i love the interior of the property and most importantly the staff! the welcoming was amazing the greetings when we interacted with the staff throughout the stay were exceptional.. i cannot wait to come back everytime we’re in manchester! Jess was so welcoming upon arrival and did everything she could to make sure we were satisfied :) Ben is an asset to your company! i have never met such a charming and kind person, he remembered details about us throughout our stay and continued to ask how our anniversary night had been and spoke to us about our day at breakfast the next day, thankyou to ben and jess!

everything about the hotel is great apart from one staff by the name barbra who works in F&B at the hotel restaurant she was very discriminating to my friend and arrogant towards us both,I felt very intimidated and looked down upon with my friend just because we were black,the management need to have a meeting with her…her tone of voice and approach when asked why she talked to my friend in that manner was very unprofessional

The room was lovely, the bed large and very comfy. I used the gym which was very small but good to have available. Breakfast was good, the staff member that checked me in was cheery which was a nice start to the day. About a 15 minute walk from Piccadilly station which was good for me.

Digitally checked in which meant my room key wasn't activated for the gym. Also, the lifts to the top floor are not regular, I ended up walking my suitcase down all 12 flights after waiting for 6 minutes and the two lifts that actually arrived to be full of trolleys used by the staff. Also was charged £1 tax when checking in, bizarre!

Our stay at the Leonardo Hotel in Manchester was nothing short of excellent. From the moment we arrived, the staff couldn’t do enough for us—their helpfulness and attention to detail truly stood out. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the hotel itself was absolutely beautiful, with a modern and welcoming atmosphere throughout. Our bedroom was clean, tidy, and well-appointed, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

What we particularly liked about the hotel room was how comfortable and well laid out it was. The room was tidy and thoughtfully designed, offering plenty of storage space for our belongings, which made settling in easy and convenient. The beds were especially comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a busy day exploring the city. Everything about the room contributed to a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Lovely choice at breakfast, brilliant location for train station and attending Co-op arena. Love a tram ride when in Manchester, so convenient to hop on and off and a short walk to hotel. Hotel is next to a busy road, but we ever heard a thing when inside and that goes from other guests too, was very quiet on the corridors.

Not a major thing, but the lighting in the room looked lovely, but women need lighting to be bright near the mirrors. What was there cast shadows and was too far from the main mirror to be of use. In the bathroom, it was bright enough, but the only mirror was behind the basin and toilet area so you are not able to stand close to it to apply eye makeup etc

Absolutely amazing room for its price especially visiting during Oasis in Manchester season. Like my first reaction was: this is what I’m getting for the night?? Super spacious bathroom too with heated towel rack and body lotion, amazing TV (tho I tried to use casting but failed but it’s okay) and enough space for the clothes. The staffs are also very very helpful and welcoming and caring… the staffs really elevate my experience to a whole next level… discussing with my partner that we should come to the hotel just for a staycation sometime and we literally live in Brussels so this is how much I enjoyed my stay here. Location wise also super idea, 20 minutes walk to the center area and if you don’t feel like walking, bus station is right next to ya.

Everything was good about it. It was in a great location for getting to the COOP Arena with tram transport nearby. Also, it was close to the Piccadilly train station to which we arrived from the airport. The room was big, well appointed and the bed and pillows were great. The shower cubicle in the bathroom was spacious and water and soft drinks were provided free of charge in the mini fridge. The breakfast was also good value for money, with all you could eat for £13 each. A great stay!

The floor to head height window in the bedroom was very narrow, but that was only a minor issue, as the room was very light despite this.

We were attending the Einaudi concert at the Co-op Arena. This hotel is a perfect location for the Arena. (And also the Railway Station) It is only 2 stops on the tram to the Arena. We actually walked back because I dislike crammed trams. It took around 20 mins. We loved our room, and we both slept well. We ate steak, chips, and rocket in the restaurant. The waitress was charming. We had a drink in the bar late on, again the staff were great! The whole vibe was very friendly. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel, and if we ever go back to Manchester, we would definitely re-book. Thank you!

Excellent location very close to New Islington tram stop as well as in easy walking distance to the Etihad and Cool-op Live as well as to Manchester Picadilly station. The room itself was very clean, spacious with all the amenities one should expect from a hotel of this quality including aircon, a heated towel rack and a minifridge which included a free four-finger Kitkat bar which was truly the icing on the cake.

The room only had one window which was fairly small compared to the size of the room. It was also far from the counter and mirror so didn't offer great lighting. Additionally the bathroom was very passively warm. I don't know if the towel rack was warming the room up, but it was uncomfortable to be in there.
