We were in Manchester for Oasis. The property was a reasonable distance between the city and Heaton Park. It’s a residential area. Good transport options, and nearby local shops for essentials. The host allowed us to check in early, which was very much appreciated. For a no-frills but perfectly good place to stay for a group, it was very good.

House was well kept and very clean, had plenty of space for the 7 of us. David was very friendly and helpful. It was also very close to amenities like Asda and McDonalds.

The cold tap in the kitchen did not work and it was a little bit out of city centre.

David, the host was brilliant. Very communicative and a lovely guy, he couldn't have been more helpful. Each room had a double bed and was a decent size room. comfortable lounge with good facilities. Secure private parking for 2 cars. Good supermarkets and Fast Food shops very close by and easy enough to get into the city centre

The rooms were very "minimalist" and needs a bit more of a 'homely' feel. The local area wasn't great but I have no complaints.

Just less than two mins walk can reach supermarket and Macdonald as well. Outdoor lighting is pretty good as well as the CCTV covered for all areas.

Carpark is a little bit difficult for bigger vehicle

it was big enough for all 8 of us and david was so welcoming. There was a bus right outside the property that took us straight into the city centre which was amazing. There was an ASDA and a few other shops just across the road which was ideal as we needed to get a few things in. all in all it was a great stay and would 100% recommend to anyone staying in Manchester with a few people. worth the money.

Our host David was very helpful and friendly. He was very efficient at answering any questions and accommodated our special requests. Check in was stress free, a tour of the house and keys were handed over. A secure parking space was also provided for our car. David provided us with a very affordable local cab number too and towels and tea and coffee were also available. The house was clean, cosy and spacious and a short cab or bus ride from Manchester Centre. Great location!!! A lock box made check out very easy too.

David was really friendly and made us all feel really welcome at his property. He told us everything we needed to know for our nights stay, and made us all laugh a few times with his sense of humour! We do plan on returning in the future! Thank you David.

The property was in a great location, clean and tidy and had everything we needed. David’s communication leading up to and throughout our stay was exceptional.
