The gym was really nice. The pool and it's view was amazing and really nice to chill. Rooms are big and fully fitted with all you need.

I did not like the Check-in Process. It was not clear on your page that I was booking through an Agent and I wasn't aware that I have to call my agent on arrival to get my keys. I went to the checkin counter and they said I had to wait for my agent. Coming from abroad, you cant expect me to have a ghanian number to reach my agent. Also there's no intenet in the lobby. So this also made it difficult to get my information from booking.com and contact the agent through the message button.I waited for over 30 mins. for my agent to come and give me my keys and then an hour before I settled into my hotel. That is unacceptable.

I had a fantastic experience at the Lennox Luxury Apartments in Accra. The location was perfect — central and very convenient. I felt extremely safe throughout my stay, and the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. The apartment itself was modern, spacious, and spotless. Everything was well-maintained and comfortable. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

My only suggestion would be to provide a “Do Not Disturb” door sign so guests can easily let housekeeping know when they prefer no cleaning. Other than that small detail, everything was perfect, and I will definitely stay here again!

The property it’s self was Richard , he made sure we were comfortable, he even offered a complimentary ride to the ATM as it was very late when we arrived … our rooms were really clean that we even had to extend. Richard was available 24/hrs whenever we reached out…

The location is great , it’s close to the airport and some marts . Richard i would say made our stay quite nice . We wanted to say for 2nights but we are currently on our 5th night .

The unit was impeccably clean and was maintained daily by housekeeping staff. The kitchen appliances were all respected brands and all worked well. The décor and styling were just as appealing as the photos on the building website. We were appointed two building personnel who checked in daily to ask if there was anything we needed. Linda and Betty were knowledgeable, charming and highly responsive. The building felt safe. The gym and pool were always clean and available for use. The location made it easy to reach all our destinations.

I’d accidentally booked a small unit for my mother and I not realizing 'Deluxe' was a studio. Linda and Betty looked into options to move us to a 1 bed unit and within a few days of our arrival had facilitated the move.

Location and building are ideal and superb. The apartment is nice and simple, balcony has some furniture which is nice for enjoying the weather without leaving your apartment. Super close to the airport and the building operates with high-tech features which is super sleek. One of the more modern and secure accommodations in Accra. The host was friendly and helpful - also reachable when needed. The host was able to help with organizing our travel back to the airport.

The hot water could definitely be warmer, but this might be a limitation of the building rather than the specific apartment. Also the TV doesn't have casting or netflix features, this would be much better for guests.

I absolutely loved the flat and enjoyed my stay. The location was fantastic, situated in a prime area with decent restaurants nearby and just a few minutes from the airport, making it very convenient for travelers. The area felt safe, and the amenities in the flat were great, adding to the overall comfort of my stay.

The booking process was stressful. My reservation was cancelled and reassigned, and I only got it back when a room became available later. I had to make several calls to the host to sort it out, which was frustrating—especially as I was travelling into the country expecting my accommodation to be ready. This caused unnecessary stress and uncertainty. I recommend the property but advise future travellers to double-check their booking confirmation in advance to avoid surprises.

Derick is very proactive, responsive and willing to go above and beyond. His attention to detail is impressive. Made sure the apartment is delivered in top notch including the cutlery. Must i add the state of the cutlery is the cleanest i have ever come across anywhere. You’d want to see for yourself. Over all he’s a nice guy to interact with. Now to the apartment, it is clean, chic and well proportioned and laid out logically. It has every thing you’d imagine and beyond. Also it smells lovely and well decorated. The bed, swallows you and cocoons around you. The sheet are so spotless. I stayed in apartment 019. I cant speak for others apartment in the complex though, but 019 is worth every bit of your money. Lets I forget the complex has a gym which is really equipped, so for fitness enthusiast like myself, i really got my money’s worth even though i used it only once. I came to party, sorry not sorry lol. Oh and the roof top pool is amazing, looks over the whole of Accra, looks more like an infinity pool even though the views could be better if not for the uncompleted structures dotted all over Accra. The restaurant is pretty small in my opinion though. Could be a bit bigger. Look for a girl called Faith to attend to you. She’s heaven sent. My momma loved her to bits, so did i. Truth be told, i never write reviews because i am paying for the service anyways and should expect nothing less however this has been exceptional so here i am. Thank you Derick my agent, Thank you Faith, from the restaurant. You two rock!!

Apartment could have been bigger. Like Oliver Twist, would always ask for more.

The 10 stars reflects the levels of customer service provided by Kobby when my key broke in the lock and Betty, who went above and beyond when I had a stomach upset to extend my stay, get me medicine and food and generally be extremely caring. The room was also impeccably clean and comfortable, and the aircon worked well. Really useful to have my own fridge even if I didn’t avail of the cooking facilities.

Pool was out of action for repair. I was not the greatest fan of the cafe food next door and there were no other breakfast options nearby.

I was traveling alone to Ghana for a friend’s wedding. Where I stayed needed to be affordable but also give me a sense of peace and comfort for my long journey (from NY). The Lennox turned out to be the perfect choice. I have no regrets. My host, Linda, was incredible and helped me to resolve even the strangest requests (broken shoes)! I was very impressed by the attention that each guest was given.

The pool wasn’t available due to maintenance. It opened up the evening I was flying out.

The Lennox was close to the airport and not far from restaurants. The apartment is well set up and generally has everything you need for a short stay. The pool on the rooftop is very nice. The hosts are very responsive and stay in regular contact.

The breakfast was very disappointing - and certainly was not worth the price for it. It is recommended to go to the restaurant for breakfast or somewhere else - or prepare your own.
