The kids loved the pool area. We loved the Starbucks inside the hotel! It was clean and conveniently located to the highway and lots of food choices.

The stairs were hard to find and one of the 2 elevators was out of service. This resulted in really long waits for the elevator due to it being busy.

Great staff and location. Very clean, although a few imperfections, like wallpaper coming off, some painting needed, but not a deal breaker for me, I don’t always care about the cosmetics.

Only 2 complaints, your pillows and there was no ice in the ice machine. The pillows are so uncomfortable and we’re so very hard to sleep on. Not hard like hard, just very squishy but so very uncomfortable. My daughter ended up not even using hers, it really hurt her neck. ☹️ I like to have ice cold water during the night if I wake up. Would have been nice to have the machine working. ☹️

The fact that the Bistro closed so early, bar was open till 11pm so we had to grab a snack there

The fact you indoor pool, plus bar breakfast you had vegan options. Sidewalks are needed for runners, or even walker's. Sraff was very pleasant everyone had smiles on there faces since we have been heading behind mask for two year's. It was great to see.

Staff was very friendly.

My view. Right outside of my window were the hotel's ac units and other industrial units right at eye level. There was a strange bug on the curtains.

The bar was only opened till 10p. We traveled with a bunch of people sat at the bar, last call was called at 9:45p. All on a Saturday night. To me this was very disappointing. People were looking for some drinks and socializing prior to going up to the rooms.
