I attended a concert at the Co-op Live Arena and wanted accommodation that was relatively close to the arena and comfortable. As long as you respect there are other people staying in the house and you are happy to acknowledge that fact then this is excellent value for money accommodation.

If you are travelling by car then there is limited parking. You are expected to remove your shoes at the front door, not a problem in order to preserve the carpet. I was happy walking around bear footed but the slippers provided didn't fit my feet. Towels are provided which is great but if you are 6ft 3inchs the towels are not big enough.

I booked this site as it is within a 20-minute walk from the new Co-op Live venue, and stayed here for one night to see the Eagles. I'd booked two rooms - a single with shared bathroom, and a double with en suite. The double was extremely well appointed, and both the room and en suite were generous in size. The shared bathroom was next door and well equipped. I had no problems with access or noise. The single room was adequate in size, and included a desk and chair (comfortable). We were both impressed with the cleanliness of the site, and tea-making facilities were in both rooms. As breakfast isn't included (although there is a kitchen with cooking and fridge facilities if needed), we went outside for breakfast. The owner asks you to remove shoes at the door and place them in the rack provided. Slippers (new) are available in the room. This is very good, as it ensures the property remains clean for all guests.

It was pretty much perfect for us - the only really minor improvement would be for some little long-life milk cartons in the room, as otherwise it meant a trip down to the kitchen fridge for milk. But that's such a minor issue it seems picky to mention it.

Spotlessly clean and spacious room and shared facilities with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Very quiet area. Very close to Co-Op Live where we had a concert booked, we could have walked but due to rain we took an Uber which got us there in under 5mins. Cost us £5 for Uber from Manchester Piccadilly and the next day we took an Uber to the Stratford centre which took around 15/20 and cost us around £12.

Excellent, Kevin's communications were really helpful and friendly. We booked to stay over for a concert at Co-Op Live - absolutely perfect for it! 15 minute walk takes you right there. no need to parking/taxis etc. The room was really comfortable, spotlessly clean and with a straightforward check-in. The area is very peaceful too. Certainly recommend to anyone visiting CoOp Live or Etihad.

Great communication with owner. Lots of nice little touches, slippers, toiletries, coffee machine etc. On site parking. Proximity to Co-op Live, Etihad and Manchester city centre all only 20 mins walk away.

Only one opening window, it was a warm weekend, but owner had left a fan in the bedroom. So not really a complaint, just an observation.

The location is perfect for the Etihad Stadium and Co-op Live. There is a choice of two tram stops, Holt Town and Etihad Campus, which are both just a short walk away.

The outside door lock is faulty. Therefore, to unlock the door, you have to keep turning the key anti-clockwise whilst holding the handle upright, to open the door.

The location was perfect for visiting Co-op LIVE, as it’s within easy walking distance (25 minutes). The area was very quiet, and I, being a sole traveller, felt safe. The host contacted me with access details in good time for my arrival, and had left helpful information in the room, along with house rules.

Kevin was a great guest, the house is in a very nice neighbourhood and it's a very nice experience overall. Best place to stay in Manchester no doubts, close to Etihad if you are into football too!

Can be tricky to get public transport, have to walk several minutes to get to any bus stop/tram station. Although the area is nice, not many stores or supermarkets nearby, need to bring food over from central Manchester or use taxi services to get around without walking that much.

Absolutely immaculate. Smelt beautifully clean and was the most clean and homely place I've ever stayed. Rooms were set out great, everything we needed right there, amazing location for the coop live arena. The host was extremely friendly. Will 100% be booking again! Thank you. So satisfied and happy
