Beautiful building central location

It advertised parking but the parking was offsite, should be clearer. I had a mum who walks with a crutch and this was a bit disappointing

Excellent location next to Arndale shopping centre and the Exchange Square tram stop. Very helpful staff, collected packages delivered before our arrival and stored luggage for us on the last night. The room was spacious with several chairs and plenty of sockets. Thick blackout curtains on both windows and excellent soundproofing - even though we were on the first floor overlooking Exchange Square and several restaurants below our window.

The bathroom could have been cleaner and the shower and sink were both clogged. The room is only made up once during your stay for stays 3-7 nights and we were provided with only one new set of towels even though there were two people staying in the room.

A really good location to have easy access to city centre plus trams if needed. Plenty of options of restraints to choose from and can purchase essentials and snacks from reception! Staff were helpful and friendly and the room was just what I needed. Comfortable bed, plenty of room and storage and the bathroom was clean and modern. Kitchen space is very useful if needed.

My room was quite a long walk from the reception with no other access as most staircases nearer the room location were fire exit stairs, but I’m sure the staff would support you if you needed a closer room to the lobby.

It was central to all the things we wanted to do in Manchester, the apartment and surrounding areas were clean and had everything we needed in it. A tea cloth, washing up sponge and liquid,tea and coffee was supplied. The kitchen was really well equipped as we did cook on our first night’s stay. The staff were really friendly and helpful and if you had forgotten anything there was a small shopping area in reception. There is a lift but the staircase is beautiful and you can look all the way up and down the levels of the lovely building.

I can honestly say there wasn’t anything we didn’t like, including the price.

The Roomzzz hotel is situated withing the historic corn exchange building. You get a nice red carpet vibe on entrance to the hotel reception. At reception its nice cosy and you can still see all of the historic marble style walls and wood carved handrails. You do get a pick up and go breakfast area for your grab bags made to look like a historic market stall which is cute and if you want to get something to eat while you wait to get checked in, there is an entrance direct into the corn exchange inner eating ears with hidden bars and restaurants. You can pay a little extra before check-in to get a late checkout and if you want to leave luggage before you check in you can do so as they will airport style tag up your bags and secure them which is great for tourists wanting to come to the city early. Our room was a Grande Studio room facing inwards to the corn exchange, its a huge all in one room with kitchen, oven, dishwasher,hob, fridge with dining table. The bathroom is compact with and over head shower, hand shower toowith plenty of towels, a massive mirror and a frosted door which looks real sexy! The bedroom is a good size with a desk that is situated at the end of the bed. The desk has a big rotatable TV that can be rotated to face a double leather style sofa facing our bed, so you can chill out and watch a little TV, have a glass of wine etc. Around the room there is some decent art, the headboard on the bed is illuminated and has very snazzy padding. The bed was very comfy and noise free and that's the same with the room too, no one can hear you and the room does have air conditioning and if you like to work out, there is also a nice sized gym inside to use too. You also do have a safe, iron, ironing board, microwave and wooden laminated flooring throughout with full blackout curtains. Our room was the Grande Studio with city views, but on booking we was disappointed as our room was facing the air conditioning areas of the corn exchange, paying what we paid for that day, we thought we would have been given what we paid for, we was early checking in and when we asked about the city views the receptionist blemed Booking.com for false advertising which as bad because we checked the main website and it said the same too about the room we originally booked, the pictures looked different too to be honest. Only small issue is that the air conditioning is a little noisy and that we thing guests should be told off for leaving KFC rubbish outside there hotel door as the smell does linger.

The location was great, there is a small kitchen in the room (small hob, oven, fridge etc)

It was in a really great location, however due to the nature of this building, it took a while of walking around the building in a circular manner in order to get to the room. As you’re walking there are multiple doors that you have to open with the keycard in order to navigate through the corridors. This isn’t ideal for someone with mobility issues due to the amount of walking The girl at reception charged us the incorrect amount upon check in and it had to be rectified at check out

Air conditioning didn't seem to work at all - a trickle of air came out the vents, but we had it set to 18 the whole time and the room still sat at 24c which was horrific overnight. Windows seemed to be bolted shut Personal preference but I found the mattress very firm The shower is a fixed type and if you are tall (I am 6'2) you will not fit under and have to duck. I can't knock them on this though as most hotels have this same issue.

We like everything about Roomzzz, the location so central, the cleanliness of the hotel, the rooms which are furnished nicely, comfortable beds & bed linen including pillows the kitchen provides everything you need for a short stay. The Reception Staff are impeccable, Martin & Olivia are exceptional, they greet you with a smile & welcome you into the Hotel wonderfully well.We enjoyed complementary croissants & coffee each morning. We have stayed at Roomzzz Victoria several times, we love it here & can recommend to others, thank you for everything

We liked everything

I really think there is no better location to stay at in the whole of Manchester. It's central to all the main sights so you never even need to waste money on public transport - you can just walk everywhere. The hotel itself is nestleded in a beautiful historical building with many restaurants and bars right at the foot of it. It's also 5 minutes away from the AO arena if you're coming to Manchester to see a concert. The hotel room was spotlessly clean and had absolutely everything you need to make your stay enjoyable, including a kitchen complete with a fridge, a microwave and a toaster. The bathroom was huge with a large mirror and great shower pressure. The bed was super comfy and the staff very kind and helpful.

The room is slightly on the chilly side so do ask the staff to tell you how to use a thermomether. It's a bit tricky to use but if all else fails they will kindly bring you an electric heater.

The location is close to the tram and train station, restaurants, shops and the heart of activity in Manchester. The room was opposite Manchester Cathedral and well insulated from any noise from restaurants below. The room was well laid out and spacious, with plenty of natural light. Access to other parts of Manchester is easily within walking distance.

The bed was slightly uncomfortable but improved with an extra doona from the staff. The heating control at night didn't seem to change the temperature despite altering the gauge. Neither a major issue.
