Amazing check in experience with the most friendly and professional young man called Kyaw. Best welcome I have received at any hotel and I travel frequently. An asset to your company and brand. Overall my experience was great but stand out service was upon check in and check out, both with Kyaw. I will likely be staying again soon and hope that Kyaw will be made aware of my feedback. Thank you.

First time staying in a 5 star hotel and it lived up to its expectations.

Would prefer more than an hour slot in the spa.

Staff very friendly and helpful especially Danny on reception, made us feel very welcome. Room was great, breakfast plentiful, and good, clean facilities like the pool and changing rooms. Easy to book a time slot for these via room phone. Location was great, just a 5 min walk up to St Peters Square to catch a tram or bus.

It's not a dislike but some signs pointing you to the entrance would be great for newcomers as its down the side of the hotel rather than the front like others in the area. We ordered two burgers to the room from the in-room dining menu, service was fantastic, but sadly the burgers were very dry, overcooked, hardly any sauce in the burger so we were left a little disappointed considering the cost.

The property was absolutely exceptional, I had an amazing birthday trip and will be recommending it to friends and family relentlessly. The facilities were amazing and to a quality in which I don’t believe I have seen anywhere else. Truly a spectacular place and experience ! The front desk staff are so welcoming and friendly and attentive! The hotel is impeccable on all levels

The only thing I would say could have improved is if the time in the pool / sauna steam room would at least be a 2 hr slot rather than just 1 . It takes the fun out of enjoying knowing your relaxation time is ticking away

The hotel was lovely. The staff were friendly and accommodating and made great efforts with guests. The facilities were also of a high standard and met expectations.

The spa facilities were very busy and although it states that there are 1 hour pre booked time slots, it seems no one actually followed this. There were people in the spa that had been there before id arrived and stayed much later as well. Would be great if someone could check in or monitor who is there on their allocated time and who isn't as the facilities can get very busy and you are left having to wait around to use them which uses up most of your time there.

The decor is beautiful, the location is perfect for accessing central Manchester City centre. Perfect for bars and restaurants but completely sound proof from the hustle and bustle. It was my partners birthday celebrations and I organised externally a balloon company to do a room set up for our arrival so that was great and easy to let the hotel know in advance that I had done this. The hotel themselves also left a small cake in the room for his birthday so that was a lovely touch. Staff were faultless and room service was fast albeit expensive.

Mini fridge in room only had 2 small bottles of water in. For a 5 star hotel we would have expected a few snacks in the room I.e biscuits with the coffee machine and some cold cans of drink in the fridge which we would be happy to be charged for if necessary. Also, no Netflix on the TV. One lift was broken during our stay which can’t be helped but just to add it was a long wait sometimes 10 mins to wait for the lift to come to our floor (10). Also shower hot/cold but enjoyable when hot so again not a complaint as such.

Love this hotel. Always an excellent experience. Pre-bookable Spa for 1 hour each day is the biggest seller for me. Lovely pool & small jacuzzi, with comfy seating around the pool. Experience showers, sauna & steam room. Super sweet. Plus the all you can eat breakfast is fab too. Hotel is perfectly located near to Peaker Blinders (fab food, live music, lovely staff & great atmosphere) and Kielys Irish bar (with live music & more dancing opportunities)! Highly recommended xxxx

There were more than usual in the Spa 5pm-6pm so not much seating available around the pool and no time in the jacuzzi. The 8am-9am morning slot was perfect though! xxxx

We have stayed several times at the Edwardian Manchester, and every time we are always greeted with a warm and genuine welcome. From checking in to checking out it was a pleasure to stay in such a well ran and managed hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious, the beds extremely comfortable, the showers lovely and hot, extra pillows in the wardrobe and coffee machines and pods - the little luxuries that make your stay feel special.

The only thing I could comment on here is to ask for more milk pots, we only had 4 and you really require 2 per drink, so an extra 4 would be preferred :-)

The location is great. Right in the centre and a short walk between train stations. The pool and sauna are very relaxing. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows - you sink into them like butter. Really nice room. Staff are really friendly.

If I was being SUPER analytical I could say about paperwork, but they booked me into a room - I went to said room and opening the door there was someone in who had just got out of the shower, so I was a little confused on how they assigned a room to me that had someone in it but rectified easily. The gym/pool and sauna were nice but the gym needs more to it. There isn’t a huge range of equipment, I would recommend others to go to a PureGym or similar if they stay here and want to do a full workout but it does the job.
