The Vain hotel booking is the result of a recent huge renovation/extension project, really successful! It's great that the hotel could keep its façade and charm from the past but combined with recent renovation techniques and materials. The staff was also great and attended my requests.

The only pain point is the average breakfast quality, even more when considering that Buenos Aires is surrounded by amazing breakfast/brunch places. Just to say, bread and pastries quality was unfortunately not at the level I would expect for such an hotel. Also, adding fresh yoghurt would be a plus.

Excellent location, friendly staff. Accommodated early check and late check out, which was greatly appreciated. Staff always willing to help out with booking reservations at restaurants.

Wifi in our room didn’t work (spotty). Worked seamlessly in common areas/hallways- so this may be our room specific issue, unfortunately was not able to fixed during our stay. Pool/rooftop was beautiful, however pool water could have been cleaner. However none of this would prevent us from coming back again, as rooms were comfortable, staff lovely, and location perfect

The staff at reception are the best part about this place, so professional kind and accommodating. Very generous buffet breakfast, the hotel is very well located and has a cosy but modern feel. The rooms were great sized and very clean.

I do feel it is a little pricey compared to other hotels I’ve stayed in in the city, given the hotel does not have many facilities. I don’t feel the property necessarily matched the price but this is a minor complaint. It was also very noisy, street noise it to be expected in Buenos Aires but you can hear everything very loudly from the conversations in the adjacent rooms to all the elevator noises which is why I gave it an 8, as it is not necessarily ideal for business travel where rest is key.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location, quiet, yet near all the cute places to go out to in Palermo. Convenient breakfast and nice atmosphere in lobby area during the evenings too. Room is small but practical, bed very comfortable. Rooftop cute.

Only thing to improve is the wifi, which they are aware of and working on resolving.

The hotel was in a lovely area in Palermo, walkable to lots of bars and restaurants. A small quiet very comfortable, clean boutique with very friendly helpful staff

Our room didn’t have a window to outside which wasn’t a dealbreaker but it would have been nice to have a view and some air!

The hotel look like new, clean, clear, modern, confortable. The staff is superb, the location is excelent (walking distance to great restaurant and charming stores). Breakfast is excelent, even for dairy intolerants (they prepared special food :)

A wonderful staff, very entertaining informative and helpful Breakfast Okay nothing special though. Situated in the suburbs a bit away from the main sites and bus routes so a lot of walking required, some good restaurants nearby.

Excellent location. Nice hotel, well maintained, very friendly staff, very clean. Overall added to a great experience in Buenos Aires.

The staff was really nice and welcoming. I had to leave the hotel really early in the morning and they prepared me a coffee to take away. I’m sad I couldn’t try the breakfast, I definitely need to go back and check it out!

The staff are super nice. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. They let us use the shower after checking out before the flight
