The hotel is beautiful and includes interesting items from Cambodia's history throughout the interior. All of the staff were amazing, taking their time to remember my name (& special coffee orders) and always make sure I was comfortable. I took a number of private personal tours with the hotel driver who was always fantastic at providing additional local information about the history of the area, food & Cambodian culture. Highly recommend as a solo female traveller!

Only request would have been for a better option for free coffee included in the room.

Exceptional hotel. The room with a private room was so well designed, practical, comfortable and spacious. Staff was very kind and helpful through the whole stay. Check in process was really delightful. They have very nice premium (but not only in price) souvenirs shop. Floating breakfast is very nice option!

Restaurant is good, but definitely can be better, especially breakfast - it's good but it's not so even close to be outstanding like the rest of the hotel.

The private pool, friendly staff, location away from the busy part of town.

The toilet felt a bit dark and dingy. It would help to have a mirror or a piece of art in the toilet. The sofa wasn't very comfortable. It would help to have a couple of large cushions on the sofas as well as the small cushions.

Wonderful hotel and experience from the moment I arrived to when I left. The hotel is beautiful and comfortable and I especially loved the dining area. The food is excellent with a good range of Cambodian and western options, although I mainly tried the Cambodian ones. And the staff were fantastic. So welcoming and warm and they really aimed to make sure I was comfortable. They truly made my stay memorable.

Nothing. It is a short tuk tuk ride from the market and some travellers may like to be within walking distance. But I liked the location as it was quiet and restful.

The hotel was very nice and the room was beautiful. The staff we're very friendly and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable and all of the amenities were quite nice. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

We did have an issue at check-in related to the room we booked not matching the description of the room we received. But the manager on duty was very accommodating and provided us with a solution that met our needs. If you book this hotel, I suggest verifying your room before arrival. Mistakes happen, but it's how you make up for it that makes all the difference. They went above and beyond to make us happy, and we appreciated it very much!

It is an absolutely stunning, beautiful hotel, with lovely rooms and a beautiful pool area. I can't stress enough how stunning the old building is (now the restaurant). Staff were incredibly accommodating. Breakfast was excellent and room facilities were good too. The bungalow suites (despite my criticisms) were an amazing place to come back to after a long exhausting day in the heat at around Angkor Wat.

The mattress is the cornerstone of any good hotel room, and unfortunately for a hotel of this price and calibre, the bed was rock hard. The suite also had a huge bath tub that was impossible to actually fill with hot water. Tried for a couple of hours, but the tap kept running cold. Pretty common problem in developing countries but it made the bath tub useless.

We love everything about the place. We were nicely proposed to upgrade to a pretty cool and spacy bungalow but denied it coz we thought our room was already very nice. The restaurant is nice with good breakfast and good cocktails in the evening.

Pool area was always full of tree leaves. We understand that no one can stop the tree leaves from falling from the sky, but it's nice to have a clean swimming pool area. Maybe find a way to make sure it's clean during swimming pool peak hours? And other time should be ok. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay there.

The hotel was a haven of peace and tranquility in a the middle of a bustling city. Our room was amazing… very spacious and tastefully decorated and it even had its own small swimming pool to cool off in (even though the large main swimming pool was only a few paces away). The staff were wonderful - always willing to help and very friendly. The food in the hotel was great too and definitely make sure you are around for the Monday night Jazz night held in their restaurant. All in all - this place can’t be beaten.

Nothing comes to mind - which is the best you can ever say about a hotel

Fabulous, spacious room with totally private patio area. Bar and snacks restaurant by the pool plus smarter restaurant serving good local and international cuisine. Couple of jazz nights (free of charge) with dinner. Really friendly, helpful and considerate staff made me feel exceptionally welcome. Close to National Museum and not too far from other excellent restaurants.

Although not far from restaurants and entertainment area it was too far to walk comfortably in the heat. However, plenty of tuk-tuks to get you there and back easily.

This hotel was magical. Could not be happier with our stay. We were 2 couples travelling together and we booked private pool rooms and they were excellent. Very large, clean and spacious. Happy hour(s) cocktails and nice pool and bar area. Good breakfast and restaurant on site for dinner and lunch. The staff were extra special and helpful... everyone was SO lovely. They all deserve special mention because they all contributed to making our stay the best in our month long travel through Vietnam and Cambodia. This hotel also has a tuk tuk driver outside the hotel to take you where you want to go. Mr Nihm (Smiley) was fantastic. He took us out every night to pub street/shopping/dinner and we could WhatsApp him to collect us. He was gold 🥇. This service took the worry out of finding rides and negotiating prices which can be confronting especially around pub street. Just book this hotel if you're coming to Siem Reap... you won't be disappointed 💯
