I stayed in room 526 on the 5th floor. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location of the property is excellent — right in the city center and close to everything you need. Also, the sauna was great and a big plus for the overall experience.

I stayed in room 526 on the 5th floor. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the Wi-Fi — the signal was very weak, so I ended up not using it at all. The pillows were also uncomfortable. The hotel should provide larger and better-quality pillows. Additionally, the gym was very disappointing — it’s not really a gym. The hotel should definitely invest in more equipment and weights.

No keys or cards, initially takes a bit getting used to, but very quickly you realise it can be a real bonus not having to take either with you when you leave the room. All you need is to remember the digits. Reception excellent. Very helpful and friendly support. Lifts efficient. Breakfast good. Staff super.

Check-in could, perhaps, be a little earlier. Our room needed bit of a makeover, nothing serious, paint peeling off ceiling above beds. Bedside lamps not independent of overhead lighting. Arrangement of furniture in room bit cramped.

Everywhere clean, room very well maintained, fully furnished, including the kitchen, nothing missing, everything works, many TV programs. The location of the hotel, perfect. The staff deserves a separate column, very helpful, smiling and nice, the problem was solved immediately, the possibility of storing luggage, we are very satisfied with the stay in Forenom Lund and recommend it.

Result of personal preferences - the room temperature is a little too low, I only have one pillow, I like to sleep high, the radiators are a little too loud, but it's nothing that prevents me from falling asleep.

The room had a desk, a sofa with a foot rest, dining table for two people. These were good for use. And the staff replied so fast. Thanks for that. The location of the hotel was good. It was next to a residence building so always silent. Because it was located in the city center, markets, restaurants, a library, bus stops, and other facilities were in walking distance.

When there were some big steps, my room ceiling, floor, and wall were shaken. It was a bit stressful. It would be good if the room had a shampoo.

Very nice quiet hotel in the center of Lund within walking distance of the train station. The room was as advertised although my room was a bit outdated with a noisy fridge compared to some other rooms (friends were staying in the same hotel). Room did not have any cooking basics like salt or oil, which is not ideal for shorter stays. The place seemed family friendly, saw a lot of families with kids. Staff (security) was friendly. The hotel just started offering basic breakfast. Overall a nice stay, would recommend for longer stays especially.

For our purposes the location was very nice, although a few minutes walk from any public transport. Lund's beautiful downtown is in easy walking reach. Check-in worked well, even though no human was involved. Being able to prepare food ourselves and having a real fridge was very handy for us. There is a dishwasher and some detergent was also provided. A decent supermarket is literally just around the corner and opens long hours all days of the week. The staff present at some times (security and cleaning) were very friendly and helpful with advice in English. During the day some (instant) coffee or tea are available in the lobby. Overall, the room is practical and convenient for a limited stay.

Our room went onto an interiour courtyard towards the supermarket with quite bright lights on in the building on the other side all night and busy activity on Saturday and Monday morning. It would be really nice to also have a bit of salt, sugar, pepper available on arrival. The supermarket is close but does not sell small units. The public area downstairs was falling a bit behind their evident ambitions, but admittedly also being renovated.

Great location with just a 5 minute walk to to the Cathedral. A big supermarket and plenty of cafes and restaurants just outside the door. Kitchenette was clean and well stocked with a lovely little eating area and the room had two comfy chair, so could happily have stayed much longer than my 3 nights.

Just small things that were inconvenient. Had difficulty with the online checkin and had to contact customer services. Description on Booking.com said there were free toiletries so I didn't bother bringing shampoo/conditioner/ shower gel but there was only hand soap provided. Lobby of apartments was not very inviting, not sure if there was some kind of renovation going on. However, none of these things would stop me returning.

The best thing about this property is its location. It is in the Lund city center, close to everything. The room was pretty spacious and had everything needed for a prolonged stay. It was very easy to get the check-in instructions, and we had no issues at all with accessing the property. It has a pretty big common area with some games a lots of tables.

The room furniture is a bit worn and generally feels a bit old. There was some mold in the shower walls. The laundry room was a mess and not very clean. There is no permanent staff, so if there are issues, the only way to get help is to contact customer service. However, they quickly responded and sent someone to help when we had a problem.

I liked the level of security and the automatic interaction with the hotel. Everyone gets a dedicated room code and can use it to open the entrance and the elevator. The lounge area looked nice altho we didnt use it. The room looked impeccably clean altho I can never be sure about the floor, whether the cleaner walked in their shoes or not. The kitchen was well equipped and nothing was damaged. It had.cuttlery unusual for the hotels such as cheese peeler and a Swedish butter knife. There were paper towels, washing liquid and a new sponge for new guests. Or it looked new at least. We each got two towels and little soaps and the bathroom was designed gorgeously. The ceiling windows were nice and had shutters. The bed was comfy. The iron and ironing table were included as well as a dryer for hair. Im glad we were able to check in an hour before without any additional fee. They care about the environment and have many rules about the trash separation. The hotel was super central and very close to a big supermarket Coop

An early check in fee was supposed to be additional 200+ SEK but only an hour before was free. The fact that the rules were such that I got worried that if we dont follow them strictly we might get fined, and I got a bit worried. It was mostly for ppl cooking sth smelly and leaving the smell entrapped in the room. Or for people not taking out their trash after themselves which is somehow not included in the cleaning fee. And the cleaning fee along with the room price is high enough for that to be included.

For the price this place is great. We spent just over $100 a night for a family of four. The room was big enough and had a table and cooktop along with cookware. We made dinner and breakfast. While there were minor issues, the fact that the savings were passed on to us, made this place worthwhile. The location is great as well. There was staff on premise and when I contacted the hotel by phone and messaging, they were prompt in their response.

Our coffee machine didn't work, it was broken. They replaced it later in the afternoon. The sink in the bathroom was slow to drain. They had mini pool table and air hockey table downstairs in the common areas, though the cues were broken. It would be good if they put a portable fan in the rooms.
