Very nice room with air conditioning. Looked like it had recently been refurbished and very clean. Interesting sound system for the tv and music from your own phone (if you wanted), that played behind the headboard. Some might consider it a bit of a gimmick, but it was surprisingly good. High quality audio at low volumes and quite relaxing. Nice to have after a long drive. Good breakfast.

The beds were, for both of us, just a bit too hard and we did not rest as well as we were hoping to. Also as someone else mentioned the choice of installing a frosted glass door for the bathroom was a bit strange and could lack privacy. But the room was generally very nice.

A lovely warm welcome which was appreciated after a long drive. Everything was clean and well presented. The room was a good size and well serviced. I slept very well; the bed was comfortable and the black out blind appreciated, shower nice and warm. Everything looked and felt well made and fitted. I will re book on my return journey if there is availability and the same price.

Internet was not secured with password so I did not use it. The internet security and the accompanying terms and conditions were not user friendly or gave confidence.

The hotel is clean, and the room was nice and tidy. I appreciated that the toilet and shower were in separate rooms. It was a bit noisy at night due to traffic outside. The receptionist, Nadina (if I spelled her name correctly), was very friendly, spoke good English, and was very polite.

The only downside was that there was no kettle in the room, so if you’re leaving early, there’s no way to make tea or coffee.

We stayed on two nights a week apart. On both occasions the staff were excellent. They gave us information on where to eat and what discounts could be claimed as hotel guests. The bar was open and we enjoyed a beer with salt biscuits provided as an accompaniment. Our French is not good but both receptionists were able to explain in English. We had a continental breakfast which had a reasonable selection of food, coffee good and my wife enjoyed her pot of tea. Fully recommend.

I booked a room on booking .com with my genius acc for approximately 52 euros,we have a dog so I accepted that I had to pay 10 euros for him but when we arrived we were told that we could only go in a superior room with him which wad a very nice room but was at an additional cost of 12 euros so i ended up paying 80 euros which was a lot more than I expected to pay and there was no mention of this on the Website.

Spacious car park. Plants and flowers in car park/walk to reception. Welcoming reception/lounge/bar area. Very friendly and helpful lady at reception. Room spacious. Bed large and comfortable. Everything very clean. Good shower, towels (+spares). Desk & TV. Efficient, quiet aircon (needed as it was an extremely hot day).

So convenient just off A20 for a budget overnight stop. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Small rooms but very clean & everything you need. Lovely breakfast with GREAT yoghurt! Well priced good value hotel would stay again.

Slight noise from motorway (but to be expected) as SO CONVENIENT

Due to roadworks just outside the hotel I had to call the hotel for directions. before leaving I asked for directions back to the motorway, & staff member Lin took great care to help me.

from about 22 hrs there was an unpleasant vibration in my room, which persisted till late. It gave a similar impression to being on board a ship !

We had a double and a twin room, both were clean and well maintained. Very good showers and towels, rooms had air-con which was very welcomed. It was much better than other hotel chains for a similar price. Reconmended

Good sized bedroom ,very comfortable bed and pillows ,only annoying thing was the glass door to the bathroom ,didn’t like that all it lit the room up in the dark ,

As above the glass door to the bathroom ,might be ok with single occupancy but certainly not with 2 ,
