I just want to thank the admin of Hotel Hu. For me, this hotel is the best, contrary to the negative comments from others. The room was spacious, especially for couples. The toilet was clean and modern. The bed was soft and large. What more could I say? There are so many restaurants and coffee shops in the area, and it’s only 15 minutes to the main city of Incheon for shopping and malls. I only paid 13,000 won for a taxi to the market and the city. My experience at Hotel Hu was wonderful and excellent. The area is quiet, and you can see around the streets and the sea across from the building. All the negative issues mentioned about Hotel Hu have already been resolved. I truly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it. The airport shuttle bus to the hotel is very close and free, located right beside the hotel. It’s only a 10-minute ride back and forth. The price is reasonable, and I’m so happy with my stay. The receptionists were very helpful and accommodating.

The "hotel" is more like a bunch of random apartments in a large block alongside permanent residents. The reception guy was very nice and helpful. We arrived on a mid-morning flight and he made it possible for us to check-in a few hours early and store our luggage whilst we waited in the nearby cafe with free WiFi. The airport and mountain view from the 5F room was great. We then spent the day at the nearby Cimer spa (recommended) and checking out the art at Paradise City. We also really enjoyed the Jet-Lagged Lizard bar on the ground floor of the hotel. There's also a convenience store on the ground floor. The free shuttle bus was useful (taken from the terminal departures floor) just make sure you know your stop to get off for the hotel as it's a long way back from the stop after at the cargo terminal haha. Great stay for a quick stopover between connecting flights.

The shower door seal was poor so the bathroom flooded each time but it drained away eventually.

It is a good location. It has a free shuttle to the airport across the hotel. There is a restaurant, 7-11 and a cafe. The room is spacious and clean. There is one person on the counter. He can speak English well. It is a self-service hotel. Overall, it is a good hotel.

There is no bell boy. It is a self-service hotel. If you have a lot of luggages, it is not convenient to bring all your luggages to the bus across the street.

Convenient to an airport stay, although finding it proved a little bit challenging. It was a long ride from Terminal 2 to adjacent to Terminal 1. Thankfully we had someone to help guide us. It was very easy to find the shuttle to Terminal 1 from there and it went very smoothly.

We found the room to our satisfaction, and ease of checking in and checking out was fine. However, we found the beds too hard for our liking.

Instruction on how to get on the free airport shuttle bus could be more clear: 3 floor, gate 12 where there is AICC sign. ( Your old instruction saying gate 12, number 3, and we could not find number 3.. it caused big confusion. ). Pls correct.. thanks

Hotel was really comfortable, the room was clean and had everything you needed. Water, toothbrushes, toothpaste and razors which you won't find in many hotels in Korea. Very close to the airport and there is a free bus to Terminal 1 and 2. Polite and kind staff. CU and laundry room on the first floor. I don’t know why the hotel has such low ratings but for us it was nice place for staying!

Really Close to airport - 3 bus stops (free shuttle bus) from Terminal 1 Gate 3 (similarly hotel to airport). Has English bus announcement Convenience - 7-11 and CU stores downstairs Family friendly - spacious, has washing machine, cooking stove, easy kiosk self check-in (English).

Very convenient to reach by shuttle bus from Incheon Airport. Huge rooms, very clean, comfortable beds but some of the furniture has seen better days, i.e. a bit run down. However, every room had fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. Very friendly personal!

We reached the hotel around 11pm after taking the free airport shuttle bus. I was able to find my room key easily on the reception table in an envelope labelled with my name. The room had microwave and the beds were comfy. There is a convenience store in the hotel and we bought packets of noodle and rice. Quite happy with my stay. In the morning, we went to a nearby cafe. It was newly opened and service was rather slow though food was good. We also site seeing the grand Paradise mall. It was nicely decorated for Christmas.

the numbers are a bit old, but clean, the only thing I liked was that when I filled out the documents I entered my car number, but when I left the parking lot charged me another 15 dollars, which I was not happy with
