The private pool was amazing, the floating breakfast in the pool was cool! The sea view and the room were beautiful. The bath tub was spacious for two. The location is quiet. The free daily shuttle to the Fisherman's Village is very comfortable.

No side walk option, you must walk into the city on the highway. We found an alternative by walking on the beach and crossing to the town through other resorts. The breakfast had little options for vegans. The bathroom could be cleaner, we had to ask the cleaning maid to clean it specifically.

The ocean view villa with private infinity pool was a great room for our stay. Plenty of room and private.The property was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Located at the southern end of Chaweng Noi beach it is well away from the hustle & bustle. But still only a 15 minute taxi ride away from the main tourist spots. And a short walk up the beach to some of the other properties with beach bars. The food in the restaurant was great. With a reasonable selection of dishes available each morning at breakfast. Overall, we had a great stay.

Can't really say there was anything that we "didn't" like. Our stay was relaxing, and everything just happened with no stress and no fuss.

This was our second stay here so we can compare 😊. Time span in between 2 years. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned daily and the reception was very welcoming and supportive with all our questions. Number 1: the view from our room and the location are both amazing! Nr 2: We appreciated the renovations done that were absolutely needed: staircase from beach to hotel fully restored, terrace and patio’s in front cleaned up. Investment in new more sustainable AC’s…, individual wifi routers per room, Nr 3: breakfast is now buffet (although simple and much the same)

Small repairs are left untouched such as: lamps not replaced, shower switch not working properly, terrace which was damaged 2 years ago still not fixed 🫣😁. But in a way we laughed about it, who cares about a lamp with this view…

Amazing location on the beach. Enjoyed the private infinity pool and large apartment. Lush tropical leafy corridors and pleasant restaurant area. Pleasant staff. Lovely stay overall. Good breakfast. Lovely decoration on the bed with the towels and flowers on the second morning.

The whole place is very tired and in need of refurbishment. Loose flooring, fixings and poorly maintained decoration. Mattress was in need of replacement. Some sliding doors, hard to open. Poorly thought out furniture layout making a kettle hard to plug in. Broken fittings, lampshades which fall off, loose taps, door falling off cabinet, screw sticking out of sunbed. Broken lamp glass.

Delicious breakfast,beautiful location with view out to sea. Accommodation is immaculate and spacious with lovely walkways nicely lit and planted. We tried the Asian menu for one supper and it was very good and also reasonable. Nice comfortable reception area and lovely Jews if the sea.

Such a shame that Saran’s position on the fast main road with no path means one feels rather trapped in the resort and even hailing a taxi or songthaew feels dangerous. We were back to the island after 25 years and it was almost impossible to explore now with that fact road all the way round, very different now.

I liked the infinity pool al lot and the shirt distance to the beach.

I didn’t like a staff member. It was horrible seeing him 5 days long. He ignored us every single day, while we were waiting to order in the restaurant. While relaxing at the pool, i went and ordered 2 drinks from a staff member, the other rude one stood behind him and just told me in a bad tone: „ its not buy one get one free“. What kind of respect is this to talk to a guest like this? If i wouldn’t have the money, i wouldn’t come all the way from germany ind this posh stay! Other staff members were friendly and would greet or greet back. He ignored. I was so angry that i was about tell the manager.

Nice large room with large balcony and comfortable seating area. The AC was great and beds were comfortable. The pool was overlooking the ocean and had a few lounge chairs around it. Water pressure in shower was great. Staff was helpful and helped set up a taxi to take us around the island.

The bathroom did not have a door so it made it quite weird to take a shower (travelling with my sister). The room also had an extra empty room, they could have made it a bedroom. The staircase to the beach actually ended in the water and was slippery. No chairs on the beach. Breakfast was really good but it was the same every day.

- Nice and secluded spot, just outside the busy area. - Spacious, well appointed rooms, the jacuzzi bath felt unnecessary but was actually a great way to end a day. - lovely staff - Feeling of privacy

- No natural light in the rooms if you want any privacy. Have to keep blinds closed to avoid passers by being able to see right into the room - Pool area would no doubt be very busy in peak season. Fine in the quieter months. - Road noise is present pretty much around the whole resort.

We had the seaview ocean front pool villa and there are not enough words to describe the AMAZINGNESS of the view...we felt like in paradise and it's so romantic! The beach (Chaweng Noi) we considered both as THE BEST visited and we visited Lamai, Crystal Beach, Chaweng, Lipa Noi so that was funny that the best beach was actually on walking distance. The rooms are so spacious and in the night when the lights go on you imagine yourself a millionaire :-)..The Shower was excellent with hot water, the bathroom has a separate toilet with shower (we love that). The breakfast was good, not a buffet however à la carte, which is understandable due to climate and freshness of the products. No efforts were too much. The housekeeping ladies are super sweet and friendly....we will be back

Wifi was poor at moments, but this is not our main focus when we are on holiday ;-)...The whole hotel could use a bit of a freshing up, but still, you are not there to check the painting on the wall, you are there to relax and enjoy the beauty of the island...

Our room was great, and staff was more than friendly. We stayed in a pool villa, which was really comfortable and view was amazing. Unfortunately we had some unexpected events during our holiday (which has nothing to do with a hotel), but staff really made an effort to support us and they were the highlight of our stay.

Location was not easily accessible, neither from a road or a beach... Rooms starting to show their age.
