Modern, spacious, clean hotel. When I booked, I requested a triple room with three beds. We were given a room with two doubles As much as I like my fellow motorcycle buddies, I wasn't sharing a bed with them so the room was exchanged for two rooms without hesitation. Staff were excellent and friendly.

Note for Booking.com....there was no mention of breakfast availability and cost when I searched. It is available so an update is needed. This isn't a negative for the hotel

The property was very well situated, within walking distance of all the main attractions. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, perfect for a couple nights’ stay

There was no airconditioning in the rooms and the curtains also didn’t close properly, leaving in a lot of light and creating early mornings. The shower went from luke warm to really hot when you were under it, not touching anything

Located conveniently near the city centre, in a walking distance. Room was clean and comfortable, but could need some improvements. Good breakfast.

Parking was difficult to access by car, very narrow and ended up parking outside the property location, on a tax parking lot.

Staff were excellent, friendly and professional, very helpful. Room was lovely and clean, plenty of space to put our motorcycling gear and there is use of a garage to keep the bikes safe. We were only on a quick stop-over and did not take breakfast, as we had a ferry to catch. The location is good, just a short walk up to the Grand Place, where we enjoyed a fine meal and drinks amongst the busy evening life. Mons has some beautiful buildings and this hotel is a good base and in an ideal location from which to enjoy the city.

Couldn't really fault anything, it met our needs perfectly.

Located just outside the main town centre so around a 10 minute walk into the town. Room was very nice and had everything we needed including good wifi and a safe. Decent breakfast.

Car park is underneath the hotel and if you have a big car, it is incredibly tight! You also have to dive down the steepest slope in the world to access it and have about 3 inches of space either side! Also, you have to check in first to find out where the car park is as there is no signage at all.

excellent breakfast, friendly (English speaking) staff, bed was comfortable although the street noise was bothersome and the window had to be open because there was no air conditioning. Large bathroom .

There was no air conditioning and the rooms on the street side had a lot of street noise. My room when I returned was on the inside and it was much better.

The breakfast is delicious, room nice and cozy, beds are comfortable, located in a convenient walkable area which is great for sight seeing. An excellent secured garage for my bicycle and staff are friendly and helpful.

Hotel is nice, comfortable, clean. Bed very comfortable. Staff was polite and nice. Breakfast coffe was good. Hotel is close to Mons centre which is really nice. Good value for money!

Breakfast should have more choices. Poor selection of fruits and vegetables. Garage door and enterance very narrow, too small. Room noisy at night.

Location was excellent for town access. Underground garage was useful.

Pillows could have been softer.. There was no bar but the town facilities were a short distance.

The Garage was very small and it should come with a warning lable not to go in there with a bigger car. You could hear in the room when ppl in other rooms flushed the toilet or showerd Breakfast was very minimal
