The park and promenade around the hotel are very beautiful, the location is very calm. The room was comfortable and clean and the air conditioning worked well.

It's the AIR SKY hotel, and yet the connection to the airport really isn't great. Takes an hour with buses and 20 minutes with a taxi, but getting a taxi to come out there at all was a problem, and that on a Monday morning. The hotel should really get an airport shuttle. The front desk staff could also barely speak English and it was difficult to be understood.

The view is superb. They have convenience store inside the location ,very helpful and friendly staffs and nearby restaurants. I will surely return to the property for more relaxing vacation because it has a park just in front of the hotel and you have a view and access to the sea.

They don’t have shuttle bus to the property for airport or station and location is a bit far from the airport. If they have it will be a perfect stay.

There were too many people. Long waiting times in elevator and not so clean commun areas.

The hotel was very good, I was there for over a week because of a conference commitment. Breakfast had many options and was good. The room had a good size and view, bed was comfortable.

A bit far away from where I had to go to everyday. Not very close to subway. So plan financially to get a taxi to the main locations such as Incheon and Seoul. Or go to the Airport for main trains and buses elsewhere. It´s a 20 minute taxi ride to Incheon Airport, that´s convenient.

Clean, comfy, good price, Staff were doing their best for my English language and were respectful. One of the receptionist called a taxi and told the taxi driver where I needed to go. She was a life saver since 2 bus drivers couldn't help me to get where I wanted because of the language barrier. take the balcony option if you can, the view of the ocean is beautiful as well as an asian monument in front for great pictures

No breakfast included, though the expedia booking mentioned a meal included. Breakfast is only available on week-ends. Beside this, everything was wonderful.

Wow, everything about this hostel is absolutely wonderful! The rooms are big and spacious, which I really love. I also appreciate how conveniently located it is, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby. What's even better is that they have a 24-hour convenience store inside the hotel. And let me tell you, the staff here is just amazing! They are so helpful and friendly. I'm really enjoying my stay here and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great hostel experience.

Location was good for a relaxing night doing nothing before our long flight the next day. Taxi to the airport was W20 000. We had a great Korean bbq dinner a few blocks from the hotel, but the hotel restaurant looked good if you wanted seafood. Lovely view from our room on the 13th floor

Location was great, we slept there one night as it was close to the airport. It took 15-20 minutes driving to the airport. Balcony absolutely worth the small extra money, we had view to the Incheon bridge. Close to the small town with restaurants Free and accessible parking lot was great.

Staff was a bit busy I guess or something but not that usual wide smiling. Anyways nothing else.

The place and the staff. I would like to commend the male staff on the front desk stop who assist us during our stay on September 5-6. The staff is very helpful and polite. And go extra mile to assist us to call for our transportation whichever place we want to go. He really did a good job in making our stay pleasant and enjoyable.
