The location was perfect for what we were in town for. Also loved being so close the the Smithsonian and the Space shuttle. We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast so I can’t answer questions about that. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The free laundry room came in handy and it was great to have all the things you need in the kitchen from pots and pans to measuring cups and can openers. Very well thought out. It was cool to watch all the planes coming in to the airport from our window as well. Honestly I was impressed with the hotel it exceeded my expectations and I would stay there again.

Our room had a lingering cigarette smell and we do not smoke. Honestly in 2024 there should be no smoking in all hotels. Other than that it was a lovely room and the staff was fantastic.

Excellent location, close to all amenities. nicely furnished and well kept. Room was very spacious, nice and comfortable bed and breakfast area. We were extremely comfortable with the kitchen area and the separation between the bedroom and room entrance.

I would have liked a more modern facility with some updated bathroom features. I am not a fan of the carpet floor in general so would have liked wooden floors or laminate floors and better-quality tiles in the bathroom.

The desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. My only criticism is that housekeeping didn’t come until the day we were leaving. It was would been nice if they had come since the trashcan in the kitchenette is very small and fills up quickly. We resorted to using paper and plastic bags that we had from takeout.

Breakfast was great, our kids loved that they can make their own pancakes! They had a huge variety of foods. Furnace filter inside of room needed changed, unexpectedly the door to the furnace was unlocked and wouldn't stay shut and saw the date written on the filter and how filthy it was. Besides the filter, everything else was perfect, clean, comfy beds and extra pillows was a huge plus! Definitely would stay again.

I've stayed several times because I like the location and the rooms are very nice.

Very noisy family slamming doors, kids running in the hallway, screaming, and literally banging off the walls until midnight! Also, the room wasn't cleaned when we arrived. Had to wait for housekeeping to clean room first.

Antonio in the reception was always positive and helpful and of course everybody else as well. Loved the waffles for breakfast. Everything clean and tidy. We had a very comfortable stay.

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! VERY NICE AND VERY CLEAN HOTEL, GOOD LOCATION, ROOM AND BREAFAST WAS VERY GOOD, FRIENDLY STAFF! SPECIAL THANKS TO THE LADY AT THE RECEPTION WHO HELPED ME, BECAUSE I CUT TWO OF MY FINGERS VERY BADLY AND SHE BANDAGED MY FINGERS IMMEDIATLY! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

Everything was great. I stayed this far from DC because there were no rooms available/affordable closer. However, although I liked hotel a lot, it is too far for commuting into DC under normal business trips.

ONLY problem is distance to DC. Long metro ride and an Uber after that.

The rooms were great!

The noise. If you stay here, stay on the top floor. The noise from the neighbors above was ridiculous.

We enjoyed our stay, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good, it had a nice verity of thing to choose from. The common arises was clean, neat, and well designed, everything was in place.

Not all of the staff understood the English language.
