My room was excellent as a disabled room. N a very large splash room. Bed was excellent & super comfortable & extra large- king size.breakfast was excellent. So much to choose from. Excellent value for money. Hotel had excellent facilities & easy access vascular I have mobility issues. The reception staff were extremely helpful as we're all the other staff.i highly recommend the village hotel & I will be returning there. Thank you so much for all your help. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Very relaxing atmosphere.
Nothing. Everything was there for whst you needed & more. Anything you wanted nothing Was too much trouble Staff extremely helpful.

The Hotel was interesting and different from any I've been to before, would have liked to have stayed longer, to explore all the facilities. The bed was super comfy and the food was good. I didn't see any staff when I checked in but it was easy , even if a first for me. But I did see some at check out and breakfast and they were friendly and helpful.
No USB charging ports available? So needed a plug which i didnt have, Unusual these days not to just need leads, which I did have. Paying for parking was disappointing considering the £95 room price. The price point seems a little high but I would say that :)

Considering my Position during my stay due to bereavement the staff were fantastic especially Mr. Rohat on reception he was so accommodating and helped me well beyond my Expectations, all the staff at the village Cheadle were superb.
As my Age is approaching 80 years, a phone in the room would have been helpful just with direct contact with the reception, in case of any emergency, appreciating there is an app, I used the App once, but it wasn't successful, when I had no hot water for a couple of hours However Mr. Rohat sorted that out within minutes after my visit to reception,

From checking in, we were made to feel welcome. The young man on the check in 'was very polite and helpful. He is definitely a credit to your company. Starbucks staff were also very helpful. The rooms were clean and well set out, very clean and lovely smelling. Breakfast was great a good selection to suit all tastes. Overall, my friends and I had a very satisfactory stay. 80s night was great. If I had 1 negative, it would be the dessert that was served was not very nice. Baked cheesecake, no flavour, and claggy in the mouth. There were 10 people on our table, and no one ate more than a mouthful. Overall, the verdict on the cheesecake is not very nice at all. Without a doubt, our stay was fantastic. We would definitely stay at The Village Hotel again.

The room was spacious with plenty of storage/hanging space, it was bigger than a lot of hotel rooms that we have stayed in. The double bed was very roomy and quite firm but not too hard. We didn`t have breakfast as we were off visiting friends and family and just grabbed a croissant and coffee. We had a meal the evening of our arrival and it was acceptable and nothing less than we expected. Finally the hotel is situated in a pleasant and convenient part of South Manchester.
We arrived and where given room 301 which had a bathroom designed for a wheelchair user. My health isn`t the best and was grateful for a ground floor room, but I can use my own two feet. The sink was far too low and my partner and I found it awkward to use. On arrival it was obvious that the sink had a large crack, although it wasn`t leaking. Finally the bathroom door lock was faulty, if you closed the door from the inside it was impossible to get out. I am not a complainer but I do find it irritating to have a parking charge on top of our usual hotel bill.

The pool and spa facilities were the best we’ve experienced with our two young children so far. The hotel itself was great, large sized rooms, comfortable beds, great bar and food offers on… really friendly, happy staff. Lovely touch was to give the kids a “sweetie coupon” that they could exchange on checkout if they’d been good! We just loved our whole stay and will definitely be back.
My only complaint is that the high chairs are rather redundant in their purpose because the tables are still so high that our youngest couldn’t really see/reach her food. The chairs that have their own table would be better, or purchase higher chairs for the little ones.

Clean, the room had a big tv, sky sports, bed was comfy, shower was good, room size was good, tea & coffee supplied, nice swimming pool and gym.
Our greeting by the receptionist on arrival. I found her un informative, very blunt and not very helpful, this really annoyed us and made a bad start to our visit. Bar staff - had to ask them to top our pints up as were being cut short, we then became the problem to staff. The room was provided with a dyson cool fan which didn’t provide any cold air, alls you benefited from was the noise, it also could do with a clean as a lot of dust was showing around the filter, the room was very warm and the windows could not be opened much, as we were on the first floor our blind had to be kept shut as there was no privacy from the corridors, these looked into our room! The staff were great and offered assistance to me as I was unable to walk very well . The room was fine , clean apart from having a weak WiFi signal that kept dropping out. It would be nice if there was bottled water in the room and some biscuits which is common to most hotels I stay in. Due to my immobility it was a long and difficult walk from my room to the bar to ask for water.
The food was ok, not great. The breakfast was excellent but rather overpriced .

Great location, walking distance to Cheadle village with restaurants bars, shops etc, close to the airport. Easy check in/out with a very helpful young lady on reception. Good spacious room with super comfy bed, very clean, large smart tv, plenty of tea & coffee, kettle and 2 good sized mugs. Adequate sized bathroom with toiletries and fresh quality towels, ample hot water and good lighting, Good public bar area serving food and big screens for the sport etc Starbucks within the reception area. Ample safe car parking. Pool and gym facilities on site if desired, extra cost I think.
Room was very warm upon arrival so I turned off the towel rail, this helped a little but to be fair the weather.was unusually hot.The hotel is on the airport flight path so there is noise from that, but after the first night it was okay. There is a separate charge for car parking which I think should be included in the room rate.
