The location was right in the small town of Ouray. Close to shopping and restaurants. They provided easy check in. The free breakfast was a block away, an easy walk in the brisk morning air. The food was delicious! The room was clean and comfortable. A bit small compared to other rooms we had on ourc2 week roadtrip. But very adequate for a night's stay in such a beautiful place! We went to Twin Peaks Hot Springs for the day from there.

Staff was very helpful. May be difficult for elderly or people with mobility as there are stairs throughout the facility.

The exterior of the hotel mimicked a sweet small-town cottage with blooming flowers hanging from all angles and wooden finishes surrounding the stairways and balconies. These aspects complemented the towering cliffs provided by Ouray's rocky boundaries. As for the room, we were comfortable with the warmth provided by the heating unit and we were entertained by the flat-screen TV, which had a great signal. We enjoyed our stay here and we look forward to our next overnight visit.

We could have invested in a more extended stay time to enjoy the amenities provided by the hotel. However, this personal fault does not impede the overall satisfaction we received from the hotel.

Great location, pretty landscape and view. Price is not that expensive.

Front desk closes at night. They have the wager dispenser. So if you need to get water do it during the day as the office is close at night. I felt worried if we need anything at night we cannot call anyone. It was a great stay thiugh

Friendly staff, great location.

While very comfortable, the large bed took up most of the available floor space in the room, making it a little difficult to unpack our suitcases. It also made it a little difficult to open the cabinet in which the room’s refrigerator was stored.

Nice staff, unexpected breakfast items and hot tub, clean rooms with two beds (I thought my son and I would have to share a queen) - snowed alot one night but staff kept stairs and walks clear - highly recommend if skiing at Silverton

we had a second floor room and the stairs could have been tough with a lot of luggage and/or ski equipment - recommend asking for a first floor room if you are not physically fit

Very spacious suite. Clean and quiet.

No elevator to second floor. Breakfast consisted of vouchers for a local Mexican restaurant that served sit-down Mexican style breakfast. No fruit on the menu, very limited choices, food wasn't great, coffee was terrible. Very strange arrangement, since there were plenty of good coffee shops in town which would have been a better choice for vouchers.

Ideal location for exploring the town. Breakfast was available at a local restaurant. The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and helpful. The room was nice.

You had to ask to have the hot tub cover removed for each use. It also closed early each evening (9-10pm). The room with 2 beds were very cramped with the table.

Clean rooms, hot tub soak every evening, and outdoor gas fireplace. Front office staff was always available. The breakfast was serviced by a nearby Mexican restaurant (a short walk). The whole town was walkable. The furthest we had to walk in town was a 1/2 mile to the Hot Springs.

The breakfast was just ok for us because we are not fans of Mexican food and because we do not eat meat. The restaurant did accommodate our request to omit the ham in the Spanish omelette, but we would have preferred a simpler omelette, one with just Swiss cheese.

Our room was clean, and it provided everything we needed. It was a bit cramped, but we managed fine.

The staff were very friendly and personable. The location is great and the hotel is clean and comfortable! The views are wonderful, and the breakfast accommodation is great.

The parking is a little tight.
