Very kind and helpful staff, spacious room with balcony. Quiet at night, comfy and big bed, with 2 different pillows for each person (size, thickness). The location was perfect for us since it was very easily accessible with car but still close to the center (aprox 10min). The room was ready even earlier so they let us in directly when we arrived (like 2h before). The parking in the garage is paid extra (19€) but they let you leave it on the day of your check-out for the whole day without extra charge. The pool is nice, small but enough to cool down and/or swim a bit, the whole wellness area is nice. Overall perfect stay and if we go to Graz again, we're sure staying there.

The only thing to coment is the lack of privacy on the balcony, since the balconies of other rooms are only divided with low, see-through fence. Other than that all perfect!!

24-hour sauna, fitness, and pool include towels, slippers, and robes near. There were also apples and water. Everyone is so nice !! The staff does bring this to another level. Breakfast: You can order eggs in 5 styles, and they make you whatever coffee you want from the machine. And there is enough food for everyone - even if it runs out, they bring more. They set tables all the time, so don't worry, you can sit outside. :) The location is in the centre, so that is perfect. We walked, but there seemed to be public transport everywhere. Bathroom: There is shampoo, body wash, and a vanity set. Of course, towels. Bed: So comfortable!! Art: everywhere!! I'm amazed as an art lover and artist myself. Parking: in-house and safe.

The pillows could be bigger/fluffier because they were a bit flat. Good thing they give you two. The parking isn't free, but the parking on the street is probably even more expensive and not as safe. Don't bet on finding it close since there are road works a few blocks down.

The hotel is situated 10 minutes from the city centre (on foot). There is a big park just behind the hotel. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. The swimming pool is marvellous, clean and big enough as there are no huge crowds. The sun terrace is also very pleasant. There is a sauna and a gym. The room was spacious enough. The bathroom provided us with all we needed. It is a hotel which offers as much as you pay for it, but there are small things that shows the attention they pay to the guests. Welcome chocolate, welcome card, etc. The bar makes wonderful cappuccino and not more expensive than in the city. So it was a nice surprise. Would definetely return.

We were on the top floor and if we opened the window for some fresh air, there were bugs coming into the room, not mosquitoes or flies, and it was a surprise as they landed in the bed next to the window. The round and long hair carpet in th middle of the room is totally unnecessary und unhygienic. The bathroom is a bit like a hospital style, but it is spacious. The garage is a bit expensive but safe and big enough.

The Augarten Art Hotel is truly a remarkable find in Graz! The hotel is a living gallery, with interesting artwork adorning every corner and hallway. The staff deserves special mention: their warm and attentive service made every return to the hotel feel welcoming. My room was absolutely outstanding, very spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully appointed. The attention to cleanliness and detail was evident throughout. The breakfast offered an excellent selection of fresh, quality options. The hotel also has wellness facilities a wonderful pool, a sauna, and a small gym.

Nothing really, everything was spectacular.

Overall very nice experience at the hotel. The location is great, you can walk to the old town in 15 min comfortably. The room is clean, spacious, comfortable, it has everything you need. The view from the rooms is super nice to a beautiful garden. Front desk colleagues are kind and helpful. Overall I'd highly recommend, great value for money!

It came as a surprise that the parking costs 18 eur/night, which is pretty expensive, thought it'd be free of charge for guests. It's also a pity that there is no dinner possibility inside the hotel. Lastly, the pillows were extremely flat, they should all be changed to bigger, fluffier, harder ones.

Nice, hotel with accent on modern art design. Not far from city center (about 20 min by foot). Nice park on the riverside (Augarten park) nearby. Good room, good breakfast. Friendly young staff. There was a problem with water drain from the bath - they immedeatly send a guy to fix it.

While checking out there was some mistake in parking invoice - it was fixed. The breakfast room staff perhaps not proffessional enough.

The pool and courtyard provided welcome relief from all our tourist activities. The pool/gym/sauna/courtyard environment were truly beautifully designed and laid out. All the little touches were great - eg. bathrobes and slippers, apples at reception and lemon/lime water at the pool. The contemporary artwork throughout the hotel building, outdoor areas and the apartment were a great touch. It made the hotel stand out from the rest.

Despite our booking.com search for a 2 adult and 2 child apartment and the room coming up as a 4 adult room on booking.com, we ended up with a 2 person booking (in fine print) and were asked to pay extra for our kids upon arrival. It just so happened that a few things didn't work in our apartment during our stay and they kindly waived that fee without us asking for it, which was nice.

The rooms and the bathrooms are clean. Located just in a 10 minute walk from the city center (and 35 minutes from the train station) this hotel was truly the place where we could relax after a long day of exploration. We especially loved the relax zone (pool, sauna, gym) that is open 24/7. Water, bathrobes and towels are provided free of charge, as well as some useful guides about Graz. And lastly, the general art concept of the hotel is quite interesting.

The bed was too soft to our taste. The view from the balcony of our room was not that great (just trees). We did not taste the breakfast but we found the charge of 22 euro per person a bit overpriced compared to what you can get in the city.

This was probably one of my favourite hotels I’ve ever stayed at! Firstly, the staff (all female, which made me feel more at ease being a solo female traveller) were so friendly. Secondly the room was perfectly clean and had everything I needed. And lastly the pool and breakfast was excellent. I didn’t anticipate eating there but it was more convenient for what I was doing and the quality of the food was amazing.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful, from the friendly and helpful staff on reception, to the huge and well equipped apartment room, to the swimming pool and health suite. In a quiet residential area, not too far to walk into town. Would strongly recommend to families.

The only thing is the price of the breakfast was too high for us. We were in an apartment and there is a supermarket nearby so we made our own.
