We had a great experience at this camping. Communication was smooth from the start — the team was responsive, helpful, and everything felt well organized. The tents were lovely: clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. The shared bathrooms were also spotless and well maintained, which makes a big difference when you’re camping. Breakfast was a highlight — really delicious and with plenty of variety. Overall, everything felt very accommodating and easy. A perfect mix of nature and comfort. Would definitely come back!

It's an excellent choice considering the price in town. I love that they have a barbecue grill available; you just bring your food and use it. The kitchen is well-equipped, allowing you to do everything you need, and the rooms look very new and well-maintained. Overall, a great value for the price!

The shower temperature was very unstable. After balancing the hot water, it would suddenly turn cold for a few seconds, then switch to very hot for another few seconds. This made showering quite uncomfortable. The plain omelet was not included in the breakfast and required an extra charge. This seemed unusual given that basic breakfast items are typically included.

We liked everything! The tent is so beautiful and cozy, bed is super comfortable, it was not hot at night and we really regret we stayed there only for 1 night. If one day we visit Kas again (hopefully, because the city is fantastic), we will definitely book this hotel again! Plus it’s only 8 minutes by walk to a beautiful beach

Very nice and friendly staff - when we were leaving they were asking how they did and if everything was according to expectations - it feels that they really try to do their best to help us to have a comfy stay. There's a beautiful beach nearby - we had a car but you can get there even by walk. Breakfast was very good. Good value for the money.

They have only 2 pillows, one for each guest. If you're like me and need at least 2 pillows to sleep well, it may be a little inconvenient.

This was such a beautiful and peaceful place to stay, with many sweet tame cats walking around, ready for cuddles. The shared garden area was so lovely with plenty of chilling options. The owners' friend was watching the place for some nights and he was superwelcoming and helpful, giving us lots of tips for the area. the breakfast was absolutely delicious and there's a beautiful beach nearby. 10000% recommend!

Tent was very comfortable, outside seating in front of the tent was perfect for relaxing (not as much for doing something on the table, as they were too deep). Also there are bean bags on the central square which is enclosed by all accommodations. One night the host made a fire here and it was very cozy. Bathroom was nice, also have a separate option for a quick cold shower. Bathroom is a short distance from all accommodations. Breakfast buffet was great, many options, but at times kitchen could not keep up with the demand.

Place is quite a bit out of town, so not nice if you don't have a car. But even by car driving into town can be a nightmare due to excessive traffic. This is however not the fault of the accomodation.

We loved our Bungalow at Kas Joy! Very tastefully and cosily furnished and pretty garden. The location is very quiet in the beautiful mountains and 5 minutes by car or scooter from the town and 2 minutes from the beach. Breakfast was very good (vegetarian). The couple who run the hotel are also very friendly and helpful.

Only the position of the air conditioning directly above the bed is a little unfortunate, as it can get very loud.

It was an enjoyable and memorable experience staying in a tent for 2 nights. Both private and public areas were clean, staff was friendly and supportive. Towels, shampoo, shower gel were provided. The beach (clean water with quite comfort temperature) was a 10-minute walk from the hotel whereas Kas was 35-minute walk away. Breakfast was delicious and included some local cuisine that was pretty great.

The area outside the hotel was seldomly inhabited (it could be an advantage) and looked wild. Some construction was underway that had NOT disturbed the silence of this location.

We loved our glamping experience! The tent was very comfortable even in the heat - the fan provided worked really well. Breakfast was delicious and had something for everyone. Only a 5 min drive into town which was perfect. Would definitely stay again!

Amazingly cute property, we stayed in the main house, rooms were clean and spacious. Close to the Big pebble beach, just a 5 min uphill walk. Best location if you have a car. Close enough to the main town, but not noisy. Decent breakfast. Very helpful and good natured, relaxed host.
