Tv randomly broke and had to pay £100 deposit which was never told about so be prepared

I've stayed here before. The location is great - in a non-busy area just 5 mins walk from the cathedral and city centre. Also a 10inute walk from Victoria station. Pool and gym are something I like to use when possible, so they were a selling point for me. Breakfast is excellent. Room is nice. Staff friendly and helpful. This was my second visit and I look forward to returning again soon.

TV could be improved by having Netflix and Youtube etc. but you can do Screen Mirroring from your phone, so that is a workaround. My room on this occasion was next to a street where they were replacing the pavement, so there was noise in the day, but that was just unfortunate and it wasn't that noticeable once the windows were closed. I didn't ask to change rooms, but I imagine I could have done if I'd asked. I believe you can also pay a bit more to guarantee a room on the higher floors. Finally, a tip for drivers - the multistorey car park is £18 per day. But if you use a car park app such as Just Park you can find cheaper car parking nearby.

Location was great and the apartment is nice.

Reception never answered the phone and charged us for toiletries and tea bags by the looks of it. If I needed anything I had to go down to reception as the communication from them via WhatsApp was also very poor. Also I was double charged for parking so be aware of this.

The bathroom for definite , every time we walked in the smell was always amazing and fresh , had a cute for definite best lighting ever The place was clean , tidy , easy to get to everything The overall atmosphere was just amazing and truly shown of cleanliness and high standards, the place was beautiful for just a weekend away / partners birthday .

The bed was comfy , just small minor inconveniences such as me and my partner thought of , the pillows could of been more fluffier Mattress , comfy but took a while to get comfortable in The tv mount , we couldn’t really move the tv mainly because we didn’t want it to fall off and if we were in bed wanting to watch something we weren’t really able too just small inconveniences we found , maybe a different room layout or different tv placement

Everything, the reception is excellent and the rooms are clean and wide, the breakfast is excellent, the location is great close to the center and the shopping street as well as the shopping malls, I will definitely return to him again.

The location is fantastic — just a short walk to the city centre, shops, and main attractions. The apartments are modern, stylish, and genuinely feel like a home away from home, with fully equipped kitchens, comfy beds, and beautiful city views. The standout features are definitely the excellent amenities: an 18-metre pool, jacuzzi, steam room, and a 24-hour gym. Everything was very clean, and breakfast is available on request.

Cleaning is only included if you stay more than 7 nights, parking isn’t included and costs £18 per night, and the kitchen was missing some basics like sponges and pans or drying rack.

We got the room at the end of the hall, hence it was big. Location is unrivaled. Close to bus and train station. Very close to one of the Arndale mall. There's a Sainsbury when you get out of the hotel. Indoor pool and gym facilities are very pleasant. Very close to many POI. I even enjoyed running from the hotel to Etihad stadium and back clocking decent 8 km. The same distance if I choose to the 'other' OT stadium in the opposite direction. Their breakfast variation was a nice touch.

We stayed in CitySuite II whereby the breakfast is located in Citysuite I which is located in the same complex. It is typically very very packed. Plan or do reservation upfront. They should have given two key card at least as it is required to use the gym, sauna and pool.

The staff were fantastic. The actual food at breakfast and staff were great. Great location. The apartment was spacious and well equipped.

The breakfast service was very slow after the initial drinks were served. To the extent that I had to ask for an extra time to check out whilst we were waiting for our coffee. I found it odd that breakfast is served until 12 yet check out is 11. If I had known how long it was going to take I would have checked out first then gone to enjoy breakfast without worrying how long it was taking. The train line is very close and quite noisy if you need to have the window open

Staff were polite and helpful. They had a discount at the nearby carpark when we visited which made travelling by car much less stressful given the prices of parking in the city. Location was very decent and about a 10 minute walk to the shopping centre. The room was spacious with a good sized shower and super comfy bed. Breakfast was in a separate building but just across the street which had lovely food. Would stay again.

To be really picky, I wasn't a big fan of the bed linen used as it felt a bit like plastic. There wasn't much else that I recall in a negative light, it was a great stay.

Great location with a less than 5 minute walk to The Printworks, Vue Cinema, Shudehill, Victoria station, and directly opposite Harvey Nichols. The studio apartment was...spacious, clean, and fully equipped with all mod cons.... everything you need and more... even a scourer and washing up liquid ... gorgeous full-size shampoo, soap, and shower gel... big fluffy bath towels ... really comfortable bed... heated towel rail in the bathroom with a huge rainforest shower ... big.. modern smart tv...fridge and freezer... oven, hob, and microwave are absolutely perfect..... The 24 gym was superb, and so was the pool, hot tub, and steam room...all very clean and bright with loads of towels. The ala carte breakfast in the restaurant next door was perfect.... food delicious, juices, coffee... on repeat, really tasty full English breakfast with extras ... a very extensive menu, so many hot and cold options.... lovely attentive staff. The timings are from 7 til midday and we booked a 9 am slot both days.....Thetr ia ample comfortable seating and prompt service, nothing was too much trouble...we were very impressed...... a much better way to start the day instead of a lukewarm buffet and DIY toast...

Leaving... could've stayed there so much longer and have rebooked for 4 nights in October. .
