The hotel is beautiful and includes interesting items from Cambodia's history throughout the interior. All of the staff were amazing, taking their time to remember my name (& special coffee orders) and always make sure I was comfortable. I took a number of private personal tours with the hotel driver who was always fantastic at providing additional local information about the history of the area, food & Cambodian culture. Highly recommend as a solo female traveller!

Only request would have been for a better option for free coffee included in the room.

The private pool, friendly staff, location away from the busy part of town.

The toilet felt a bit dark and dingy. It would help to have a mirror or a piece of art in the toilet. The sofa wasn't very comfortable. It would help to have a couple of large cushions on the sofas as well as the small cushions.

Exceptional hotel. The room with a private room was so well designed, practical, comfortable and spacious. Staff was very kind and helpful through the whole stay. Check in process was really delightful. They have very nice premium (but not only in price) souvenirs shop. Floating breakfast is very nice option!

Restaurant is good, but definitely can be better, especially breakfast - it's good but it's not so even close to be outstanding like the rest of the hotel.

I've been traveling through Asia, and the combination of stay, people, and culture was one of the best I've ever experienced. From the hotel's decor and excellent amenities to the genuine friendliness of all its staff, from the spa to the reception and those who served us every meal for five days. But I'd like to highlight the hotel guide, Kim, who is the best guide we could have had. Besides his immense knowledge, friendliness, and helpfulness, he's also a professional photographer and took photos that will last a lifetime. Thank you all so much. Wonderful hotel and experience from the moment I arrived to when I left. The hotel is beautiful and comfortable and I especially loved the dining area. The food is excellent with a good range of Cambodian and western options, although I mainly tried the Cambodian ones. And the staff were fantastic. So welcoming and warm and they really aimed to make sure I was comfortable. They truly made my stay memorable.

Nothing. It is a short tuk tuk ride from the market and some travellers may like to be within walking distance. But I liked the location as it was quiet and restful.

We had a fabulous stay at Heritage Suites It was conveniently located close to pub street/ a laundry and within a short driving distance to the temples which we explored during the day The rooms were spacious and comfortable, we upgraded to the villas during our stay. The outdoor showers were lovely, the beds were comfortable. The staff went above and beyond for us. We travelled as a large family and they gave us access to a meeting room where we could hang out together at night, they helped organise a surprise birthday for one of our family and were always accommodating with breakfast orders Breakfast was excellent - it was a menu with a few options and free flow We will definitely return if we visit Cambodia again! The rooms are very large and super comfortable: they are modern, but with a nice local touch. Being 4 people we booked two nearby rooms with private pool. The staff was soo kind to allow the communication among the two private pools. So, we had a single large private pool for the whole family. This was super nice! It is a pity we stayed only 3 nights: we hope to come back...

The only minor negative point is the location of the hotel, which is a bit outside the more central part of the town. However, this is really a minor point: the center is easily reachable with 5 min. tuk-tuk

Heritage Suites is a charming colonial style boutique hotel in a great location. That is of you want a more local area without the touristy feel. Plenty of great coffee shops walking distance and it’s in a quiet back street. Very relaxing place to stay.

The beds are really too hard for a hotel at this rate. Not rock hard but not comfortable. The spa area is lovely but I had a poor experience with my personal treatment. However might have been an off day for the therapist and not indicative of overall standard. Breakfast was fresh but not the best we had in Siam Reap.

The hotel was very nice and the room was beautiful. The staff we're very friendly and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable and all of the amenities were quite nice. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

We did have an issue at check-in related to the room we booked not matching the description of the room we received. But the manager on duty was very accommodating and provided us with a solution that met our needs. If you book this hotel, I suggest verifying your room before arrival. Mistakes happen, but it's how you make up for it that makes all the difference. They went above and beyond to make us happy, and we appreciated it very much!

It is an absolutely stunning, beautiful hotel, with lovely rooms and a beautiful pool area. I can't stress enough how stunning the old building is (now the restaurant). Staff were incredibly accommodating. Breakfast was excellent and room facilities were good too. The bungalow suites (despite my criticisms) were an amazing place to come back to after a long exhausting day in the heat at around Angkor Wat.

The mattress is the cornerstone of any good hotel room, and unfortunately for a hotel of this price and calibre, the bed was rock hard. The suite also had a huge bath tub that was impossible to actually fill with hot water. Tried for a couple of hours, but the tap kept running cold. Pretty common problem in developing countries but it made the bath tub useless.
