The cleanliness; Everything was neat and in place; Everything worked properly; I felt comfortable and safe, being that it was a new environment for me. And the staff front desk Miranda... love her ♥️; And the other two ladies that also worked the front desk day/night also done a magnificent job... ♥️ The Housekeeping department done good. And the maintenance guy also done a magnificent job as well...♥️ I would like to say to the Staff at Studio 6 Baylor... YOU GUY'S ROCK!....🔥 & KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT WORK.... ❤️✋🏾😉

I like how the staff was pretty helpful,and friendly,they were also very understanding to my situation,the rooms are decent,and clean for the most part,I've seen worse so I can't complain,I like the location of the motel as well being that it isn't far from H.E.B.,and there's a Domino's Pizza, a laundry mat,even though there is a washer/dryer at the motels location,a few eating places,and several gas stations within walking distance if you don't want to waste gas.

The first room I was in I wanted to stay in and I tried to re-book the room online,but it wouldn't show online,and I checked for it every day,and even informed the staff of my situation and that I wanted to keep my room,and they wasn't able to help much with that. Day came for me to check out of room,and I find out the room got booked some how after I had been trying to get that room re-booked again for several days,so I had to take what was available,and had to move from one room to another,then on top of that had to wait in the heat from approx 11:30a.m to approx 1:00p.m. before being allowed to go into the new room. Other than that no complaints

Since I recently located to Waco, I had to do my due diligence, and I will say that the location is lively and well lit area. The building is older; yet I will say that with the updates, it is well comforting. Staff is good.

I was going to say crickets, but I believe they may have taken care of it. Since I was a repeat customer, I noticed less of them.

Cleanliness. Front desk clerk was great.

No microwave or ashtray in room. I stayed 2 nights. The next morning after the 1st night the housekeeping lady knocked on my door 3 times and told her 2 times the room was good m that I didn't need anything.. The 3rd time I opened the door all the way and told her not to knock anymore.. Weird!!

It was in a good location and very convenient to get to everything downtown. The beds were comfortable and the room had everything it stated online. It was quiet and felt safe.

A couple of electric plugs had been torn out of the wall and were just hanging. There was paint dripped all over the bathtub. There weren't enough towels or blankets.

Friendly staff and helpful with washing a towel even though customer washer broke. Miranda also moved me to a new room so as not to be bothered by a resident who was to be removed from the property. She WENT above and beyond. Give her a RAISE. TODAY!!!

Right next to the Interstate. very noisy inside the room with the traffic going by. The bed was made up backwards. the sheet should go under the blanket not the sheet on top of the blanket. Blanket was super thin.

Clean room and nice staff.

Not a huge deal but my key card deactivated for some reason. The front desk fixed it in a couple of minutes.

How helpful management is to the guest.

The fact that one the first day my room key would not open room was not clean and the amount of illegal items left in the room.
