Breakfast was a shambles. Coffee machine kept breaking down so created queues, had to opp for tea. Sausages frazzled, bacon cold and no fried eggs.

We had 5 different keys for our room. Eventually we were offered a free drink in the bar while the master key was found. The free drink was a small beer or small glass of wine, neither of which we drink, so gave the free drink a miss. The manager needs some customer care skills training, you do not ignore customers who have wasted an hour waiting to get into their room. The receptionist was excellent

Very comfortable room. No noise from airport at all. We couldn't have breakfast as our flight was too early in the morning for that but we did have a lovely meal in the restaurant the night before our flight.

Unfortunately the chair in our room had some very dubious stains on it. I did report this to the member of staff when we checked out. This really spoilt the overall feel of the room and was the only thing that let what was otherwise a perfect stay down

The receptionist was very helpful, she sorted out the online temporary car parking as we needed to unload before we moved the car over to the Airport parking to avoid any charges from the Hotel, which are not cheap! Bedrooms are excellent in size and apart from not having a pen to write on the note pad they leave you, it was a quite night. The bed is a bit firm, but not a problem really, Pillows are good and not just a load of foam. Lighting is very good and the Bathroom shower works fine, Twinning's Tea for your early morning cuppa.

The grumpy maître d' is clearly not happy with his role and apart from him forgetting you'd just made a reservation 2 hrs earlier when you turn up, and then having to watch him struggle to find your name on the list he'd made, the layout and seating in the Restaurant is good. Shame about the food quality though given you pay a lot of money (£19.00) for a burger and chips, and the Wine is seriously overpriced. I should add that the food is OK, just not fantastic. No breakfast was taken. Room prices are cheaper than in the Restaurant

This hotel is very convenient if arriving and departing by train, though it is a bit of a walk to T3. It a typical modern airport hotel which must see a huge daily turnover of customers. Despite this the staff are both welcoming and friendly and the hotel is clean and comfortable. And the showers are good. We had an evening meal and breakfast. Two of our party are coeliacs and were advised without fuss about what they could have and what they couldn’t. The breakfast was very impressive with a special area for Coeliacs with gluten free breads and cereals and with a toaster of their own. All the hot foods were clearly labelled for all allergies which was nice to see and showed good awareness of customers with food allergies and good customer training.

Location and cleanliness

The air conditioning in my room was not working, it was am uncomfortable 28 degrees. I raised this concern, and was told it would be addressed.,but the problem didn't resolve. I raised my complaint with reception again and within 10 minutes, the manager called and stated the only option was to relocate to a neighbouring room.,which I did . The manager personally came to apologise and also gave me a complimentary drinks voucher to use in the bar....I was very happy how professionally and swiftly this problem was sorted out.....The Raddison will always be my go to airport hotel at Manchester. . .

The Radisson Blu hotel at Manchester Airport is of the highest quality, from the moment you enter the reception area all the way to your room. You feel relaxed and have that feeling that you're holiday has already begun, the interior is decorated to a very high standard and impeccably clean throughout, the rooms are large comfortable and welcoming, large beds, luxury bathrooms, safe in the room, refrigerator in the room, writing desk area, black out curtains and considering you are all but sleeping next to the Runway you can't hear a thing, restaurant and bar and restaurant inside the hotel, spa facilities, snack area, room service for meals and drinks, sky walk direct from the hotel to all the terminals so you don't even have to step outside, ample secure parking. Excellent location and value for money.

Room was very nice - well-appointed, with good sound-proofing. Great location within easy walking distance of the airport terminal. I did not get to use many of the facilities due to late arrival and early departure the next day, but everything about the hotel was great. Staff were excellent, and I will happily stay there again.

Minor complaint would be that the restaurant was crowded and rather noisy - maybe my food choices were not the best, either, but I would say out of all aspects the restaurant & food were the weaker aspects (in spite of very nice staff there, too).

Location and connectedness was great.

I arrived hungry from travelling. Looking forward to a meal in the restaurant. The food was well cooked and presented but very very small portions ( 5 spears of broccoli, 1 small circle of potatoe + 1 pork chop) .Even after a pudding (very small slice of pie and very small scoop of ice cream) I left the table still hungry . Very poor value for the cost (£80 plus) .

Room was a lovely size , bed huge but firm. Lovely lounge chair but sadly only 1 ! Nice bathroom and lots of nice extras body lotion shampoo body wash etc Lovely clean windows and great to have a view of the airport in action. Staff were happy, friendly and very efficient . .the pool was lovely and I enjoyed the gym, sauna and steam too .

The pool changing rooms need a re vamp and the toilet was out of order . 2 lovely chairs would be nice in the bedroom so we could both relax by the window. The pillows were so soft no support , a choice of firm or 1 firm 1 soft would be better.

Staff were loverly , too Really good size for a standard , very clean very easy to get to from motorway sky tunnel excellent!!! Straight into terminal 2 , tea coffee hotchoc all available I. The room if you run out staff are very happy to give you more to top up

Collage resturate a little disappointing, pricey for what it is not a lot of choice available, son had a burger half way through bright pink and raw inside , staff very apologetic and offered a new one but for a 20 pound burger u want it cooked and not cold chips either , just want u need on the start of ur holiday is food poisoning , breakfast was also included in my price of room although a lot of choice cooked breakfast started at 6am although we were all there at 6am as they were putti. It out it was all cold except for the beans ,
