I liked the apartments,they are clean and well accommodative,beautiful on the inside,feeling like home.

The fact that people who booked next door were there for a party and were playing loud music for the whole night showed that there are no restricted rules against loud noise at night. I didn't like the fact that the water takes up to 10 minutes before it warms up that is a total waste of water. The shower that is next to the bedroom is nice but the floor allows water to run all over the bath room,the shower floor is not made at a certain degree to prevent water from flowing all over but to go straight into the drainage.

The staff was friendly and cleaning the room on a daily basis was not what we expected nor the changing of towels, making of bed, cleaning dishes. We would have done that ourselves. We braaied and they cleaned the braai area. The bathroom is a delight and we would recommend the facility for everybody that wants to enjoy the mountains.

The staff was friendly and the place gives you value for money. It clean and. Comfortable there recreation facilities are great too.

I was not informed of the breakage fee of R500 that needs to be paid in cash when checking in throughout the communication I had with the place beforehand. It should be communicated because we hardly carry cash around.

The facilities on the restore was really amazing. I love the fact that they had multiple board games to hire so your kids are entertained even during rainy days. The pool was nice and clean and the rooms.it was a beautiful stay. Would highly recommend it for kids.

I absolutely loved the overall tranquility of the property. Hearing the birds in the mornings and seeing the animals just roam around was the best part. The staff is friendly and really helpful too.

You might want to bring an extra fan as it is really hot in the rooms during the day and at night.

There were drainage issues with the plumbing during the course of the stay and the rooms need to be maintained.

The place is clean, the lady at reception Ldyia was very welcoming and professional really made my stay with the kids comfortable. The room was clean and with all kitchen utensils u need. Our highlight was the heated indoor pool.

The place was beautiful. It also had a place for kids to play. My kids enjoyed the indoor swimming pool mostly.

The network in the area was very poor but besides that my family & I had a wonderful time at the resort.
