The food was really good and not typically British. We had a suite which was a good size which was cleaned everyday. There was a minibus which took us to Garda on the days we went, it takes 40 minutes to walk and the weather was really hot so this was really appreciated. My children loved the football pitch which they used a lot. I had an amazing massage at the relaxing spa which is immaculate. Gluten free is well catered for, I have an intolerance (not allergy) and I found there was a good choice for gluten free.

The shuttle service to Garda stops for a few hours in the afternoon and resumes later on in the day, it would have been good to have this in the afternoon too. Walking back in the heat uphill is hard. The plug sockets in the suite we had were not brilliant, some did not work. We played an hour of tennis which was 35 euros, this did include racket hire but was very expensive.

Breakfast room was excellent and service was great! Lots of healthy choices and plenty of room for sitting to enjoy. Breakfast Staff was exceptional!!! Our room was big lots of space and nice windows. Staff at the front were great as well. Location was close to subway access so easy to find your way around. I would highly recommend and definitely would stay again.

When I did a search for this hotel I searched for an airport shuttle but they do not provide one, we had to take an uber which was $130 Euros. On the way back to the airport we did find the public shuttle buses by the train station which were $10 Euros plus subway to get there so was cheaper. Restaurant at the hotel was under construction so not open. Toilet seat in bathroom was broken although I kept forgetting to tell the front desk which I'm sure they would have fixed it if I told them.

Was almost everything i expected. Beautiful, quiet, and cozy place with friendly staff. It's important to stay conscious and aware of the impact we can make to the environment. Will be back and recommend it 100% I love the eco-friendly idea fabulous 👌

The room was really hot, but I couldn't open the windows for long because it wasn't windows protective shield and i was afraid any insects or bug could get in. The bed was super hard. I had very bad sleep and body aches. Another thing the toiletry isn't eco-friendly at all is full of harms chemical and that is a pity 😕

The personal helped us with everything we needed . For exemples we needed some adaptors because our phone chargers didn't match with the snuff in order to plug in. The room and the bathroom was extremly clean and smelled so good. The cleaning lady/man also cleaned The room when we were visting Milano . So we came home to a clean apartament. The location was super close to the Subway (Affiori Centro) aprox 7 min walk . Reception open non stop .

I have nothing to say bad about this place.

Location is stellar, about 5 minute walk to the metro station and a big supermarket. Staff was very nice, the room was cozy and I really appreciated the refrigerator.

I would like to suggest to deep clean the bathroom a bit more often, there were signs of a mold starting. Also, if you are afraid of people stealing your umbrellas, maybe you can lend those for a deposit, especially if you claim to be the "eco friendly" business.

Good location, just a few minutes walking to the underground station, with many restaurants and a very practical supermarket nearby. The property is kept clean, our room was very big and quiet. The staff was friendly and they were willing to keep our luggage in a safe place after the checkout, until late in the evening when we had our flight scheduled.

The individual beds are too narrow and short for a person over 180cm tall and athletic build. However, I saw it is something common in Italy, at other hotels.

Small kitchen with microwave and separate kitchen sink in our room. Every day cleaning! 24/7 desk. Breakfast for additional 10 euro charge has good variety for me like baking, flakes, yogurts, fruits and etc

Non soundproof, the room was in a separate building (like apartment) probably the initial apartment was divided in two rooms and served as hotel rooms now. The issue of soundproof is that we heard bathroom sounds from other room. The sound was like someone use out bathroom. Voices are also clearly heard.

The breakfast was satisfying and it covers all kind of taste both savoury or the sweet tooth. For us the most thing that hit us in a positive way was the staff. They are very frienly, warm and willing to help out. Just to mention, my partner and I had both an early flight at different times and when I say early, I mean early....mine was at 0400. As we had paid for the breakfast we asked if they could prepare a take away box. They gave as a box each which was more than good to say the least. The location is very good connected with the metro line and close to a huge supermarket and a nice pizzeria. I am quite sure we would stay there again

Well, as most hotels is the sound from other rooms and common areas. To be fair on the hotel management, they did take extra steps and the rooms are covered with a sound proofing material, a small tip, try not to take the room close to elevator.

Very satisfied: room with single bed was small, but very comfortable and beautiful! Everything was very clean, staff was always friendly, helpful and smiling- absolute win! Food was delicious, breakfast buffet lovely!

The walls are very thin, so I heard my neighbour talking on the phone. My room was above the football field and the main street, which got loud at times too- closing the window did not help. Also the pressure from the showerhead was a bit too soft for my long hair, but since I didn’t signal it it was okay enough.

I stayed at the Eco Hotel Milano with my husband and our dog on 15.09.23, opting for the dinner bed and breakfast package in an economy room, which turned out to be an apartment in the adjacent building. (The hotel did remind us that we had booked this room without lift on confirmation of booking). Our apartment 802, was located on the 3rd floor, was spacious, clean, and comfortable and even had a large balcony overlooking the park, though the furniture had a bit of a vintage feel, reminiscent of staying with grandparents rather than the eco-conscious vibe we expected. A big thank you again to the gentleman who carried our luggage to our room and took us to our secure parking! One recommendation I have for the hotel is to inform guests traveling with dogs in advance about the restaurant's no-dog policy. However, they allowed us to dine in the bar area and delivered the food to us, which was a thoughtful gesture that worked well for us. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly, making our stay enjoyable. The meals were set menu, and we were pleasantly surprised by the delicious and well-presented food (again thank you to the staff). We paired our meal with a delightful Italian bio Chianti, enhancing the overall dining experience.

There were a few issues, though. The bathroom's lighting could be improved, and some of the lights over the sink didn't work. It's worth noting that guests should be informed to switch on the hot water on arrival to ensure a comfortable shower (or have this done for them before arrival). Additionally, the shower head appeared to be in need of descaling. Despite these minor inconveniences, our stay at Eco Hotel Milano was pleasant, primarily due to the friendly staff and the enjoyable dining experience.
