Stayed for a night with my family, I was a little apprehensive when I arrived as the building g across the street looked bad. But I noticed builders working on it. I was checked in by a lovely lady who couldn’t do enough for us and she explained it is being renovated. She was great with my son who has Autism. She gave us a quiet room which was appreciated. The room was beautiful and had all facilities we needed. We also enjoyed the grounds and garden area which I think is called the Urban courtyard, my son loved it in there. Thank you and will be coming back in July

Check in was easy. Great value for money! Bedroom with private bathroom and balcony doors making it a great stay for a couple days. Also close to city centre and can easily get the bus in that runs frequently and till late. Overall amazing stay, will stay again if working in Manchester!

Main door you needed buzzing in but that isn't major and offers some security too so balances out.

Everything was really nice! The staff were friendly and the lady that was on when we arrived was amazing! Sorry I cannot remember her name but she’s was so nice!

The room was beautiful! The hotel itself is fairly tucked away. But for the price, it is well worth the money!

the host was exceptionaly helpful and friendly. Manukia was on the doorstep to meet me when I got back in from my evening out which made a really nice change. Manukia carried a mug of chocolate up to my room too which was a big help as I'm visually impaired, use a white cane and needed my free hand for the banister. i Loved my room and the fact there was a locked gate at the front of the building. the attention to cleaness and decor was beautiful. i found the host and the place very welcoming. I would be happy to stay there again.

The room was pleasant, nicely furnished and expansive enough for purpose. The bed was most comfortable, whilst the en suite bathroom was small but serviceable. The TV was of an appropriate size for the room; its picture quality perfectly acceptable. The lady on reception was both likable and helpful.

Nothing really - though we felt that the en suite bathroom might have been included in the basic price. The distance from central Manchester was further than anticipated, necessitating taxi fares.

Hosts are lovely genuine people, the place you can see has been renovated to a good quality the rooms are beautifully modern and the doors are brand new with sophisticated locks.

Our room had a communal bathroom which can't be helped due to space but as always you would prefer a private one. But the bathroom was immaculate and always smelt amazing so no complaints on the actual room itself!

staff were very friendly . They greeted at the door. The room was very modern , clean and comfortable. Staff had decorated for my birthday/ valentines , which was a lovely surprise . Easy to check in and out and near by bus stops made getting to central Manchester and back a breeze .

Clean ,comfortable ,spacious , modern contemporary will definitely book again soon

Only fault was the television could not turn the tv over when lay in bed or sat in chair, had to physically stand close to tv to turn it over. Easily solve just change the tv
