The hotel staff was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable and you couldn't hear much airplane noise (it is next to the airport). No parking/hidden fees (besides refundable security deposit).

Minor thing, but I wish there was extra toilet paper included in the rooms. That said, that's my only complaint and when we asked for more TP the staff immediately provided some and also came to clean our room the next morning.

The staff are excellent and friendly...it is a family run place and a bit tired but not a bad place at all, I had no complaints and th owner was kind enough to stretch my checkout time a couple hours so I would not have to sit in the airport. Very nice lady.

Nothing not to like 5 minutes from airport, 5 min walk to Dennys. Called a cab for me, very nice.

Great location, 5 -7 mins away from the airport. The bathroom was clean and seemed recently renovated. They provide coffee but unfortunately did not provide water, you have to bring your own. Overall, it was good and fair for the price. If you want to get some breakfast, you can walk to the IHOP located across the street.

The location is perfect if you look for an accommodation near the airport. It's well connected with the airport and only 15 minutes away The staff was very good The place was good value for the money. Simple but with everything that is necessary to spend one or 2 nights.

Just that the room's windows were very close to the outside pass and to the bed inside and it could be easy for anyway to just break in. But the place looked overall safe and quite and we didn't have anything (nor even noises) disturbing us

I like that they had a mini fridge and microwave. Everything was clean.

3 outlets and 2 lights didn't work. There were also ants in the restroom

It was a good location for everything that we needed.

Charged us 20 dollars a day for who knows what. Daily maid service wasn't available. Except for the 20 dollars per day that I still don't know what I was even charged for. It would've been a good deal

The location was great easy access to restaurants and other hotel. Customer service was good.

I think what I was looking for comfort and cleanliness and those were evident in the accommodation.

Clean, nice personnel, excellent starting point for other places than San Francisco, like San Jose, Silicon Valley, spotting place in vicinity of SFO. It was our intermediate point between San Francisco and other places arround and the last place before departing to Europe. Very nice structure

The place was pretty new, and well put together, but I heard traffic noise all night. I needed to plug my ears to get some sleep. The hotel is right next to a freeway.
