Food was not included. Location is brilliant, right in the centre of Tel Aviv across the road from a well stocked grocery store! Hosts were really helpful and supplied us with fold up tables and chairs and shabbat hot plates as we had 30 people round for shabbat chatan. Apartment is clean, bright and spacious. Owners thought of everything, even came with dishwasher and washing machine tablets so we didn't have to buy. Car park is extra 60 shekel a day which is really good value for money. Owner supplied us with a shabbat key as locks are usually auto so we had no problem on shabbat. Car park is underneath the building and is an auto park - really cool!

Great location on a lively street with good shopping and restaurants. Close to everything. Good appliances and everything needed for a long term stay.

There was a minor issue upon arrival which was addressed immediately: the room entry key pad malfunctioned which was resolved by providing me with the room key until issue was fixed. Staff was great and responsive.

The flat is really central located close to one of the main market of the city. I would come back there. But I am giving a 8 because for me it was not perfect.

The flat overall is good it matches the pictures that correapond to the room you select. Few points to notes: - The kitchen was missing basic stuff like a toaster or cereal bowls. And there is literraly nothing already there to help you cook such as salt or peper (even though they have a decoration with salt and pepper they were empty) - The water pressure was not constant. A bit annoying when taking a shower. - The gym is very minimalist but this is fine I would actually advise to just train on the beach there is a lot of training areas. Also there was no wifi in the gym. - Be careful when booking services such as airport transfer via the host as I ended up paying a different price between what was communicated earlier and the arranged taxi (10% surcharge).

Everything was great. Attentive hosts, perfect instructions for checking in and using the parking lot, cleanliness, technology and everything you need in the apartment. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Professional work of the management and staff! We recommend it to everyone and will come back ourselves.

Amazing property in the heart of Tel Aviv. Spacious, clean and central. Huge terrace which was a plus. Beds are very comfortable. Parking in house too. Communication was excellent. One of the best apartments we’ve stayed in in Tel Aviv. Bright and light with an in house gym too.

The rooms were big and nicely decorated good air conditioning and big screen TV very clean and most important a coffee machine with capsules

was very disaponted when they called us a day befor our trip to say there was a mistake and they dont have the room we orderd with the balcony . . they did apologize and left some treats but I think they could have notified us earlier

These apartments were fantastic. We stayed in a 3-bedroom with our three young kids, travel crib was provided and beds were extremely comfortable. The space was modern and so clean, and more amenities provided than a typical travel apartment. Water pressure was AMAZING. Customer service was great--Master apartments kept in touch via Whatsapp and was able to help us with all our travel needs. Location was great, on a main street, where we could get anything/everything we wanted within walking distance. Adults loved the easy access to coffee shops/stores, kids loved the parks nearby. Quiet at night, despite its location on a commercial street. I am going to recommend to all my friends who travel through Tel Aviv.

I would have liked two bottles of complementary wine instead of one ;) We took their airport transfer offer, which was a bit more expensive than I hoped, but we were picked up in a huge Mercedes van that easily fit our family of five (with two carseats), and so was worth it. But seriously, no major downsides, and almost everything about the actual apartment was perfect.

Outstanding experience and service. We forgot jewelry in the apartment, and they texted us to let us know to come get it! Got responses to all my questions via text within minutes. Highly recommended

The location is walking distance from most of the sightseeing places around the city. There are various restaurants around this area, the breach front is ~15 minutes walking distance. The check-in process is quick and remote. The host took good care of us, was responsive to any inquiries, generally very welcoming and forthcoming. Highly recommended.

The apartment was clean, a large fridge, plenty of soaps and towels. Fully equipped kitchen. The beds are very very comfortable.Although the apartment is located in a central area, it was very quiet in the apartment

The living room is not very comfortable, there are not enough comfortable armchairs.
