Very well appointed room with plenty of storage space for clothes and although located on the second floor, the hotel has a lift so this was not a problem. The facility of being able to make tea and coffee in the room and having a small fridge was much appreciated. Good location for a short walk into town and to nearby restaurants and cafes around the harbour. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke excellent english.

Nothing really, except (free) parking is on the road along the seafront. As we visited the weekend of the annual herring festival, the town was very busy, but luckily we found a parking space opposite the hotel on our arrival.

Great location, and a great view, as I paid extra for a sea view room. Extremely close to all the restaurants and shops, easy to walk everywhere from the hotel’s location. A lovely comfortable room.

The shower never really got hot, and every morning after a shower, I had to mop up the floor, with excess water, from the shower head. There is no air conditioning in the room, and I think some people might struggle with that. However we kept the 2 windows open, at night time, which gave us a lovely sea breeze.

We checked-in in the early hours of the morning, due to our ferry arriving late. The lady on reception was so welcoming and calm, which was a bonus, because of the stressful journey, that started earlier in the day. The room was perfect and very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect. The reception staff went out of their way to find us a parking place. All your staff are friendly and very professional at all times. Thank you.

Breakfast was disappointing. With very little choice.

Perfect location, close to the beach, town centre and all amenities. The staff were lovely. Nice areas to sit and read both inside and outside on the terrace.

Although it is mostly very quiet the road actually goes on a carriageway under the hotel from the town to the seafront. Sadly some very inconsiderate drivers led to us being woken repeatedly late at night and early in the morning. Even at this time of year it was too hot to sleep with the windows closed. We had a city facing room. Im not sure if a sea facing room may be quieter.

Coming back to the Aguado for the 5th time, was an absolute joy. We were given a wonderful warm welcome on arrival. As always the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The breakfast is varied and plentiful. On hearing that I am facing major heart surgery, I was presented with a very thoughtful gift. Christine and the team at the Aguado, go above and beyond to make this the best hotel in Dieppe.We can't wait to go back next year.

We have stayed at this hotel so many times now, that it's like coming home. The staff are always so welcoming. They are so friendly. We are always given the same room, as they know that we really like it. The breakfast is plentiful and tasty. It's an absolute delight to stay at the Hotel Aguado. We look forward to going back in September.

There is really nothing to dislike.

This is a great example of how a hotel can be really well run by a great (I assume) family to make it near perfect despite being a bit older. Easy parking nearby and the hotel is right on the lovely Dieppe Beach, behind the hotel are loads of restaurants and the port. Breakfast was great! The staff were super friendly and view amazing. I need to come back to Dieppe and I know already I want to stay here again!

In a very busy area , so parking was difficult as the hotel didn't have any of their own available. Very small lift The room was on the small side but fine for one night's stay.

Excellent location for all the attractions of Dieppe. Within a minutes’ walk of the quayside restaurants on one side and the sea front on the other. Hard to beat for proximity to everything. A basic 3 star hotel which was clean and comfortable. Free parking very close to the hotel in public parking area but we paid extra to put the car in a secure garage over night. The staff were very helpful.

Very comfortable bed. The location was excellent with great views of the beach and seafront in general.

The breakfast was poor value for money. The fruit cocktail was virtually all cubes of very hard apple with one small piece of pineapple and a small piece of melon.Otherwise a generally basic continental breakfast. The bath was slippery without a slip mat unless you asked for one and to get in and stand for the shower meant you needed to hold onto the glass water shield which could easily be broken causing serious injury as it couldn't be opened. Also the bath towels were quite small.
