i love the interior of the property and most importantly the staff! the welcoming was amazing the greetings when we interacted with the staff throughout the stay were exceptional.. i cannot wait to come back everytime we’re in manchester! Jess was so welcoming upon arrival and did everything she could to make sure we were satisfied :) Ben is an asset to your company! i have never met such a charming and kind person, he remembered details about us throughout our stay and continued to ask how our anniversary night had been and spoke to us about our day at breakfast the next day, thankyou to ben and jess!

the facilities and accessibility to town center was great

everything about the hotel is great apart from one staff by the name barbra who works in F&B at the hotel restaurant she was very discriminating to my friend and arrogant towards us both,I felt very intimidated and looked down upon with my friend just because we were black,the management need to have a meeting with her…her tone of voice and approach when asked why she talked to my friend in that manner was very unprofessional

The room was lovely, the bed large and very comfy. I used the gym which was very small but good to have available. Breakfast was good, the staff member that checked me in was cheery which was a nice start to the day. About a 15 minute walk from Piccadilly station which was good for me.

Digitally checked in which meant my room key wasn't activated for the gym. Also, the lifts to the top floor are not regular, I ended up walking my suitcase down all 12 flights after waiting for 6 minutes and the two lifts that actually arrived to be full of trolleys used by the staff. Also was charged £1 tax when checking in, bizarre!

I loved the location! We went for a concert at Co-Op and the hotel was about 20 minutes by feet away, or super easily accessible with an Uber for just 6 pounds. Also, we travelled to Liverpool and York and the hotel was 7-8 minutes away from Piccadilly Railway station from where we picked direct train to both cities. Besides that, it was super clean, it had a kettle, coffee and tea at our disposal, which was perfect! The neighbourhood was also nice, clean, with a wonderful cafeteria nearby called Cotton. The personnel was super friendly and nice. We could leave our luggage’s for a few hours after checkout. I just loved everything!

Great location for Coop Live which is why we choose it! The metro link was just nearby but we walked as weather good and took 20 minutes both ways (another couple advised us on this as said trams were packed last time they went). It was also easy to get into Manchester the day after for shopping. Ate in restaurant first night and was good, but didn’t get our 20% off as per deal or complimentary newspaper as requested - did get our complimentary hot and alcoholic drinks both days checkin was great as from 1pm (wasn’t aware of these things until few days before due to room we’d chosen and booked months ago). Breakfast first morning was a very busy and things weren’t topped up fast enough and a bit cold there was 45 minutes of breakfast serving left. The 2nd morning much better great choice and hot. Our room was a great size superior king suite - chose as it was my husband’s 50th, had a great view of the Etihad/Coop Live, there were a few skittle sweets missed by cleaners on floor, bed/pillows comfortable had a nice sleep.

Took my elderly parents to the coop live arena for a concert. I've never been to Manchester before, so I searched booking.com and found the Leonardo hotel. Drop off parking area at the rear of the hotel, allowed us to help my parents in with the luggage, before taking the car to the railway station car park, where we had pre booked for the two nights at £42. This was only a 10 minute walk away. The hotel exceeded our expectations and the staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. Breakfast was also very good and well worth the additional charge. Even though the hotel is situated towards the edge of the centre, it was very easy to get around, using the Uber app and black cab taxis. No complaints from any of our parties, and we will definitely stay here again if we return to Manchester.

I enjoyed the buffet breakfast because of healthy choices available as well as the indulgent treats such as bacon etc. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, staff were pleasant and helpful, the room was very comfortable and spacious. The location is / was ideal for me , a short walk from Piccadilly Railway station and close to the New Islington Metrolink station for my onward journey to the Joie stadium , and for that stadium or the Etihad Stadium in the future, and for other locations around the city.

This hotel was booked to celebrate my husband's birthday and retirement We also had tickets for War of the worlds production at Co-op live. From the moment we arrived Mia was the perfect host and at my request had arranged a bottle of wine for our room. Our room wasn't ready so she gave us a drinks voucher while we waited, we decided to have a meal at the restaurant andia shared another drinks voucher to help with our celebrations. Micah was our waitress going above and beyond ensuring our experience was perfect. The co-op live arena was a 20 minute walk from the hotel or a cheap Uber taxi ride A good night's sleep was topped off by an excellent breakfast. Special thanks to Mia and Micah we will be back xx

One of the best hotels in Manchester staff is amazing, lovely, and compassionate. We spent our Christmas and NEWYEAR here.got free complimentary drinks. At the reception, Molly and the rest made my state highly memorable. At breakfast, fantastic staff. Fast serving delicious thee Philippines lady at the breakfast and the beautiful daughter at the bar are super amazing. If you need rejuvenating, visit this hotel..the rooms supper clean the bed is high and comfortable 👌 I will add all the staffs name later. I love this hotel .supper love atmosphere and quiet in the nights

I love everything about this hotel .this hotel got the best staff .very kind. Please increase their salaries so I will keep meeting them any time I visit. They are loyal to their job.i hope I can get staff like them in my company that can protect the image of my company

Not far from Piccadilly station and perfect location for my plans (next to famous craft breweries), but the more touristy areas walkable. Or walk back to Piccadilly and free bus from there to places of interest across city. Breakfast the expected hot buffet and good. Not so many cold plates (ham, cheese) but no problem for my tastes. Lots of tables in breakfast room so no problem being seated even at busy times.

Price like everywhere varies from day to day and I picked slightly expensive nights versus my previous stays here. I paid for convenience and knowing hotel was good, but was marginal on affordability.
