The room was comfortable -- this was listed a an extended stay property -- but you had to ASK for items you would need on an extended basis (Plates, silverware, cups etc) and they even chatged a $100 deposit !!!

When I arrived for check in- there was ONE front desk Staff member and she was on her PERSONAL Phone , I acknowledged her - and rather than curtailing the call she remained on it for 10 minutes - with other people waiting -- when she finished she said it was the MANAGER -I believe if she had told him there were guests waiting - They would have called back

Good value, great location for our needs and Summer was terrific with checking us in and general pleasant conversation during our 3 night stay. Would stay again.

The bathroom faucet handle fell off on the 3rd night. No big deal since there was a kitchenette sink... we let the front desk know the next morning and they said they would let maintenance know right away. The building is getting a face lift so, perhaps the plumbing fixtures are part of that.

Easy check in and check out. The $100 deposit was unexpected but not a problem. The room smelled a bit funny but at the same time it was still clean so I can't complain.

The $100 deposit was not an issue however there's nothing to help you anticipate that ahead of time so be ready for that. The room was cleaned but there was definitely some kind of a lingering smell that could not be explained and the walls are a bit thin so if you have noisy neighbors it will affect your stay

We liked that because of the size of the family and booking a small room which we could only afford we got an upgrade by staff. We definitely appreciate it so much we can enjoy the stay much better. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We were new in town for a visit. Hotels normally have activity or things to do magazine for the erea. But we didn't see but one which didn't have much. It would nice to have more info for visitors.

The location was great! Close to the highway and points of interest. Staff was very informative and courteous.

The Grab & Go breakfast was lacking sustenance. Wish there would have been bagels available, not just oatmeal packets, granola bars and small muffins.

Liked having laundry facilities. But I think it double charged me for the washer. The bed was comfortable and the towels were nice and fluffy. I felt safe. Missed breakfast but the coffee was good. Would stay again!

The afternoon staff were very friendly and helpful. The morning person wasn't very friendly at all.

The rooms are always quiet. I don't hear road noises or people in the hallways moving . The rooms are always clean and nice. Also the air conditioner and heater are quiet and efficient.

I didn't need cleaning in the middle of my week, and felt like the contents of my bags had been moved a bit on the day cleaning came by, though nothing was taken

Excellent front desk staff, great location and good value, full kitchen is a plus

First room we got smelled heavily of smoke, second room had a broken recliner and barely working bathroom faucet but overall it was great
