Excellent location next to Arndale shopping centre and the Exchange Square tram stop. Very helpful staff, collected packages delivered before our arrival and stored luggage for us on the last night. The room was spacious with several chairs and plenty of sockets. Thick blackout curtains on both windows and excellent soundproofing - even though we were on the first floor overlooking Exchange Square and several restaurants below our window.

The bathroom could have been cleaner and the shower and sink were both clogged. The room is only made up once during your stay for stays 3-7 nights and we were provided with only one new set of towels even though there were two people staying in the room.

I really think there is no better location to stay at in the whole of Manchester. It's central to all the main sights so you never even need to waste money on public transport - you can just walk everywhere. The hotel itself is nestleded in a beautiful historical building with many restaurants and bars right at the foot of it. It's also 5 minutes away from the AO arena if you're coming to Manchester to see a concert. The hotel room was spotlessly clean and had absolutely everything you need to make your stay enjoyable, including a kitchen complete with a fridge, a microwave and a toaster. The bathroom was huge with a large mirror and great shower pressure. The bed was super comfy and the staff very kind and helpful.

The room is slightly on the chilly side so do ask the staff to tell you how to use a thermomether. It's a bit tricky to use but if all else fails they will kindly bring you an electric heater.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Manchester city centre but even if we were there during Christmas markets our room was very quiet and peaceful. Our room had a stunning view of the buildings and Arndale. We appreciated the breakfast corner where you can get a drink and a croissant. The kitchen in our room was also great! Basically you have all the positive sides of an hotel and apartment. The bathroom was also really nice, with floor heating and a spacious shower.

We would have liked to be able to adjust the heating a bit more and we found that the room was a bit dusty.

We had a fantastic stay at Roomzzz Manchester Victoria. The location is perfect – really central and within easy walking distance to lots of great places to eat, as well as super close to the AO Arena, which was ideal for our concert night. Even though all the restaurants were closed by the time we got back, it was great that we could still grab some snacks from reception – really handy! The room itself was really well-appointed and had everything we needed – from an ironing board to a microwave, plates, bowls, and more. The shower was excellent and the room was incredibly quiet, which made for a great night’s sleep. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Manchester!

The room was fabulous! So spacious and had everything you could need. We were impressed by the size of the fridge and thought it was cool that it had a freezer compartment too! We liked how many utensils were available to use like glasses etc. Plenty of mirrors for us to do our makeup etc in (there was 3 of us). The location is fantastic if you're seeing a show at AO Arena as its a short walk away. The staff at reception were also lovely when checking us in and out. Would definitely stay again and very affordable :)

Only thing I could suggest is having a comfier sofa bed, the metal frame was quite sharp and visible, also the mattress was a bit lumpy. Still slept okay though!

The room had a slightly separated bedroom and living room that was perfect as we stayed with the 3 of us. Amazing location, staff was super friendly. The kitchen is convenient, although the teatowel left fluffy spots on the dishes. Our room looked out to the dome of the food court - resulting in a quiet room (and windows blocked out noise too).

There was a constant noise in the bedroom area, not too loud, coming from the heating. We were shattered both nights so wasn’t too bad. The mornings started with the fairly loud chimne noises from the food court but luckily we were awake by that time. The bedroom pillows weren’t the best I’vd ever seen but the other 2 members were happy with them - I’m quite picky as these pillows make my neck and back hurt.

We got upgrade so the apartment was a lot better than usual. Great location, close to everything. Added bonus of a tv upstairs and downstairs, great for watching England but not great result! Good view of the cathedral and decent cooking facilities, not that I used them, too many restaurants on the doorstep.

Lots of door slamming from other guests that woke us up. Carpet a bit worn in the living room and furniture dated but not that much of a gripe. Couldn't figure out how to turn the underfloor heating off it thr bathroom so had hot sweaty feet everytime I used the loo.

I am a returning customer. Great location and really good value. Lovely rooms with everything you need and I always recommend this place to people. The building itself is just absolutely gorgeous. That stairwell! The little kitchen in the apartment is perfect if you want to put your own meal together and there is a convenient coop nearby for supplies. But if you want to eat out - all the gorgeous food you could possibly want is right on the doorstep.

Customer service skills non existent. Not welcoming at all. There were two people sat at desks that didn't even look up as I walked in. No smiles. No friendly greeting. They treated the entire interaction as an inconvenience. Training definitely needed!

The location of the property is perfect. The value for money is also very good.

The remote in the bedroom was for a smart tv and had a Netflix button but didn’t work. I called reception to try and sort this as I was staying with my 9 year old daughter, they told me it doesn’t work on some of the tvs. I was confused as it’s obviously there on the remote. We found this disappointing as every time we have stayed we stay in of an evening and watch movies on Netflix every time we have stayed at this hotel. Also with it being a superior apartment, I expected to have this as it is a higher standard room than others we’ve been in and had it. Secondly would be the mattress being two singles underneath, it was quite uncomfortable when I would roll into the middle and feel it.

Location was excellent, in spite of the awful weather it was easy to find and access.The place was warm..the staff,the atmosphere and the temperature. Being greeted with genuine smiles makes you feel valued and welcome. The small apartment was spotless , the linen was crisp and the toilet and shower were also pristine. The coffee station is a smashing idea. I really liked how the beauty and originality of the original building had been retained and the 'mod cons ' seamlessly added. Our luggage was secure post check out and the young receptionist took time to find us maps of the city and fold our map. It is these small incidental things which have set Roomz apart.

That we couldn't' turn the heating down to below 19. We Cumbrians are a hardy lot and 17 for sleeping is warm for us. Of course that is only a small niggle.
