The location was superb, right in downtown in a beautiful brick courtyard across the street from Lakewood theatre. The rooms are easily accessible from vehicle. Air conditioning was controllable. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

My room had a missing picture frame, the hooks were still there on the wall and the outline of the frame was visible on the wall as if it was painted around before removal. The lamp on the desk didn't work, might not have been plugged in but I couldn't figure that out as the cord was behind the drawers and TV.

Had comfortable bed and pillows. Very clean. Big bathroom sink area! Good shower. Hooks for towel in shower area. Iron and board were great. Suitcase stands! Yes! Two of them! Lamp between queen beds with two switches! Plus plug for technology! Tv worked beautifully and was easy to use! Microwave and fridge both worked well! Spacious room. Hangers for clothes. Plug in for hairdryer and mirror close for use. Nightlight in bathroom area for night time visits to the toilet! Do you know how many hotel rooms don’t have this?! Much better equipped than most hotel rooms we stay in! Well done!

Breakfast was good for three mornings as we were there between 6-7 am but on the last day we went later in the morning and there were no more plates, forks, ketchup coffee cream etc.

This hotel was very clean. It was older and had smaller rooms. It had the type of two queen rooms in which there is barely enough room for a person to get out of each bed on the side nearest the wall. Aside from that, however, the mattresses were wonderful, the air conditioning was excellent, and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The front desk staff were friendly and professional. There was a lovely pool, though we did not use it. We also did not eat breakfast at the hotel and can't assess that.

We stayed in this hotel to visit a friend in Tacoma because all of the hotels in Tacoma were filled. Honestly, it was a half hour drive to Tacoma and this was annoying. This hotel is in an ideal location if you are visiting the nearby military base. In any case, this isn't a specific complaint, just a description of proximity. There was a closed mall next to the hotel. I initially worried that there would be homeless people camping in the area because of this. However, that did not prove to be true. The hotel grounds felt well maintained and safe.

Staff was wonderful! From the person who checked us in, to the staff who brought us more coffee pods- couldn’t ask for more nice, helpful people. The motel was clean, had everything we needed for a long weekend stay, amenities were great, it was quiet even with the motel being completely sold out. I didn’t worry about my car being broken into, which is a huge relief for me. The motel is close enough to everything, but tucked away where it’s peaceful.

The cost was higher than usual (assuming) because Taylor Swift was performing in Seattle and everything was sold out. Otherwise, this place is a banger; especially at the standard cost.

We didn't participate in breakfast. We had to travel to Tacoma for a medical procedure early in the morning.

There were a lot of empty rooms but there was some one above us who were very loud and seemed like they were stomping back and forth across the floor all night. The TV doesn't show what's on. No guide to see what you want to watch.

It was very pleasant but the floor seemed a bit sticky when walking around. Otherwise everything was good .

We had to change rooms three times before getting into one that was a good and that was all done my the front desk staff. Want to thank Megan especially she helped us the most with the problems.

I seemed to have screwed up my arrival date. I was a day late arriving but the office was still able to get me in at the price I had paid online for. Considering it was a friday...much appreciated to the staff.

Alarm clock going off at 5am which I did not set. Refrigerator was making noises, sounded like someone operating an old RC toy.

The location is good. Quite, clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. With a nice selection to choose from. The rooms are very clean and if you need anything extra you just have to ask.

Hotel was quiet, clean, in a beautiful location next to the historic theater museum. Staff was pleasant.

Would have preferred real scrambled eggs for breakfast, be nice if it went till 11am checkout. Beds were decent but not great.

I like the location and pool, we were also on the bottom floor so I liked that I could park right outside the door. The staff was super friendly and really nice, they made our stay great ❤️

I wish there had been a few more protein option for the breakfast ( eggs and bacon, maybe some sausages)
