Of course a great location for an early flight. Reasonable price as booked ahead. Very comfortable bed, room well appointed and spotless.

Very hot, despite aircon on full blast all night, and outside temp only 13 deg. Just wish there was some better way of managing temperature.

Breakfast was a shambles. Coffee machine kept breaking down so created queues, had to opp for tea. Sausages frazzled, bacon cold and no fried eggs.

We had 5 different keys for our room. Eventually we were offered a free drink in the bar while the master key was found. The free drink was a small beer or small glass of wine, neither of which we drink, so gave the free drink a miss. The manager needs some customer care skills training, you do not ignore customers who have wasted an hour waiting to get into their room. The receptionist was excellent

Very comfortable room. No noise from airport at all. We couldn't have breakfast as our flight was too early in the morning for that but we did have a lovely meal in the restaurant the night before our flight.

Unfortunately the chair in our room had some very dubious stains on it. I did report this to the member of staff when we checked out. This really spoilt the overall feel of the room and was the only thing that let what was otherwise a perfect stay down

The Radisson Blu Manchester airport hotel is in a perfect location for all terminals with easy access via the sky walkway. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. We did not have breakfast at the hotel due to our early flight. The hotel is perfect for a night’s accommodation prior to an early flight.

We thought the drinks at the bar were very expensive - the hotel seems to be cashing in on a captive audience in our opinion! We were also disappointed with the quality of the evening meal we ate in the hotel’s restaurant. We think this could be improved, as again the hotel has a captive clientele.

Was a lovely room, when we arrived it was all very easy and pleasant…we found that my 7 year old had a cot in the room rather than a bed, one call to reception and a very nice man came up to swap it over for us, my daughter was very chuffed with her bed and it was very comfortable. We could see planes coming in to land from our room and a pretty blue tunnel to the terminal which was nice. The bath was amazing, nice and deep and lots of hot water….lots of little extras like a shower cap, tea and coffee and a hairdryer….plenty of space and a very comfortable room. Parking was good right outside the hotel…£19 a night and later found that they offer package deals for a longer stay which would of been cheaper and alot easier than parking at the airport which was a short 3 min drive away the next day….we could of paid less at the hotel and just walked straight to our terminal in the morning 🙈 We didn’t have time but the pool was available until 9pm entry which is nice. The food was a bit pricey but we ordered food from just eat and they delivered straight to the hotel lobby so all good.

Rooms are really smart (we had executive room) and the view was really nice. Not runway but apron view and I’m a bit of a plane geek as ex crew so I loved it. Staff were helpful.

I feel like the poor servers at the restaurant were set up to fail. Far too busy for one server per section during peak. Our waiter did not stop, but still everything took a while. Fastest thing was the food! Not his fault at all and he was such a lovely man but understandably evidentially stressed. Air bridge from terminal 2 to hotel was closed between 5pm and 1am. Presume this is temporary but was a bit of a pain to get the bus to the terminal for twilight checkin.

The staff are always polite, cheerful and very helpful. The rooms are always clean and well maintained. The hotel is well located for parking with easy access to terminals.We have stayed on 3 occasions over the last couple of months. We felt the breakfast was a little overpriced and rather disappointing on the last occasion, see below.

We considered the cooked breakfast available to be very poor the scrambled egg was watery, the bacon was uncooked, was piled in a heap and looked awful, and the sausages were not much better, and in general looked as if the kitchen staff had just dumped the food into the hot containers without any care.

It’s proximity to the airport. However when we checked in we were told that the airbridge to Terminal 2 was closed until 1.00am. We wanted to use Twilight Service to book our luggage in the night before so we were very disappointed. However another guest told us that the air bridge was in fact open. We booked our luggage in and when we told the hotel staff they had no idea that it was open. Very poor communication with the airport

The Reception is on the 3rd floor. There was nobody at street level to assist an 86 year old lady with a wheelchair bound daughter. I had to travel to the 3rd. Floor to ask for assistance and it was as least 15 minutes before anyone came to help. They were apologetic but there should be a better system to check in

Love to stay at the radisson before holiday

Every thing is lovey , except the sauna was not working which I understand is out of control , but we was told both sauna and steam room was not working , that was the whole purpose of the booking to have done in wind time, I did find the girls in the health club to be very abrupt after I asked if they new when would be back on ,, I then after speaking to a lovely male member of staff learned the steam room was working ,we was told by the health club girls it wa open till 22.00, went down at 21.20 after finding out steam room open to find everywhere locked up.

Really easy to find, modern and clean, very quiet rooms

I asked before hand in the request section if I could have a cool room as there are no windows that open. I had an email saying my request had been granted. My last stay in August the air con went off during the night and my room was boiling to the point I could not sleep. As I checked in this time I was told very abruptly, the air con is turned off at 1am to save electricity and controlled at head office. When I asked will this apply in August when I have another booking… I was told yes… 24 degrees(which is what my room was during the night last August) was just too warm for me, I may have to reconsider my booking for the summer due to this policy
