tables. When we were seated, the staff just left immediately without explaining where to get the food or how the setup worked. The breakfast selection was average, I will suggest to go somewhere else for a nicer brunch.

Beautiful hotel in a very central location. Our room was lovely with a view over the city. The shower was great, and the bed was huge and very comfortable. I had mentioned when I booked that it was a 1 night break for a special birthday, but didn't expect anything, however, they bought a lovely piece of birthday cake with a message and card up to our room - what a lovely extra special little touch 😊. Breakfast was also lovely with lots of choice, for either full English, cereals, fruit or pastries, in a gorgeous setting.

The pillows unfortunately -our heads just sank in to them, they had no support, so you felt flat. Unfortunately this contributed to not much sleep. I tried with 2 pillows together but they were both the same, so no better. Would make more sense to give each room 1 squidgy pillow, and 1 firm pillow.
