Everything was more than wonderful, from receptionists to cleaners, the apartment is spacious, comfortable, clean, downtown, surrounded by all the vital locations, transportation, malls, mosque, restaurants, cafes. Unforgettable experience 😍

The entire apartment was spotlessly clean ! The bedrooms were nice and one even had an ensuite which was a bonus. Really nice apartment and felt like a home and the location was great with the shops, restaurants etc within 5-10 mins walk

Both bedrooms on the right side were above a restaurant so when you opened the bedroom windows you had the smells of oil and a really loud humming sound. The front room is street view which again has restaurants and bars below and this can be noisy if you want the window open like we did. Also the £300 deposit for a 1 night stay is a lot of money and this is not refunded straight away like we were told it was the end of the day.

This is a block of holiday apartments in the Northern Quarter, in the heart of Manchester. It is well appointed and has pretty much everything you want for self catering, and plenty of shopping and eatery offers nearby, including in the same street. Manchester Victoria station where we arrived is s short walk away, as are the main bus and tram interchange points.

The management could rethink its approach to impending guests. We appreciate there will be a potential for idiots to try and make trouble, we are sure Manchester attracts its share of them, but those of us who have a very long and positive record of staying in accommodation all over Europe resent having to provide prior copies of ID, credit cards etc plus a long document threatening dire consequences if we transgress, plus a fairly large deposit, which at the time of writing we don't have a record of being refunded.

Book with this company whenever possible. I book for work colleagues and this is their preferred accommodation to stay at. Both the Salford Quays and Northern Quarter are great stays, the management are brilliant and so easy to communicate with and go the extra mile. Unfortunately I can not always get the NQ apartments as they are very popular but will always book if possible. Both locations have very well maintained apartments, comfy beds, decent showers, quiet accommodation. Located very near to shops for food.

We stayed in apartment 4. Perfect location, in the heart of the Northern Quarter! Great bars and food places right underneath the location, and an 8 minute walk to Picadilly Gardens where there is a street food market and shops. Easy access to transport if you want to travel further afield. Great, friendly welcome from Quay Apartments staff. Clean apartment with the basics we needed for a 2 night stay.

Price range was high but considering we were there for Oasis at Heaton Park it was to be expected. I wouldn't pay the same amount to stay again as it doesn’t give luxury, but would if it were cheaper - which again I expect it is on a normal week. The bedroom windows needed to stay closed due to the fans at the back of the restaurants passing out some stink, the apartment provided a large fan which was definitely needed as it was so warm! Discounted parking when staying at Quay Apartments, however the carpark is a bit rough so you may want to do your research first...

- Great Location. Views across the city centre. - Friendly staff at check in. We were even upgraded to a bigger top floor apartment. - The facilities were brilliant. Everything you would need, even down to a washing machine. Perfect if you're staying a few days. - The bed was comfortable. - The shower was hot and powerful. - The balcony was lovely to have.

- Even though the bed was comfortable the pillows were very flat and the duvet too thick. - No Aircon in the bedrooms and due to being close to bars you couldn't have the windows open for ventilation. - Some areas of decor were looking a little tired and needed a bit of a touch up. The living room had wallpaper coming off the wall and some paint in the communal areas was chipped away. - 2 chairs in the living area had cigarette burns.

Excellent value for money, lovely and warm (temperature was controllable), clean, reasonably well kitted out, plenty of tea, coffee and even some milk sachets, friendly woman on reception when I arrived.

Walls were fairly thin so it was rather noisy, although there were lots of signs urging people to be quiet after hours and to be fair most people were considerate most of the time. As the apartment slept two people, I suppose it was expected that there would be only two sets of crockery and cutlery, but it was a bit irritating not to have spare bowls for fruit etc. The reception desk was rarely manned during my stay, so I think it was well worthwhile to warn them of my arrival time.

Apartment very well placed for food and drink. Bars and restaurants on your doorstep but not noisy at night. Car park not far away and car seemed ok despite poor reviews of it. Centre of city easy walking distance, as was the Arena. Apartment clean and tidy, and there was a lift available. Beds comfortable and facilities i.e tea / coffee were there. Staff were very pleasant and welcoming.

No hot water was available in the morning, which was a bit of a let down as we couldn't use the showers. We did let the company know via WhatsApp and they offered a late check out as compensation and a way to sort the boiler. Unfortunately we had plans and had left early anyway, but at least they tried. Would stay there again despite this.

The apartment was well equipped and had plenty of space. Clean.throughout. Well equipped kitchen.even though didn't use it. Excellent location, but think it may get noisy at weekends with the many bars, etc.

The temperature was hot with inability to open windows in the bedrooms.. The air conditioning appeared not to work in the bedrooms. Having only a single plug in a twin room is not good these days with need to charge mobile phones, etc. Having fresh milk in the fridge would have been nice rather than the uht.

Umer from the reception was helpful and nice before the check-in via Booking messaging providing us with all the required information prior to the check-in. When we checked in, he offered us a free upgrade from the 2 bedroom-apartment that we had booked to a top floor suite with a balcony. The suite was comfy enough for one night, although the bedrooms were quite small (the beds take most of the room and there isn’t much space left to walk around). The beds were comfy. The bathrooms were clean and good size. Sleepers would be useful as the flooring can get cold in winter.

The sofa in the living room was rather small (a 2 seater) and not extendable. The coffee machine was tricky to use despite the manual available. There were no spare pillows and duvets. The 2 TVs in the 2 bedrooms were not working, only the TV in the living room was functional. The recommended car park is really close if you walk up to it (2 minutes) but complicated to drive to from the apartment building (it’s normally 5-8 minute drive, but on the day we checked in some roads on the route were closed, so it took us nearly half an hour to get to the car park from the property). Not necessarily the property’s staff fault, but a heads-up that it’s not that close as you may think if you want to drive to it).
