I genuinely don’t know why there were so many complaints about this hotel. The hotel is perfect for the a nights sleep. It’s cheap and affordable. The staff are extremely welcoming and kind . I think people are too entitled these days , complaining when it costs so little. If you’re thinking of booking it I would recommend 100%.

Amazing stay! Staff at reception, bar and restaurant are amazing and friendly. Now considering the price you pay for your stay, cannot expect it to be like a premium hotel where you have to pay MORE . I read the reviews and also go through the facilities offered by the hotel before I check-in to any hotel. There are some people who mention that the spa and other facilities are not included with the booking. ( If you kindly read through booking.com before you make your booking like I do, you do not have to be unhappy when you get there ). Also about the wifi, considering the price you pay for one night for the room alone and then you have to pay £7 a device ( this again is clearly mentioned on booking.com that wifi is accessible only in public areas for free ) , just compare the price with other hotels the same night you make your booking for, which will have wifi included and you still will be saving money here! Parking at the hotel is free for residents ( Ensure that you enter the registration on the tablet at reception ). The hotel is underway modification, so cannot really complain about the smell of paint or anything. It will look spectacular by the next time I visit 😄 I like to collect information and I would like to pass it on to the other customers. Do not get on the 'black cabs' if you are arriving from the airport as they charge a lot The Airport Inn and Spa hotel offers shuttle service (again it's not free but calculate your budget and compare with other hotels which gives it all inclusive ) Shuttle fare - £8 / person (Single journey) £14 / person (Return journey) Or you can use Uber or the hotel offers a private taxi hire for just £15. Once again, great staff. I had a lovely stay and see you again soon ! 🙂

They could do something about the spindles closure timings as it does not really help people who especially make the booking to use the facilities, considering the check-in time to the hotel. Or maybe the guests can use it before they check-in but the spindles timings are not mentioned on the website which might get people confused and annoyed when they check-in. Kindly put up some more lightings in the car parks ( a suggestion) 🤗

This is a budget hotel at the same price point as a Travelodge but the value family which you get is so much better… I had one of the executive rooms with air-conditioning and it was actually cheaper to stay here but it was in a Travelodge… My breakfast was much better and the staff were very helpful… There are a lot of people coming and going being so close to the airport but overall this was a no frills well presented hotel and serves a purpose . Some of the reviews posted on here like the one saying about thin toilet paper I really do need to look at themselves and realise that they are paying for a budget house sale so that’s what you get… Don’t expect a Hilton experience when you have a lemonade budget

Shuttle to airport and back small charge Holiday parking not a rip off Big comfy bar area that opens at 3 pm drinks and food which is very good ..beef steak sandwich..brilliant Stayed 5 nights Spa didn’t try But had coffee there but in paper cups Room clean .. February so a bit cold from window even thou double glazed but Great Wall heater Huge !! Tv Coffee tray with good water and biscuits ..coffee milk tea sugar in reception to replenish And shower bath stuff in basket bathroom Didn’t try breakfast

The bar area was comfy but big families with children ran running screaming a riot very noisy but not one staff asked them to pipe down They gave me a room ground floor ..wouldn’t accept that ..again noise till gone 1am from passing folks ..don’t think they even knew there was Bedrooms just on that walk thru.. No heat in bathroom awful And no shelf to put yr bits .... Pillows very hard Dogs allowed in bedroom for a small charge but have to say no doggie smell ..thank goodness

Well placed for airport, they will arrange transfer and you may leave your car there. Close to Wilmslow and Alderley Edge for meals out (88 bus stops right outside) Next to the River Bollin with walks from the door on to National Trust land you can follow footpath through to Styal along the river). Can watch 'planes taking off from the cycle track on the road next to hotel. Can use Spindles Health Club with swimming lagoon pool, 2 gyms, squash, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi for £5 a day or £12 a week. Lovely coffee shop too. Good breakfast for £8 continental £12 full (buffet). Attractive bar area and dining. Very pleasant staff in both hotel and Spindles. Room had big tv, kettle, iron, hair dryer - was very clean and comfortable. Good disabled access - ramps and lift

Noise from airport if runway 2 in use. This is a very good budget hotel so don't expect it to be 5*

Great staff, especially David who checked us in and who managed the breakfast area. Excellent pool facilities (very clean and all the amenities available). Very adequate rooms with comfy beds and unlimited tea/coffee facilities. Breakfast is good value and good quality. Bar serves a very good pint of Guinness! Food served is of a good quality and good selection. General customer service from staff is friendly and attentive.

The only negative I would give (and I’m sorry to say) is that the pillows are a little hard.

Having read some of the reviews I wasn't expecting too much, but I was pleasantly surprised. Exceptional value for money. Food was good and reasonably priced for a hotel. TV was huge, bed was firm, but I prefer that, No noise, slept well. I stayed at a hotel within the airport the week before for a night, it cost £205 with food and parking, for the same here, I paid £126. If your cost conscious this is the one to stay at. I will definitely use again. My only niggle was the size of the toilet paper, ridiculously small. I'll take my own next time.

The size of the loo paper and no loo brush,

This is a handy hotel for the airport as it has its own shuttle to & from the airport. Also a good car park where you can leave your car during the time you are away. Cosy lounge & good bar food. Room was clean & enough for a one night stay over. Found pillow a bit uncomfortable but bed was fine. A good hotel for transferring to & from the airport. Have used it a number of times now & would certainly recommend it.

In room 24 a bit difficult coming out of the room keeping the door open & then another near door to navigate. Some means of keeping doors open while moving luggage, especially when one is on their own would be much appreciated

Although our flight was only at 18:00 and we needed to return our rental car by 15:00, the hotel kindly allowed us to continue using the facilities after our 11:00 checkout. We truly appreciated having access to the gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and showers—it made a big difference and helped us relax before our journey. While the property is a bit dated, it is well-maintained, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. A lovely and convenient stay overall, especially for travelers needing easy access to the airport

It would have been nice to have an extra pillow in the room and a few more basic toiletries, such as shampoo, readily available. Also, having towels provided in the gym or pool area would be a thoughtful touch for guests using the leisure facilities. These are small details, but they would enhance the overall experience. However, everything was clean and well-kept, and the excellent service from the staff more than made up for it.

The staff were very welcoming on reception. Bar/restaurant staff were very friendly, if there were more than 3 waiting they would get more staff to serve. The food was very nice, kids meal good value for money, generous portions sizes. We just had evening meal. Room was very spacious, well equipped. Perfect for an overnight stay. Little dated but doesn't affect the purpose. Pillows were hard, so you might want to bring your own. Pool is open 9am to 8pm nice long hours. Swim before bed for the kids! Free parking Ironing board, iron, hairdryer all in the room. There's a pathway for walk to the right of the hotel entrance, national trust path.

Pillows too hard Bathroom: bath needs updating. Partly rusty. Personal observation doesn't affect use. Otherwise great place for an overnight stay!
