The best hotel I stayed at in Kampala, very modern and with great service. I also love the location because it's very near most of the popular restaurants and bars, so it's very convenient to go out. However there is also noise coming from the bars, which can be tough for those with light sleep (not my case).

The breakfast is ok but could be improved for a hotel considered expensive. Limited cheese selection, there are plenty of warm dishes but not the ones that you'll typically find in a continental breakfast. I think the dishes are probable part of the local culture but in my view are too heavy to have for breakfast.

The facility is exceptionally well-maintained and highly secure, with a staff that goes above and beyond to accommodate guests. The cleanliness is impeccable throughout.

The unexpected taxes and fees that appear on top of the advertised daily rates. While the initial pricing makes the hotel seem affordable, the actual cost turns out to be significantly higher than many competitors in town.

We had a great time! It was my mums birthday weekend and my sister and I gave her a treat. Not only did she get a birthday cake gift from the hotel...we, also did have a wonderful dinner/meal with great services from the waiters who attended to us. The following days were wonderful! Tasty and healthy breakfast with lots of variety (Trust me I am super picky). Overall, we had a great stay and we would be back again someday.

The check in and check out time was a bit slow

Breakfast was great, lots of variety. What I loved is that it lasted until 10:30am! Too many properties in the region have breakfast ending at 9:30am, which means that by 9am half is empty and the staff is busy wrapping up - Not the case here as fresh and abundant choice was available throughout.

There was a very loud and annoying night club across the street. On 7th floor it disturbed my sleep 3 nights in a row until 4am. You have to pay extra for espresso coffee at breakfast. Bed and pillows were a bit too soft to my taste - like really soft.

Everything about my stay was great. Loved the service from all of the staff who were super friendly, especially Mark, who went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. The bed felt like sleeping on clouds. I would book another stay when coming back to the country in a heart beat.

Nothing really. The rooftop could perhaps have a deep end but that's about it really.

Your choice of food...how to you have a hotel in Kampala with No Tilapia and to get a proper meal at 11am on our first day we had tobstruggle the waiter online saying there is no breakfast but we can 9nly get a sandwich noo. Your variety of food is so limited twice we ate downstairs the food was crisp.

Amazing property and staff, it’s the best hotel in Kampala at the moment. Centrally located, Spacious rooms and amazing service. I had an issue with the first stay and they went above and beyond when I came back. Make sure to checkout the pool and rooftop, the best Kampala has to offer

Rooftop bar, gym & pool is brilliant. Rooms are excellent and finished to a really high quality. Staff were all friendly and overly accommodating with my young kids. Even surprising them with some small toys. Don't skip the vegetable paratha at breakfast.

The meal was sumptuous and really satisfying.

I like how the chef pays attention to the customers, asking for feedback to know if his meal can be improved upon or satisfactory at the time.

Rooms were some of the cleanest hotel rooms I've ever been to. I appreciate the hardwood and tiled flooring, as well as the modern furnishings. All the staff I've encountered were incredibly helpful and friendly. The premises felt secure and safe.

Breakfast was great, albeit pricey and not included in standard fare.
