Everything was great – the apartment was clean, the bed comfortable, and the equipment sufficient. We really appreciated the bottle of wine and the daily refilling of coffee capsules. The owner was very kind and helpful, he even sent us his recommendations for restaurants, beautiful beaches, and more via WhatsApp. The location is right in the center of Skiathos, so wherever we went, it was close by. The price/quality ratio was really excellent! At departure, the owner even arranged a free transfer to the airport for us – thank you very much. I rate it very positively! 😎

The room was a bit small, which was fine by us as we only stayed for one night (standard double). If we would have stayed for longer we've booked the bigger room option.

The room was spacious and brand new, well kept and cleaned. Large TV set, excellent bed, excellent wifi. The staff was very friendly. Excellent location

We stayed in an extended facility where there were still some works going on, we weren't bothered since we are not late sleepers but otherwise there was a lot of noise even on Sunday. Access was by stairs only and the facility was inaccessible for a person with a mobility impairment. The bathroom was large but poorly ventilated. There is a shower but it was not separate from the rest of the bathroom, the result was that the whole bathroom would become soggy after a shower and it took forever to dry. There is no hanger for wet suits or beach towels to dry

Location on Papadiamantis street (main street) was fantastic - right in the middle of town, but thanks to double glazing, quiet. The reception wasn't manned (being end of season), but Nicholas was always prompt to respond to my messages (on WhatsApp). We weren't very happy with the room we'd been given and he arranged for an upgrade and late check out at no extra cost - exceptional service! Had a great short stay.

Original room was a bit small - recommend booking one of their 'deluxe' rooms if you plan to spend any time in Skiathos. Otherwise - everything was great!

great location on the Main shopping Street of skiathos, full of trinket shops, bars and restaurants. just a 8-10 min walk to the nearest beach and less than 5 min walk to the harbour where water taxis are available to get to other beaches and day trips etc. very clean rooms, staff extremely friendly and accommodating. fresh towels and bedding every day! we had a free upgrade to the brand new suites which were gorgeous and work was still being done on many other rooms. Olga was just a watsapp message away to answer any questions, due to there being no pool we asked her if there was a nearby one we could use and she took the time to call hotels and find us somewhere where we could sit and enjoy a pool for the day. we would definitely return to this hotel in the future.

Location was slap bang in the middle of things, so it was convenient to walk everywhere, including the port.

The room was TINY, and the roof outside our room (we were on the top floor) was an eyesore. It could be made into a very inviting space, but it has been left bare and therefore far too hot and unappealing.

Modern, clean and comfortable accommodation. Very close to everything! Staff very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Bed was super comfortable!

The bathroom- the shower had no divider and as such the whole bathroom floor became wet. There was then a smell in the bathroom because of the wet floor constantly. This should be better thought through. I did see a comment where atlas representative says cleaners could come twice a day however this shouldn’t be required if bathroom design was better.

Shoutout to the whole team for amazing customer service, staff was really helpful and kind, helped us with all the problems we had and we had quite a few of those. We stayed only 3 nights, place is really close to everything. Would definetly go back. Thank you so much.

At walking distance from the port and an excellent point to start exploring the island. Location is excellent. The rooms itself are rather small but comfortable and clean. Was alright for a two nights stay and served the purpose. Since we were out for most of our day, the room served our purpose and provided for all the basic amenities needed.

The size of the rooms and the fact that our toilet window actually opened to the lobby is probably the only two disappointing things if we really had to mention anything. However, nothing that really put us off the place.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great, very central yet quite. It was all very uncomplicated and they even wrote me in advance to ask if we needed a transfer from the airport. We paid extra for a balcony, which was a terrace facing the back in our case that was very peaceful.

The bathroom never really dried after showering, even with the fan on, so it was always damp. But I didn't mind.
