Breakfast was really good, and there were great options to be had. The staff were extremely friendly. The location was great. Used a EURO car park which was half the cost of the one advertised. And only 2 minutes walk away. Complimentary water in the mini bar restocked daily. Very close to the tram station.

The menu in the Glass House restaurant menu did not match the online menus. The floor edges around the bathroom had not been cleaned. The socket and USB ports next to the bed do not work. The bathroom extractor fan did not work. Hairdryer had melted plastic and cut out after a few minutes use.

Was a great room, great location.

We booked for 3 nights 3 months in advance but had to leave for a family emergency early in the second morning. We knew the hotel room would have sold for triple the price as there was a football game on this weekend and because of the storms people had to stay. We asked if we could get a small refund not even the whole rate even although we know they would have tripled there money as we had a friend that stayed there. We were told my the receptionist she would speak to management and get back to us but we never heard anything again. Only disappointment.

The location was ideal for the ao arena. We walked there easily. The staff we met were very friendly and helpful -all smiles and wanting to help. The choice at breakfast was very good with absolutely no complaints about the food on offer. The staff were just buzzing around in the background keeping things running smoothly without getting in you way at all. The whole stay felt top class and the view from our room was great - looking out over the city and down on the busy city streets.

The only criticism is that the car park was across the road and not adjacent to or under the hotel itself..... but then it is in the city centre so I suppose it is to be expected.

The Location to the centre of Manchester was ideal for the Arena and The Hard Rock Cafe and car park close by too. As we had booked a event there The staff were very friendly . Hotel very clean. Our room was ready at 1.30pm so that was a great advantage. Thank you.

The meal we had in the bar on the Sunday night was okay just a bit cold. But we were hungry so didn't say anything. We actually booked 2 double beds on booking com but we were allocated a double room instead. Which we were warned about when we booked but it would of been lovely if we could of had that option. As we had paid a bit more money for that bed allocation.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming, not only this but before my arrival I wanted something special to be left in the room upon arrival for my partners 21st I contacted the hotel and enquired how I would go about this, in which I got a response within 10 minutes with an email for guest relations. I then emailed regarding the options for the room to be decorated and within 12 hours I had a response with the extras on a document that I could pay for through a third party and the hotel also stated they would leave a little gift from themselves free of charge. I then emailed what I would like to be added to the room and left my phone number and within 10 minutes I had a phone call to take payment for the extras and any further enquires I had, I asked about options of early check in which they said was subject to availability on the day. We then turned up at 1:30pm on the day of arrival and asked if it was possible to check in, they did not hesitate to check and were so helpful in getting us checked in with the early check in at 1:30pm with no extra charge with brilliant customer service all while being very friendly and welcoming. The room was well decorated with exactly what I wanted and the room was spotless, immaculate and tidy. I am overly impressed by Alex from guest relations who couldn’t have been more helpful with organising a surprise for my partners 21st and the reception staff for always being on hand and being helpful throughout our stay. I will 100% be returning.

Location super b with transportation, restaurants, shopping mall all minutes away by walk.. delicious breakfast with different options for all tastes.. staff really friendly and helpfull.. thanks to Alana from reception and Yupin and Camila from breakfast, you guys make out stay more welcoming 👍🏼 I would definitely come back. Highly recommended for anyone going to Manchester. We got access to the club lounge and for the price we paid I would definitely get it again. There are free drinks and canapes from 18:00 till 20:00 and soft drinks and snacks all day long. Can’t wait to come back

My family ddi like the location and the cleaness of the hotel. My daughter was fan of the accommodation and love going for breakfast in the morning because of one girl she met and makes friends with her. Our stay was exceptional and we love it.😃😃🫡 Our room was always tidy and ready every day when we go out before coming in, which I was so impressed and the cleaners were too friendly and always ready in the morning for the service. I highly recommend the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Manchester to everyone to go and see for yourself, it is amazing🥳🫰🏻👌🏻🤟🏻👏🏼 and shhhh couet. Thank you!!!!!

I am not sure. To be honest I asked my children about it and they rate it 100% love the hotel. Especially at bath time . We love the environment and the different staff we met.

The hotel itself was lovely everything about it and very clean the staff were super friendly and welcoming they even upgraded our room as it was our one year anniversary then once we arrived back after watching the United game we had a surprise waiting for us such a kind gesture and we couldn't be more grateful. The room was really nice the bed was very comfortable both slept extremely well nothing to falut thank you for making our stay one to remember 😊

Couldn't falut anything however it seemed they may of been a bit of a leak with the sink from underneath we think not constant but happened on the rare occasion so just something to make you aware to check really but didn't affect our stay just rather let you know in case but it could be nothing of concern.

Couldn't ask for a better location, right in the middle of the city centre. A 5 minute walk from the arndale centre, so perfect for shopping and dining. We were there for a concert at the ao arena, which was less than a 10 minute walk, so that was just perfect. The hotel is really clean and fresh, the staff were all friendly and helpful. The facilities in the room itself were great and had everything you could want.

My only grip was the bed, which is always a very personal thing, so wouldn't really be a concern for most people. The mattress was just a little too soft for my liking, and the pillows were on the hard side. But it definitely wouldn't stop me staying here again.

From the very begins everything exceeded my expectations. We arrived before check in but was able to check in early which was amazing. The reception staff were all so welcoming and polite. Special mention to Alex who checked us in and also kindly sent a bottle of prosecco alongside a personally written card for our engagement anniversary which was really appreciated and totally unexpected. We were also able to get late check out which was great enabling us to relax and not be rushed. The room wasn't overly big however was really comfy and welcoming and the views from the ceiling to floor windows were great. The king size bed was huge and comfy, however the pillows were abit hard/old. The bathroom had everything we needed with gawjus complimentary shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, bathrobes and slippers, face cloths etc. The shower was slightly on the smaller size however there was also a separate bath which was great. We stayed on the club floor which gave us access to the club lounge. What a luxury this was being able to have access to a night quiet area with great views and have access to complimentary refreshments and fruit/snacks. In the evening there was also complimentary alcoholic drinks which were table service. We only had 1 drink as we were leaving for a show however I noticed the waitresss was very attentive in clearing away empty glasses whilst asking if another drink was wanted. There was also a complimentary breakfast of fresh pastries, good selection of cereals, yogurts, juice and fresh fruit. Furthermore, we also paid for breakfast with out stay which included a great hot and continental buffet with lots to pick from and all tasty and great quality. Again staff were all very friendly and attentive. Overall I will definitely be back again. And would like to thank Alex and the rest of the team for great stay.

Pillows were not the comfiest. They were slightly hard/old. Possibly some more soundproofing from road noise outside. It would be good if there was an option to find out if early check in/late check out was available in advance or the day before so could plan however this is not a deal breaker as there is no charge for it after all.
