The breakfast was outstanding, and they gave you wonderful options, all part of the included b'fast! There were many staff on the grounds, all of whom went out of their way to please us with every request. We will definitely return to this hotel!

We stayed in a suite, and it was designed with LOTS of glass panels. My elderly husband continued to run into the panels. Next time, we will request a room "without glass".

Service was amazing. The room was fantastic and I couldn't ask for anything better. The cleaning staff was outstanding! The bartenders at Spice Market were excellent. The arrival and exit services were professional and top notch!

Room service for breakfast arrived cold but was corrected by the hotel. Can't order food from the snack bar at Mario Canario and take it to eat in our room. You have to order room service or eat it there. Our heated pool broke the second night and was fixed but the amount of time needed to heat up was too late in the evening to use. This was also corrected at checkout by the hotel.

Facility and art are exceptionally beautiful! Staff was excellent and accommodating. Restaurant was also excellent. We loved the luxury of our room. Only down side is that you must book spa well in advance of your stay. They had no availability, which was a huge disappointment.

VERY expensive. Room price is listed before taxes and all food and beverages are top US hotel pricing. Not expected in Mexico. The food in the restaurant was okay, however breakfast was good. Yet even when paying $500 USD per night it doesn’t include breakfast.

rooms were mostly quite but we heard a lot of hallway noise. need better insulation on the doors. spice market food was not as good as the other restaurants.

Our stay with Live Aqua San Miguel was an absolutely wonderful experience. This was certainly one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. The setting and architecture of the hotel was so lovely, we loved the breakfast in the morning and drinks by the pool. It was a peaceful oasis and the staff made us feel welcome and were very attentive to all of our questions. We loved the small details in the hotel that made our stay so special, the service in the room was outstanding we felt completely spoiled. The location is a short and safe walk to the main square and we enjoyed been just outside of the busy area where it was quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in San Miguel - having visited the other hotels in the area offering 5 star experiences as well - I would choose Live Aqua again every time.
